I can’t review my stay at Viceroy Snowmass as I wasn’t even checked in due to a flight cancellation because of a snow storm. In fact I’m still awaiting a response from this property to see how they can accommodate for us loosing our entire stay without a refund or opportunity to rebook. I’m hopeful and believe in the great customer service they claim that they will respectfully respond with an option. I’m certain they will return my messages as they are awaiting a voting process for #1 hotel in CO. I would love the chance to enjoy this beautiful hotel!

The room was clean but the window was in the direction of the entrance and no drapes. So I had to have the blinds down the entire time otherwise would be completely exposed. This means no view of the outside.

Staying at the Snowmass Viceroy was an exceptional experience. The staff is great, and the restaurant and the rooms were exceptional.

Located in Snowmass Village, Viceroy Snowmass is in the mountains. Snowmass Mountain and Silver Queen Gondola are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Snowmass Mall. Buttermilk Mountain and Aspen Mountain are two other places to visit that come recommended. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and ski runs, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and snow tubing.
