Everything was conveniently located in the hotel; from food to shopping, swimming, entertainment, relaxtion and they offered valet parking for hotel guest. The Casino is the highlight BUT the they offer so much more. Theu have bowling, movie theater, game room, coffe stop and Adult Nar.

Very disappointing experience. The bar at the pool was closed due to the bartender not showing up and they didn't bother to replace them. It was very hot and would have been nice if we could have gotten a cold drink. Then we went inside to the casino and again the bar inside was closed and under construction. There was only 1 restaurant open and it was the buffet. $25 a person for food that quite honestly was mediocre at best. Top that with staff that were slightly rude at the restaurant and i was done. I do not plan to return to this establishment again.

The hotel and staff were exceptional. They actually had birthday balloons and a card for my brother because we were celebrating his 79th birthday. It was easily accessible for his walker. The accommodations were great. The casino was a wonderful smokefree experience. The amenities (pool, movies, bowling alley, spa) were A-1. Only disappointment (my fault) was I couldn't get a reservation at the spa because it was all booked up. I should have tried earlier. I will definitely stay here again and enjoy throwing my money away in the casino. It was a fun trip for all.

Arrived early and got a room right away. Hotel is undergoing a major renovation. Some noise during the day but quiet at night. Internet connection didn’t work. Wi-Fi was ok but no internet access. Was basically told “that’s the way it is. Our IT folks can’t do anything since it’s a third party provider…” That isn’t a good answer since they advertise free internet access. Food choices were limited but food was delicious. We ate at the “buffet” and the high-end steak house. The steak house was excellent! Casino was clean. Odds definitely favor the house!

Super nice casilo/resort. On property bowling, movie theater and fun arcade. Not to mention a very nice pool. Every employee we meet was welcoming and happy we we there.

Overall it was a nice stay for the night. The only downfall was our rooms phone was completely broken from the wall and couldn’t get a replacement so ordering room service was difficult as I had to call the main windcreek line wait on hold and get transferred each time but still was able to receive it. I think the cleaning could have been a bit better as I noticed it was more of a touch up clean but not thoroughly cleaned. An inch of dust and dirt on almost all the furniture and no pillow cases on the pillows. The staff was really nice and even the cleaning crew would stop to say hi and asked if all was good. Just a few little things noticed but not a big deal.

We unfortunately did not like the new “market” for food. The food was not as good as the usual buffet. I clean For a living and the cleanliness of the room was not good. There was dust on the higher up fixtures, and the shower had mold.

Ruth at the check in was just wonderful. Her smile and welcoming attitude was a pleasure. She is the reason I will return. The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The only negatives were restaurants closing early and the drink service was non existent. I ordered a drink, by flagging her down. 45 minutes later, I decided it wasn’t coming and left the slot machine. Give Ruth a raise, she’s worth every dollar. I was so impressed with her, I called and spoke with a representative the next day about her. She said she would pass it on to management.

My room accommodations were very nice. Food options were horrible. The food offered on the buffet for the price paid was terrible. I will never opt for a buffet again. The cashier was rude no smile present on her face when we pre paid for the buffet. The staff that seat my party was terrible. The best service came from the waitress who delivered fresh plates and drinks. Limited food options near the casino! Why would you close the diner that delivered great food. Food from the casino grill was over priced and terrible. This was not the level of service I experienced in 2019.

The food (Buffett), was terrible…definitely not worth 64.00 for 2 to eat! The only good and hot food was the bbq! We were 5th in line to eat when they opened and I was expecting hot food…NOT! The only thing we didn’t try was the pizza, pasta and salads! Will only eat the bbq if we go back!

We arrived around 6.30 pm the check in was so easy. the staff were all friendly and helpful. We ate supper at the buffet and it was delicious! We will definitely be back.
