We came out in the morning to get in the car and people were getting high in the parking lot . Not good for small kids to be around. The pool was nasty . We stayed there 2 years ago and it was very nice . But next time we will be looking for different accommodations . Not family oriented.

We were given a room on the 4th floor, but they forgot that the elevator was out. We had a cart completely full of stuff…stairs were not an option. When I asked for an eta of when this would be fixed, the answer was simply “I don’t know. He’s working on it.” Well, can you ask him? “No.” I don’t know what has happened to good old-fashioned customer service. It’s not hard to at least pretend to empathize with the guest paying to stay at your property. Very disappointed in that staff member. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

Staff was super friendly - pool was closed which was not indicated to us until after we checked in and we had to use the nasty little pool next door. One of the only reasons I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool.

This hotel was in a good area but when arrived had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in and this was handed the key on the 4th floor and told the elevator was out should have been told before I would have gone somewhere else.

The hotel is located in a rural, quiet area that is one exit away from the Poarch Creek Indian Reservation. There are a handful of fast food restaurants, other hotels, convenience stores, and the Wind Creek Casino Hotel within walking distance. I really loved the approximately 1/2 mile paved walking/biking path that runs around a small lake that is outside the side door of the hotel. The hotel staff were courteous, and check-in went smoothly. I would have given a higher rating, but our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was trash in the trashcan and some type of residue on the bathroom floor. In the morning there was a puddle on the floor near the toilet, but we could not tell where the water was coming from, and we reported the maintenance issue to the staff as we were checking out.

We'll never stay here again! Only cleaned our room 1 time the whole 8 day stay! Basically had to beg for fresh towels and toilet paper! Never refilled the body wash! Saw a roach on the desk in our room the day we were leaving!! The only good thing about the place was Christie at the complimentary breakfast she was kind and friendly!

Reported to the front desk about our room being dirty, she didn’t seem to care about that. Reported our bathroom sink did not drain but it indeed did leak with water on the floor from sink to bathtub. This property is not old but needs new lamps without nasty “stuff” stuck on them, no USB ports for cell phones, needs a cleaning and a remodel. We’ve stayed here several times, we won’t be going back until they clean it up.

The room wasn’t vacuum, stains in the walls, hair on the floor in the bathroom and tub, toilet seat stained, comforter had stains and and food crumbs. They never replaced the towels. They never removed the trash. I was there for 3 nights and the charged me and extra $100 for each room beside the price I booked with Expedia

Bed was very comfortable. Appreciated multiple electrical outlets and charging outlets. Entire facility was uncomfortably cold, and my room was icy. (This is July) When I turned on the heat, the AC unit exploded. There was no hot water. All of the staff were pleasant, polite, and helpful.

King - Master Suite. There is just one tiny closet that is in a small hallway outside of the master suite. The ironing board was broken. There was an area in the master suite where the closet should be or maybe it was a closet at some point in time but now it is basically just wasted space. The only mirror in the entire suite was in the bathroom! The continental breakfast was average, at best! I decided I would just have some milk and a muffin, however, when I took a drink of my milk I discovered that it was SPOILED!! But, not everything was bad. The entire staff was friendly, our room along with the entire hotel including the grounds was very clean. You could smell cleanliness in the air. We enjoyed that the master suite had two separate rooms, a sitting area with tv and desk and the master bedroom, also with a tv. The shower was also really nice. Nothing fancy about it, just very clean with a good shower head. I would stay here again but would not be my first choice for recommendation.

The sweet lady at the front desk Rachel was so nice,helped a lot.Hotels.com it's self was awful. Didn't have the funds on their end for my room. Rachel and I had to work for an hour to get in my room while I had little ones.

My first room was awful smelling of cigarette smoke i asked to move rooms and the second room was clean and smelled fine however the tv didnt work and there was no way to adjust the AC and it was freezing cold in the room. I spoke with the female at the front counter and basically told nothing she can do but would pass it on to management. I doubt i would ever stay here again.

I love all the staff members, I was getting ready to check out, my car wouldn't start, the maintenance worker he was just coming to work, he stopped and helped me and my family, another worker came out to help, the room was clean, breakfast was good, I would stay here again, the staff was great check in, and amazing when we checked out, thanks again for all your support.

Ty was amazing. The system was down when I first arrived, and the wrong driver info was entered in by a computer glitch, and she straightened everything out. Great stay overall. Nice room and comfortable bed. Departed before breakfast. Will stay again

I didn't get the opportunity to stay. I booked a room in advance. When my husband and I arrived we went straight to our room. We opened the door and immediately smelled a strong odor of what I assumed was cleaning supplies.The reason for our departure was due to the loud noise of the air conditioner fan. I went down to the front desk and reported the problem and was told they would send someone up to check it, if the problem couldn't be fixed they would move us to a different room. We went back to our roo and waited as we sat talking not disturbing or touching anything in case they moved us. After 40 minutes I called down to the front desk and explained the situation to a different women who was now checking people in. I was told that the maintenance man was at a funeral and would arrive shortly. I asked to be put in a different roomand was told there were no more rooms available. We couldn't possibly sleep or stay in the room with this constant noisy fan so we had no choice but to check out. We felt that we were treated poorly and I felt as ifI was in the wrong. I received no apologies. I will never stay at this Hotel period!!

Front desk was amazing. Upon checking in I was really done in, and the gentleman behind the desk offered to take my few things up to my room, not only that, but he put my few things in the room for me. I was soooo grateful. Since the hotel is not listed as a full service hotel. I felt he had really gone above just customer service. He saw I was in need and he offered to help, and that's what I needed, HELP.

I always enjoy this property. It is always clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely pleasant and excited to help you. I ws extremely happy with Cheryl's efforts and understanding of the inconvenience Expedia placed me in upon my arrival on Friday and her assistance in helping me get it resolved.

Right next to Casino, Sonic, Waffle house, and a few other food options. Property is clean enough, staff is very nice. Traffic is loud in parking lots. Holiday inn is also in this parking lot.

This hotel was everything we expected. The room and staff were exceptional. I will call out one employee for going above and beyond. Ms. Courtney, who worked the breakfast meals, was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. She did an amazing job of keeping everything stocked and fresh. Her attitude and customer service was extremely refreshing. She was, by far, the best of the best.

Nice room, had to adjust the shower door so it would move. Didn't ask for help. Breakfast was mediocre whis is a shame because they had everything to make it great. All the meats were cold and the eggs were too watery. Great breakfast jem 10 mins down the road tho!

Such a great price for this outstanding hotel. Wonderful staff, great breakfast choices both healthy and indulging, whichever you wanted. The shower was the best I have had in a hotel in many, many years. Everything in the room was super clean as well as the entire hotel.
