Bathrooms were dirty and the elevators werent working.

Most of staff was very friendly.Pool closed since May 2023 by the health Dept. It's March 2024, it should tell you on there website or on Hotels.Com. also rooms smelled VERY musty. They did they were sold out and couldn't move us. Another guest told us her room was also musty. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup convenient.

The hot tub nd pool were not working. I could umderstand if it was for a few days or weeks. The city imspector marked the hot tub out of service in May 2023. So it has been out of service 8 months. They should not be able to advertise a hot rub or pool when it is not available. I would never have paid that much for just a room without a pool and hot tub.

We expected the pool and hot tub to be available. They were both closed!!!

It was a nice and convenient spot however I had to pay for parking.

Front desk service was poor. The breakfast staff was rude. The Lau dry facilities had no sign that dryer was not working or the money changer was broken so we had to find a laundry mat where to dry our clothes. We have stayed at Fairfield On a in the past without any issues. This location is terrible.

Elevators were not working

Don’t bother taking the free shuttle from the airport they’re very rude and no point waiting over an hour horrible just take an Uber

Good breakfast provided with egg, sausage, self made waffle, oatmeal, coffee, tea and juices and bagel, toast and breads..etc..fast check in and out. We were not very happy with airport shuttle process. We were instructed to call for shuttle upon arrival at airport but took us over half an hour waited on the line and got disconnected and tried few times before we got connected with the hotel. They told us to wait at zone 22 for pickup on the phone. If they know that is always the zone for hotel pickup, they should mention in the instruction for airport shuttle. We were very stressed out for the wait.

They tell you that their shuttle service runs until 10:30pm. I requested service at 10:20 and they would not come. No service to airport for early departures.

Was pleasantly please with the overall condition and cleanness of this hotel, the last time I stayed in Miami at an Extended stay it was disappointing, this one was quiet and clean, comfortable bed, I will book again when I need to be in Miami near the cruise port, I'm looking to go back to that area around New Years let's see how it goes.

Very clean

There was hair on the pillow, blood on the sheets on one of the beds and mildew behind the shampoo in the shower. The bath tub was very dirty. No one answered at the front desk when i called about these things at 11pm. I would have voiced my concerns but i checked out at 2:45am and no one was at the desk. I was highly disappointed. Someone needs to contact me about this.

Black molds in our room. Made us sick. Floors were so dirty our feets were black. Just felt unclean. AC was super noisy. The front desk guy didn't seem friendly, he told us the pool was closed because they had rainfall the past couple of days that made it dirty? Huh? We stayed at their sister hotel next door and their pool was open every day. This place was waaaay overpriced for nothing. The only reason we had to stay here was their sister hotels were fully booked. Would not stay again

the staff was great. my room was NOT clean. very outdated especially for the price. did not feel safe here as a solo traveler

Fairfield Inn and Suites was very clean and so quiet. There was a free shuttle from Airport to hotel. And for a small fee, puckup and delivery to cruise ports. I'd recommend to everyone who needs peace and quiet before heading off to new adventures.

Walls were paper thin. I could hear the noice outside. Bathroom floor was dirty.

I liked that they had parking right by the door, but it’s kinda like a secret; you think it’s for deliveries only because they have a sign that says don’t enter or exit; so you go to the lower parking, but if you use it, it’s great. The staff was very nice. No microwaves in the room, but there is a microwave in the lobby. The free breakfast is limited. lyou only have one choice of breakfast meat which was undercooked. Don’t offer milk for lactose intolerant people, except for the one pitcher of oat milk by the oatmeal. Limited butter for the waffles once it’s gone they tell you too bad, It’s gone,no more. My room was dirty. The bed was made nice. someone else’s clothes tags and strings were on the floor. Crumbs were on the refrigerator and a stain inside the refrigerator. Something was splashed on the wall. Thick dust and crumbs behind the desk and the bed. Neighbors door slams so loud it disturbs you and there were noisy children, but the place did look nice. breakfast Juice would’ve been delicious but tasted watery. Front desk lady told me to walk across the street to a restaurant for some delicious food and if they’re too crowded go across the other street for some delicious food they’re open till 3 AM. Took my child across the street to both of the restaurants and they both were closed.when I came back and told her, she just smiled and said oh. Front desk ladies never told me about the car rentals or the attractions packages but they told the other couple who came in.

Like staying in a Motel 6. Very old, dated and kinda gross. The price is way too high for what you get. The pics on the website aren't accurate. The rooms aren't good.

This is a great hotel; the shuttle from the airport arrived in minutes; room was spacious and clean. We walked down the street to the “Latin Cafe” (a 3-minute walk) and had great food that was not expensive! I would definitely stay here again. We went on a cruise, and the hotel arranged a shuttle to the port for us😀. They have a very good breakfast, also!

My room was number 213 and i had no hot water in the shower during my whole 3 day stay

Elevator was not working and WiFi gave problems

Room was noisy (could clearly hear the conversation of the room next to us), room was dated, hot water in the shower was non-existent, only one elevator was working so had long waits and full elevator rides

Super-convenient to MIA. Well-managed breakfast. Room clean and bed fine. Very loud HVAC unit and fridge kept me up half the night.

Property little bit out dated

Basic traveler hotel but without mmicrowave in room - sparse unusable coffee machine. Otherwise just fine. I would stay again due to location near airport.

The room was pretty standard- no frills. But the walls are VERY thin. You can hear your neighbors talking

Very friendly and helpful staff!

We were unable to check in. Despite the fact we had a confirmed reservation, the hotel said there was no room for us and they said they cancelled our reservation. They offered NO ASSISTANCE to help find us another room and told us to contact Expedia because they advised Expedia that the reservation was cancelled. We received no notice of cancellation from the hotel or Expedia. We were unable to book a room anywhere within 2 1/2 hours from there and had to sleep in the car. Terrible experience.

Customer service was lacking. I checked in late and almost did not get a room. When I returned from my cruise, I arrived early rooms were not available which is okay, but there the staff was very rude when letting me know there was no room to store my luggage so we had to sit in lobby for several hours. It was just the non courteous way in which we were inform ed of things.

Your staff at the registration desk was fantastic and helped us also find a good place to eat.

We stayed here after a cruise and the experience to check in was terrible! We was told to the card we used wasn’t acceptable and had to go get a prepaid card to pay for the hold and parking just to come back and was told our card was acceptable…. Paying 500$ for 2 days and have to go through all that was CRAZY! theses folks needa learn how to do they job!

We had reservations, conformation numbers, but after a 12 hour travel day coming from the airport, at 6:00 pm, we were told they had no rooms available for us. I had emails of confirmation but they would not honor it. I had charged it charged to my credit card so they were paid for this reservation.

When I arrived at the airport I called the hotel to find out where to expect the shuttle and the operator hanged on me twice, when I got to the hotel, room key did not work so I had to go down to get the key fixed, breakfast was terrible. Shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful

Amazing staff room very clean breakfast was great

Murphy’s law was in full effect for my trip and my wife and I ended up staying at this hotel for 3 days. Marlem at the front desk was amazing to work with and really went out of her way to help us get situated and did an incredible job coordinating and ensuring that we got all of our documents on time. Great stay, even better service. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Marlem !

Great location, friendly staff.

We were in town for a cruise and had a great stay at this hotel. We were a large family and rented a few rooms. The hotel shuttles from the airport and cruise port were great and punctual. The staff were very kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The few family members who ate the breakfast enjoyed it also. There’s lounge and working space. This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, stores, the airport and not too far from the cruise ports. Thank you for a great experience!

Quick trip to watch a baseball game. Easy check in/out. Close to airport and food.

Very close to the airport with late flight. No stores to get food around the hotel.

Short stay after a long trip before heading to airport. Would stay here again, close to the airport.

The property is close to the Airport and there is a restaurant and gas station close by for convenience.

Stayed here twice....one the way to and from my cruise. Loved it. Staff very friendly and personable. Im planning to stay here again in the spring, bringing my entire family (7 people). Great location to South Beach, too!

It was close to restaurants and shops and Airport.

Breakfast was really bad. Milk was sour. Food was not good.

I would have given this 5 stars but the free breakfast was below what I was use to from less well known hotels. Also the ice machines were only on 3 of the 6 floors. Staff was great and my room was comfortable. I will stay again but eat breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel was clean & comfortable, but the restaurant staff were not so friendly & the breakfast hours were too early, so missed the 2 days of breakfast for kids.

Very short distance from the airport. I was nicely welcomed at the reception and given all necessary information. Good-sized room with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast consisted of freshly made waffles, yoghurts, cereal, bagels, English muffins, bacon, cooked eggs and a delicious spinach-cheese-egg combo.
