We didn’t like that we where with out water for a an hours. The pool wasn’t available until the end of the stay. Over all it was pleasant and the room was cold how we like it. Area was beautiful

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y que cuenta con estacionamiento incluido. En cuanto a este último, me gustó que había patrulla dia y noche por lo que dejas el carro sintiendote tranquila. Tambien me pareció que tiene muy buena ubicación desde la que puedes ir a la playa o a los restaurantes que estan por el malecon.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y que cuenta con estacionamiento incluido. En cuanto a este último, me gustó que había patrulla dia y noche por lo que dejas el carro sintiendote tranquila. Tambien me pareció que tiene muy buena ubicación desde la que puedes ir a la playa o a los restaurantes que estan por el malecon.

No le estan invirtiendo a la propiedad , la estan dejando caer mucho, antes habia camastros y sombrilla para la playa , la alberca se le esta cayendo loa pedazos de azulejo, los jacuzzis viejos y poco funcionales.. hay varios detalles de estetica del edificio y habitaciones en general

amazing hotel , I was there with my children and felt safe , the staff was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed , truly a great place to stay the vacation in mazatlan ,,,, very quiet despite being on ocean view ,,, and the reason why I loved it even more is because they are pet friendly and allowed my dog stay with me and it was great .

Falta mucho servicio de limpieza, los cojines sucios , no barren debajo de la cama , había pelos de otras personas en las almohadas, alberca y restaurante muy cómodos , la limpieza es lo más importante en un hotel y en este solo hacen limpieza superficial según como vean. Eso le quita todos sus puntos buenos , no quede del todo satisfecha.

The room was not clean at all. The floors were dirty, the bathroom had hair all over it. The shower didn't have hot water and the drain was clogged. Bed was not comfortable at all. Room was super basic.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the view. Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty, and the towels were in an unacceptable condition. One night, during a thunderstorm, rain leaked into our room. We called the front desk, and they said they would see if someone could go check the room, but no one ever came. The Wi-Fi was also consistently unreliable throughout our stay. Overall, both the service and quality of this hotel were very poor, and I would not recommend it.

The noise from the condensers made it impossible to sit outside on the tiny balconies or sit by the pool. There was two of us but only one chair for the balcony. Very small room. Maid service left us one water everyday. No face clothes. Staff were very good but I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms are small than what they appear online pay attention to the square footage.. They charge 250 pesos for each person for day passes to the pool, if you had anyone come that isn’t on your reservation.. The service was good but it is an older hotel and needs some updates.

Only one staff member was checking in over 20 people and she kept taking people out of line. It took 45 minutes to check in. The pool was closed, the restaurant was closed. I would not stay there again.

4th visit here. It is our Pit Stop on our way down and back to Rincon de Guayabitos. Dog Friendly. Beach across the street. I had an issue in December here as they did not have my reservation even thought it was paid in advance thru Expedia with Cc Not happy but the professionalism of Maria certainly made the difference of coming back here. Maria checked us in again on our return trip 3/11. She assisted us with several request. As long as she is here we will continue to return. Thank You Maria👍😎

The property is convenient for me. It was a little unsettling when staff was rude. I requested ice at 9:30pm and was told there was none as the restaurant was closed. The menu said it closed at 10.

Desde que llegamos, la señorita de la recepción fue muy amable, el personal del restaurante fue muy atento y servicial. Por cierto todo muy rico en el restaurante, que está de lujo. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos pasos está el malecón, sin duda volveremos.

Todo esta bien en cuanto al precio lo unico que no me gusto fue la comida 😬ya me he hospedado otras veces y estaba muy rica, hoy no me gusto tube que salir a comer fuera, deje mi margarita entera y mi aguachile estaba malísimo

Coral Island is an older hotel that needs some TLC that is located right on the Malecon - terrific location. Staff are very accommodating and breakfast is excellent and very convenient.

In general a good location. Wifi was really spotty, my only complaint. Place is clean, restaurant good, staff friendly but bedding, towels and such have seen better days (clean, but far from new).
