Beautiful place in quiet street. All rooms have their own outside seating area. Patio and outside areas are all stunning, serene and plants everywhere. Room was very clean, lots of storage space, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, tv with some American channels. Didn't feel like a hotel was more like having beautiful Mexican apartment. Easy walking distance to all tourist areas. Short distance from bus station. I was given early check in, no extra charge and my bags carried upstairs to room and again when I left. Breakfast was complimentary for me, pancakes very good.

Al principio confundidos porqué el hotel ofrece estacionamiento y en realidad no tiene, pero el recepcionista nos atendió muy amablemente y nos indicó que tenían un convenio con un establecimiento y que vendrían por el vehículo. La habitación estaba en tercer piso pero a pesar de las escaleras y que el acceso a la misma estaba al fondo , estaba muy bonita, amplia y muy cómoda. El desayuno es delicioso y la atención del personal es muy bueno!. Caminamos a varios lugares. Es muy buena ubicación porque no es muy ruidoso como en otras areas del centro de San Miguel de Allende.

No tienen elevador para personas mayores, tienen demasiadas escaleras y son inseguras, las escaleras estan al intemperie, nos llovio y nos resbalamos, por poco y nos caemos, no tiene estacionamiento para autos propio, tuvimos que dejar la camioneta lejos, los aires acondicionados estan viejos y no funcionan bien, las televisiones son viejas y no funcionan bien, el internet tampoco funciona bien, las puertas no cierran bien. Lovely, small hotel, definitely not cookie cutter. Staff was courteous and helpful. We had breakfast included in our rate, beginning at 8:00. Table service, menu did not change. Depending on your room their may be several stairs to climb, and no elevator. The only drawback was that the wi-fi which was great at first was not working well the last night of our stay. There was a safe in our room, but it was too small for a laptop.

Such a beautiful building and everything was so charming and comfortable . No elevator so next time we stay there we will ask for a room on the second floor not the third. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. It will be our home in San Miguel.

I have no complaints about the condition of the room or cleanliness. It was spotless. There are a lot of stairs, so if you have trouble navigating those ups and downs, you might ask for a first floor room. I did get help from the hotel personnel in getting my suitcase to my room and back down the day I left. My only major complaint is that the internet is very spotty. It was better in public shared areas, but slow. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but I ate out most of the time, as I have a relative who lives in town. Did I mention that all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful?

The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The outside of each individual room was nicely decorated with plants and flowering plants and the ambiance felt relaxing. The food provided by the hotel was very good. The entire staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would stay in the same hotel, if I go back to San Miguel de Allende.

La ubicación nos resultó muy conveniente, te puedes mover fácilmente caminando en la zona centro, cuentan con servicio de estacionamiento en caso de que lleves auto, aunque seguro será lo que menos quieres utilizar, la gente es muy amable y algo en lo que nos fijamos mucho es la limpieza la cual es impecable, también las opciones de desayunos son muy buenas. Estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estadía.

Beautiful building, spacious and tall suite room, and lovely outdoors spaces with lots of plants. Great location, short walking distance to all the main places of interest and good bars and restaurants. Very good breakfast with some Mexican options, which seems difficult to find in hotels that cater to tourists. Lovely, friendly staff. The only downside was the slow, unreliable internet. It seemed I had a full signal but the actual connection is obviously very weak.

Everything was excellent, location, easy to parking, restaurants and bars around the area, everything near by within walking distance. The room needs AC Unit, was to hot and the ceiling fan was not enough.

Loved the freshly cooked breakfast with menu to select individual meals; Room was spacious, comfortable, clean; Hot water for showers was only accessible at certain times of day; Darling interior furnishings. Centrally located - one could walk anywhere easily.

Mirasol is a quiet enclave among the hustle and bustle of SMA. Rooms are commodious, some with beautiful brick ceilings. Our AC unit did leak and there were heavy generator noises each morn thru the walls. Our front desk impresario Jose got us coffee, orange juice, and fruit for our early-morn departure. So solicitous, so helpful! Thank you, Jose!

Internet is not existent, it was so bad that the TV couldn’t even connect for us to watch. The frond desk guy was nice, but not informative. I had to ask all the questions that normally are provided to you during the check in process. Their book rule is outdated and contradictory. We are not going back.

Hotel Villa Mirasol was such a great surprise. The entire staff was so welcoming and happy to help my entire party beginning with the transportation from airport to hotel to having a clean room. Wonderful stay. Delicious full breakfast. Service over and above. I suffered an injury and the staff helped with everything: getting a doctor, medical supplies and medications, extra cash. I felt so cared for at Villa Mirasol. Beautiful, calm setting.

They have wonderful breakfasts, their Chilaquiles divorciados were excellent! I ate lunch once there and it wasn’t great the meat was not the best quality. Going into the centro was difficult because you are going uphill so I would take a taxi. Coming back was a breeze. The place is clean and quiet.

A decoração do hotel é muito charmosa, o quarto muito confortável com ótima cama. O café da manhâ é básico mas satisfatório. Our 9-day stay was very comfortable. The property was charming and staff was all super friendly. The rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable. Location is very good as well; it is a quieter area and an easy walk to the Jardin (only a few blocks). We will absolutely stay here again.

Villa Mirasol is a beautiful property. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious. The location couldn’t be more perfect. So close to walk everywhere. We felt very safe walking to and from dinner at night. We will stay again when we return. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Le pongo 4 estrellas porque el horsrio del restaurante es muy corto. Termina a las 3 pm. Seria bueno que tambien tuvieran servicio de cena y cerraran el restaurante por lo menos a las 10 pm. No hay tantos lugares oara comer alrededor por lo que ampliar el tiempo del restaurante seria buena opcion
