The motel is retro. The rooms were clean and simple. But they had a table and 2 chairs to sit. There was a table with a cofffe maker and microwave, with a mini frig below. The shower was a walk in with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. Plenty of clean towels to use. The pool area was very nice with plenty of deck chairs and a few pool noodles. It was in a courtyard surrounded by beautiful foliage. There were many sitting areas scattered around the property to congregate. There are 4 gas grills for your use. There was an enclosed glass octagonal pavilion where a continental breakfast was served every morning from 7:30-10:30. It was decently stocked with breakfast pasty (pre-wrapped), bagels, fruit, yogurt, juices and coffee. The front desk was friendly and courteous. We had a late night check-in which was very easy using a lock box. Overall we had a lovely stay at a very decent price for Naples.

Wow, what a great start, the reception staff were spot on. So friendly and gave great ad.vice on where to eat locally. Room 282 on second floor was cosy and well appointed - no issues at all. The gardens of the hotel are filled with tropical plants and trees. The family owners have spent a great deal over the past year or so improving the hotel and it shows. Fabulous seating areas on new decking , so well thought out. Continental breakfast served in the courtyard where there are tables to sit outside to eat. Very imressive pool area. Only had one night here but wanted more. Staff so friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Awesome family vacation spot close to the beach and restaurants. A minor issue is the pool closes at 8pm. It would have been great to jump in the wonderful pool after a long day at least til 10pm. Overall a 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you!

Was beyond my expectations. Arrived a little early. Felt welcomed. Put us right in a room. TY. Room was very Clean & comfortable. Pool was amazing! Property was beautiful! Felt safe, Staff members were friendly. Would definitely stay again..

If you value your health, comfort, and customer service, I strongly advise staying quite literally anywhere else, including your car. The room we were booked in was absolutely disgusting. Visible mold, and a mustiness that was so bad it made it hard to breath. They had windows open and could see into other units, and they had commercial dehumidifiers in them. This is clearly an issue the property is struggling with, and failing to handle properly. My lady and I spent about 5 minutes in the room before deciding we couldn’t sleep in there, it was that bad. When we asked for a refund, not only were we denied, they were extraordinarily rude about it. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this was so terrible that I want to save my fellow travelers from suffering the same fate I did. I work in mold remediation, and know what I’m looking at. This place should be shut down, as it’s a clear hazard to the poor souls who unknowingly pay to stay there.

I was downgraded to a cheaper room, and they waived the dog fee which was $20, however I don’t know if the difference of the rooms were only $20 because no one provided me with that information. The room was not clean, there was hair in the bathtub, the floor felt dirty and there were ants in the room. It was an overall very cheap feeling.

Our only issue was that the floor was not very clean and was kind of sticky. Also, it would be nice if there were quiet gliders on the chairs so moving them is not so noisy for the downstairs guest, A soft chair for relaxing would be nice as well. Love the tropical environment and breakfast was awesome!

Beautiful hotel. Old Florida feel it was amazing. Many great garden sitting patios to relax and read a book. Our room was very spacious and incredibly clean. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will return

I love this property! Great staff, quiet, safe area, usually spotless. Had an issue this time, German roaches in the room I was in. Shared with staff upon my exit. They are getting too pricey though. Love the place but may have to find something else in the future....

It’s obviously an older style property so a facelift would be good. Rooms are fair size but lights and plugs a bit old. Bathroom ok but water pressure on top floor was pitiful. Breakfast (continental) was really good with plenty of choice. Location fair with short drives to food and beverage. Overall, reasonable value for money but a couple of nights was enough. All staff were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Kitchenette although small was well equipped, easy to self cater. Lovely swimming pool. Only downside was the noisy refrigerator which did disturb our sleep.

Lovely place to stay. Our room had a king-sized bed with fridge and microwave, table with two chairs. Separate bathroom and sink, so that was convenient for two people. The grounds are thoughtfully landscaped with many seating areas, lights, palm trees, and quiet nooks. Breakfast is in a central enclosed gazebo. It included bagels, English muffins, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, butter, yogurt, fruit cups, oatmeal packets, water, juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, and then numerous prepackaged items like muffins, granola bars, donuts, etc. There were hard boiled eggs the first day only. One morning (we stayed 4 nights), the fresh fruit was gone and there were only 3 yogurt cups left, so sometimes the options were less. Our room was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. For some reason, though, it was always humid. We had the air conditioning on high, but still our papers and brochures would become limp after sitting in our room for awhile. We could have opened our window, except the people staying next to us smoked frequently at the table in front of our window. They smoked at all hours -- we were woken up more than once by their laughing and talking outside our room with their kids yelling. Every time we walked past their room it smelled like pot and the smell would drift into our room if we opened the window. This isn't the fault of the owners, it was just the unfortunate circumstance of our stay in room 252. Enforced quiet hours would have been nice.

Had to check in by 8:00pm and the lobby closed at that time. Pool also closed early. The wifi didn’t work as the lobby was closed we sent an email and no one answered. Was frustrating as I needed to do some work and wasn’t able to get it done. The walls were very thin we heard the people next to us! Had a hard time falling asleep due to it, after a long day. For the price of this place it wasn’t worth it to be honest.

Nice and cozy. Park your car in front of your door. Small but has all you need. Well distributed space. Smart way to fit so muh in a small room. Confy bed. Breakfast was ok mostly breads, cookies, fruits, yogurt, coffee, teas, no hot food. Very beautiful gardens and the pool was clean and nice. Lots of plants and i loved the swing. Lovely services, fromt desk was excellent, friendly and professional. Great neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants

This hotel is a hidden gem. It looks like an old mid-century hotel that has been completely renovated with modern touches while still maintaining the mid-century look. Their pool was amazing and the property makes you feel like you are in a hidden oasis. Rooms are modern with all the amenities you will need. Highly recommended!!

Only good things to say about this place. The rooms were great, the kitchen had everything we needed, the mattress was super comfortable, and the continental breakfast had all the essentials. The hotel is clean and has a really nice atmosphere overall. Big shoutout to the blonde girl at the reception (Megan?!) — she was so lovely and happy to help with anything we needed. Totally recommend this hotel!

front desk staff could of been more accommodating i’m a local and had to be out my house for 24 hours for construction reasons, they changed date at last minute to the following week, so i asked if they could hold the reservation til following week It is off season here and plenty availability. 1 night / 1 person Customer service is very important especially in this community, with its off season - recommendations and great reviews are important The staff was not even concerned or cared about my situation, didn’t even try to change it it or even willing to check sometimes you have to be do the rules

We stay at the Fairview once every month, Megan, Jose the rest of the front desk are always welcoming efficient… The staff that they have for cleaning and maintenance are meticulous and extremely hard-working. The grounds are wonderful very family friendly.

Staff very unhelpful. Room dark and bathroom was old n dirty. They had building work outside room with just tape next to very big step. Car parked at end of row so couldn’t get up the steps with bags and to access room Told reception n they just dismissed this as it is fire hazard if need to get out of room. In middle of nowhere location poor

The property is surrounded by tree's, plants and this make a little scape for the noise city, even when is in the city. Is perfect if you want to be in a quiet and different place, and take some rest. Nearby to the beach, restaurants and stores.

We had amazing stay, easy to get to, friendly people staff & guest. We were surprised about the VIP special & we decided to keep it for a souvenir for now. The Room was lovely & had everything we needed. The grounds of the hotel was beautiful & serene. The breakfast was nice but we were hoping for some eggs & potatoes or something in that nature. Overall if we do come back to Naples, FL this hotel would be where we stay.

We thought that the breakfast could be better Would have liked more cereal choice, fresh milk and perhaps more bread options. The toaster broke on the second day and wasn't replaced. A little light music would have helped the atmosphere.
