For what it is, the hotel room was good and great value. The area is a bit nerve wracking at night if you are woman, people will approach you and catcall you as I've experienced.

We had roof top room. Which was pretty warm. Airco would be nice but luckily there was a ventilator, but still warm. The location is 5 min walk from the main trainstation in a vibrant street. But evenings it's pretty dodgy street. Breakfast is 3 min walk, with plenty, various and delicious food.

Good for one night close to the train station. We missed AC - it was hot on the top floor.

Expensive (almost 200 euros for a 9m2 room). The area around is problematic. Between 04:30-5:00 AM there was a group of guests inside the hotel shouting in German and slamming doors. The only light working in my bedroom was the large white lamp on the ceiling. I needed to leave some medication in the fridge. There was no fridge in the entire hotel. The room and bathroom standard was fine. I could leave my luggage there for 3h after checking out.

The room was very clean, and the staff was helpful in moving me from a shared bath room which I had booked by mistake. The building itself could do with a lot of maintenance.
