Underwhelming stay. Check in took awhile. She tried to put our rooms together but after trying for for awhile, said she couldn’t so we settled for being on different floors. Our room smelled strong of cigarette smoke, so we asked to change and within minutes were put right next to our other room. The room set up was not conducive. Couch bed folded right out into the queen bed. Pool was out of order. Thankfully we were just there for a quick overnight stay to sleep.

This is a great location with lots of restaurants and parking. Easy to walk to. Our room was clean but the tub had drainage issues and mold on the ceiling from moisture. The floors weren’t clean in the bathroom. The pool needed a good scrub - was slimy floors and tiles in the indoor pool area. The gym is very clean and the equipment looks new. And the entire floor we stayed in smelled like smoky marijuana. STRONG. We complained to the front desk about the smell and he was very nice very apologetic but didn’t do anything. We got extra towels for the bathroom and pool which was great. Our room was spacious and the layout of the suite with the pullout couch was nice for 2 adults and 3 kids.

Housekeeping knocked on our door, we said we would be leaving in a few minutes and they never came back, we had to go to the front desk for towels. The paper plates and plastic utensils at breakfast make it look like they are trying hard to be cheap. When we booked on Expedia it showed the pool open at 9 AM, when we get there it is 10 AM and kids waiting to get in. Good location and front desk staff tried to be helpful.

The hotel is right beside a Walmart which is convient but not scary. There are multiple hotels nearby and it's close to the highway. The hotel was well maintained and other than a few scratches here and there looked nice. Breakfast was good and well supplied each morning. The workout room offered lots of options from cardio to weights.

Springs sticking out of the sofa mattress, 3 sets of sheets to get clean linen for mattress, pool smaller then it looks, no towels at the pool to use, no noise absorbing barriers in pool area making EVERYTHING echo.

For over $200 a night i would expect ice machine to work, 2 stationary bikes in exercise room neither working, TV in exercise room not working. Hole in bathroom ceiling, looked like maybe missing bathroom fan, door to bathroom (just cosmetic) had several deep scratches chipped paint and large cracks

It was ok for one night but would not choose to stay here again. The air didn’t work in our room. The hairdryer was also broken. Not sure how this property received such a good rating on Expedia but it is not a very well maintained facility. Pool was nasty. No towwl rack. Water spots all over ceilings. Very poor continental breakfast. Poorly staffed

This is not a 3-star. They had my reservation wrong and gave us a single bed. Then got a room with garbage behind the beds, stains on the carpet, and pubes on the “clean” towels. Also visible mold on the ceiling.Politely asked for a clean room.They gave us a new room.another pube was sitting in the sink and even more garbage behind beds. They refused a refund and we left. Terrible. Don’t stay here.

Tons of black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, couch has stains. Center night looks worse than one from a rummage sale. Musty/stale smell of the air. Stains on bathroom wall. Absolutely disgusting room. We couldn’t stand any longer and left at 4am.

This was awful. Choice Hotels? They should be ashamed to call this one of their properties. It was dirty & old. Plus there was ants crawling around. I would never ever stay here again. In fact, I would like to be reimbursed for our stay.

There was a bit of what I hope was pizza cheese and topping on the couch. The carpet was wet from the AC. There was black mold on the curtains. The door did not close well and there was no fan in the bathroom. The hall from the entrance to the elevator smelled like skunky weed.

Spacious King suite with comfy bed. Furniture could be updated and heating/cooling unit cover was held by tape which wasn’t holding it well. Bugs in window sill, but probably wouldn’t have noticed, had the heat/cooling unit cover not been broken. Overall, for the price, I would stay here again for an overnight trip.

The motel is great. There needs to be more space to put your clothing. No dresser in the bedroom area? Maybe a few more options for breakfast. We will stay here again it is clean, close to shopping, restraunts and more. Our view was the walmart parking lot!

Room 114 is terrible. It’s right next to the side door which was slammed constantly through the late night and early morning. The sink was cracked badly but the room was pretty clean otherwise. Overall I liked the hotel. Just know that room location matters.

My family enjoyed our quick overnight stay here. Rooms were nice and recently updated. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. We went down to eat our breakfast at 8:15am and they were OUT of almost everything. No pancakes, no sausage, no bacon, no scrambled eggs, only one cereal (raisin bran). There was literally 3 biscuits left so my kids said they would eat a biscuit with a cup of milk, BUT then they didn’t have any jelly. I finally asked the worker if there was going to be more food and she said no, that was it. I asked for jelly, she said they were all out. The worker was very sweet and I felt bad for her because she was just there to put food out, but there wasn’t anymore food to prepare to put out. Just very disappointed about the breakfast, literally didn’t even have muffins or toast to offer us. Rooms and staff were great.

Nice large room. Could use a mirror over desk to help with multiple people getting ready in the morning. Room temperature was hard to control. Coffee maker had to be moved to electrical outlet to use. Not enough towels for guests, only 1 large towel for each.

The air conditioner was broken in the room. I had to fight with the front desk to get to get is in a new room but it was a queen suite and they told me i could get the difference refunded. In the morning when i asked the front desk about the redund i was told that room was more expensive which i dont see how a queen suite is more expensive than a king suite. They told me i have to contact the third party i booked with but when trying to book through their website it redirects to a third party. It seems like they dont want to take responsibility for their actions. Not to mention they kept telling me they had no rooms available but then they finally had one to move us to. The breakfast was horrible. I had a better breakfast in the service. For the amout of money i paid for the night to have painted door knobs and a cold indoor pool. I should have booked at the holiday inn. I will never go there again. This was for my daughters birthday and it was a disaster.

Stress free check in 🙏 Accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and no smells. I love that the hotel it self was clean; the lobby, elevators, hallways and the dining area. This says a lot. We had a day filled with ups and downs,side to sides. Wish I could say but long story short. Thumbs up for me.

Excellent customer service. Very easy check in and the front desk workers were super nice! They had updated our stay, free of charge, to a suite due to having a toddler and the elevator was down. Friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again!

To start with, the young man at the desk was excellent...friendly, professional, and helpful. The first room we had did not have any electricity. We told the desk and the young man fixed the problem while we went out to eat. When we got back to the room we did have power, but then we discovered the bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor and the sofa was stained. After going back to the desk, the young man gave us another room, which was fine.
