The Entry way was inundated with birds who have made nests in the canopy. Well between dropped nests, poop and feathers, it was pretty nasty. The lobby was open and soothing with a nice fountain. There was plenty of comfortable seating. They have a free breakfast with standard fare. There was a small snack area with drinks and chips, canned soup etc for sale. There is a fitness room, a nice pool and a gazebo for smokers. The room was clean and bright. Beds and bedding were clean. The mattress was hard and was not comfortable. Other room furniture was clean and comfortable. The carpet was very clean. The bathroom is somewhat small but was very clean. There are bath amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body was and lotion. All were good quality and had a nice smell. The only working ice machine is on the 2nd floor. The staff was helpful, efficient and very friendly and polite. I would stay here again if they have a bed that doesn't feel like a granite slab. Overall it's a decent place to stay.

All of the staff were genuinely friendly and greeted us. We felt very safe even with the late arrival and appreciated that there was parking available. We were also pleased with the breakfast selections and staff keeping the buffet fresh.

just a 1 nite stay as part of a longer trip. staff was excellent. hotel good, comfortable, room was clean. good location and price. bar in the lobby is nice tho only open til 7… on Tues anyway. good breakfast. bathroom area could use a few more hooks or towel bars. would stay here again.

We've stayed here before and it is always clean, safe and comfortable. It is about 25 minutes from the Army base but there doesn't seem to be anything similar near to the base. During this short weekend we also stayed at La Quinta but Best Western Plus is definitely cleaner and nicer but a little pricier. The pool is outdoor, so it was closed because it was a little early in the season. No hot tub.

This was hands down the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. And in sitting in the lobby and listening to the cleaning staff, I know why. First, they were having fun with each other. They were getting cleaning tips from each other. And you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. The amenities here were great. My only two knocks on the hotel, and this is being nit-picky, the mattress was really hard and the pillows were flat. And at breakfast, the waffle iron wasn't working properly. But seriously, great breakfast overall and I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others in the future.

Reasonably convenient location in a remote part of the country. Nice breakfasts that ended too early on one date. Bathroom smelled like body odor on arrival. Carpet in room was musty and dusty. HEPA vacuuming or hygienic removal of carpet needed. Shocked to pull back the blanket after a long day only to discover all sorts of brown spots on the edge of the blanket folded down where it would have been in contact with my upper body.

On a 3 day stay, the garbage was never emptied. No maid service, clean towels or coffee packs during our stay. The hotel is clean in the common areas. Nice enough hotel, but only expect the bare minimum in amenities.

My husband and I stayed here because it was very convenient to the interstate, family, shopping, and restaurants. The room, bathroom, and carpet were clean. I did notice a small amount of dust/lint in the corners of the wall and the pillows could have been larger for the king bed. Overall the stay was very nice and we felt very comfortable and safe here. We would stay again.

Housekeeping could step up. Marks on the walls, hallway carpet dirty in front of the elevators, fingerprints on the room door lock inside and outside. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing.

It was an ok hotel but for the price and a “Plus” I expected more. It’s the little things. Coffee machine didn’t work efficiently and breakfast was cold. In the room, we had a King suite and only had 4 half size pillows, one towel each, no tissue ( I was suffering from allergies) and needed them bad. In most hotels now they have shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash in large containers…..nope, not here. And no place to set your own in the shower. AND you had to actually get in the shower to turn it on. Like I said, it’s the small things that weren’t present.

Staff was great. Facilities were clean modern. Had1:45am wake up from a very irritating Motorcycle revving his engine. Bed was terrible (rock hard) and strange non traditional pillows on the bed. Just average breakfast - Coffee at breakfast is a single serving machine and kind of poorly place in the dining area - people waiting for coffee to dispense are in the way of others trying get food. Condiments located far away from coffee besides.

The room and facility overall seemed clean enough. Plumbing fixtures in the bathroom seemed new and of good quality and worked well. That was nice to see. Pillows were the little square squishy things that don’t provide enough head and neck support. Black-out window blinds had one side disconnected from the traveling rail so the curtains would not completely close, and this did not provide black-out conditions. Very inconvenient. Breakfast “fried eggs” were barely recognizable as eggs and had the consistency of cardboard. Not appetizing. Orange juice seemed very watery. Many of the breakfast containers were marked as recyclable, but the hotel evidently does not have a way to recycle? Several of the items were #2 plastic, for which recycling collection is nearly always available. Surely more recycling options are available in a town with a university and a nearby Army base.

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable - but the pillows were abysmal (weirdly small , completely unsupportive). The staff was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was better than average hotel fare. I would stay here any other time i find myself in Clarksville.

This is definitely a step (or more) up for Best Western, helping them compete with some of the nicer business class hotels. The property was very clean and the decor was nice. Comfy bed, good pillows, nice bathroom (it had a roll-in shower for accessibility). Water pressure was GREAT and the water temperature was also GREAT. Standard hotel breakfast with Belgian waffles, sausage, eggs of some sort, cereals, yogurt, bagles, all that stuff. I had two criticisms, which would in no way would be deal-breakers. 1.) In the shower stall, the ceiling drywall was bulging and cracked, probably water damage from the next floor up. Hope they fix it so mold doesn't grow. 2.) On the breakfast bar, if someone is standing by the toaster, waiting for it to pop, you can't get to the plates, utensils, napkins, etc. It's just a bad design, so if management is reading this, maybe a different configuration would help. Overall, a really good overnight experience.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping support is almost non-existent. We stayed a whole week and nowhere on the website or on hotels.com does it warn the guest that this hotel does not have housekeeping on the weekends. The front desk actually told me this the day after we checked in. That is not industry standard. But aside from that, in the whole week we were there, in spite of me asking daily, our room was cleaned a total of one time. That is unacceptable. Even hotels.com called on our behalf one morning, and even then housekeeping didn't show up until the following day. In spite of the kind staff, I just can't justify spending good money at a property that is so mismanaged that they can't clean their rooms in a timely fashion. I won't be back.

It was 5stars from the time you pulled in until you checked out. Staff was super friendly and point on when you ask for help, place for local handouts and eats. Always available and willing to help. Again it’s been a long time since I’ve guys 5 star rating.

we there on a Little League Softball Region tournament and had reserved 20 rooms and some people checked in on Thursday evening the rest of us on Friday after lunch when we arrived to find out that the rooms were ready, but their policy was you couldn't check in until 3pm so 6-7 families had to wait to be able to check-in. this is the first time this has happened to me and i travel a lot usually if the room is ready you can check in. we will never book in this hotel again for that reason especially with 20 or more rooms. the lady at the front desk on Friday was rude and would not help anyone until 3pm and because of that i didn't get into my room until 3pm because of the back log of people trying to check-in, do I get a discount because I couldn't get into my room until 3:30 instead of 3?

The front desk staff member that greeted me and checked me in to my room was extremely inviting and kind. She seemed to like her job and demonstrated an appreciation for me choosing to stay at this property. However, the night shift staff member that replaced her left much to be desired. She was disinviting and seemed bothered that we asked her to resolve the problem of our having been assigned a room in which the television did not work properly. Her response left us feeling that we should have dealt with the problem and not intruded on her 8 hour work shift. Other than her lack of customer service, our stay was wonderful.

We stayed 3 nights and the room was very comfortable. I felt very safe. Located near a ton of food and shopping options. We found Clarksville to be a nice area over all. Attractions we had time to do: Riverwalk, Dunbar Cave, Bell Cave and the Elk/Bison Prairie drive. Be aware some tours end in Sept and October.

Disappointing stay. Waited at the desk 10 min for someone to check us in. Room was clean and ok. Furniture in the lobby area was dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Very little selection. Coffee says it was Black Rifle but was Sam’s. Staff was unfriendly and did not keep the food stocked. Juice machine out of order. Sausage was dry and burned. No eggs in serving bowl. Worst stay in many years.

Staff wasn't able to answer simple billing questions. Same question got two contradictory answers by the same person hours apart. Orange juice dispenser was diluting the concentrate with too much water. I advised the staff and was told that maintenance would have to fix this. Need better breakfast options.
