We are a family of 6 and stayed in one of the suites. The service was amazing! Anytime we asked the front desk for towels or a blanket or anything we needed they had it and gladly let us grab it. Breakfast was great. Buffet each morning, with lots of options including fresh fruit (which most hotels don't have) and people there to replenish the food as soon as it got low. The pool was clean and heated! And mostly we were the only ones in it. Pretty good size pool. Would recommend for large families and I would definitely stay here again, especially at such a low price.

We loved our stay here! The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Our room was clean and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Loved the way they had dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc instead of those little tiny bottles!!! Breakfast was really good. Again, had a nice variety of foods and the staff kept everything full and counters clean!!! We didn't use the pool but it looked nice! The only two things that could have been better was a firmer bed and towels that were softer. Definitely recommend this location!

After the first night my daughter and I had to change rooms due to mold. The next night we found mold in the second room. We asked house keeping to change our sheets due to and accident and all she did was flip the sheets and left her card saying that the room was clean! After talking to Anna at the front desk she assured us that we would get a refund for our stay. My family and will never stay at the hotel again. we have pictures of the mold, the dirty sheets and the housekeepers card guaranteeing cleaning.

It’s a lovely property but there was hair in the shower and the tv cable was completely separated from the tv so no entertainment for the night I had to watch things on my small screen phone very inconvenient I’m not happy with that at all.

The property had a funky smell - like stinky feet. We even sprayed our room down but the halls and mustiness were still there. The breakfast was a bit stale as well. The muffins tasted a couple of days old. There were also hairs still in the tub, so that had not been cleaned very well.

Nice property. A bit tough to turn into. Rooms are nice. Sime hooks/hangers in the bathroom would help. Sorry to sound petty ; but it was annoying to walk from room to room to get ready. AC was loud. Staff was great.

The room was very noisy; I could neighbors, people in the hall. The cleaning people tried coming into my room at 9:30, while I was on the phone (checkout is 12 noon, and I arrived late 10 pm). What was the rush to interrupt me? There was a loose tile near the bathroom sink which I was nice enough to tell the front desk so they could easily fix it before it becomes a problem.

Got to my room, sat down to eat and a bug was crawling on the table (although I didn’t see any more). Air Conditioner/Heater didn’t work properly. Had to turn up too high or too low to get it to come on, instead of adjusting 1 degree at a time. Poor lighting in restroom and loose floor tiles.

The room was nice, the hotel staff were nice. The problem is that the bathroom is kind of dark. They have one of those built-in mirrors with a surrounding light and for the 2nd time in 3 stays, the mirror surround light did not work. Even if it did work it barely throws off sufficient light. They need to replace these stupid surround lights.

The breakfast staff were outstanding. They exceeded in their serving skills. They were kind. There were 2 females who really made the group I was with (which was 14 of us) feel welcomed and so comfortable. I applaud them for truly knowing what customer service is. God bless you all.

When I went to check-in, I gave the staff my name and she said they were sold out and that I needed to call Expedia because she didn’t have any reservations under my name. Even though I spelled my last name for her, she would not really even check her computer. She ended up asking for the name after I insisted and she finally listened to how my last name was spelled and found the reservation. She was very rude about turning me away right away and originally said that there were no bookings for Expedia for that day, which was obviously not true.

Very loud & not that I feel the people around us were necessarily loud, but could hear everything. Called about the noise, but continued. Sheets were dirty, when i called about the dirty sheets the front desk told me to come down to get new ones. Had to remake the bed and the new sheets appeared dirty or stained as well. I guess I expected much better quality. Shower curtain was dirty with black spots that looked like mold as well as on the ceiling in the bathroom.

The best part was our arrival, because we were 1/2 hour early and the receptionist did everything to make easy to get our room and because we were costumers she improved our room too. That is really a good welcome!. Breakfast was full of different choices and service excellent. My room was cleaned every day neat and clean. The Dove bottle with shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a good quality addition to the stay. Thank you.

Access to this hotel is subpar. Only one very small entrance off US27. If you miss it, it will take a mile to u-turn your way all around. No easy access to get onto I-4 , even though it’s nearby. Recommend staying in Champions Gate area instead. Hotel staff not very helpful. If you need anything from housekeeping you can only request during very limited and specific hours; outside of that you’re out of luck. Room main beds are more like sofa beds. Room was clean though.

The property is clean and the staff were cordial and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. They provide all you need for your stay. It was a bit awkward to get to from the highway exit. You have to pass the entrance and make a u-turn. It is an issue with the busy area, not the hotel.

Pros: Clean room, Cracker Barrel and McDonalds near by. Cons: Breakfast buffet ended too early for vacationers (9am). Room smelled stuffy when entering.

Good hotel at a fair price. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast wasn’t good. In their defense, their oven was broken. But it has been broken for some time. Makes you wonder why. Room was clean. Hotel slightly dated. Would stay again.

They use Dove products in the bathroom, that’s a nice touch. Hot breakfast and healthy options were my favorite!! Close to restaurants was a plus. I’d stay here again.
