This house was exactly what I was looking for to Host 71st Annual Beta Chi Omega Fraternity " Retreat " with ample space, beds, outside covered porch, and the Massive game room " The Retreat at Lake Texoma " check all the boxes for our BXO group needs. Big Thanks to our Host Jeff for being available with a few questions during our stay and helping to make our Retreat the Best Ever !

Great place for a large family gathering, we spent the majority of our time in the game room with the pool table and ping pong table.

The game room was amazing and perfect for all ages!!! The kids really enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. We all (13!) watched movies on the huge sectional down there too! The game room made it so we did not worry about the weather! The kids were entertained. When the adults wanted to talk we came to the main sitting area and TV. It is hard to find 3 king rooms so that one couple doesn’t have to sleep in a room full of kids! Also, the house has a huge flat field in front of it so that kids could play soccer and football when the weather was nice! Love the huge table that Sat 10 and a second area that Sat 8 (we brought 2 folding chairs) as well. Perfect for our family Thanksgiving!
