Few spots that have mold in the shower, would expect that not to be the case for $500/night. Plus all the expenses dining, gambling, cabana etc I expected it to be a little higher class. Spa was great, the infinity pool over looks the liquid club so not super relaxing, and the steam room was down, but another $500 to enjoy a nice facility and a good massage. Gym was nice. Restaurants were good!

The hotel is clean & beautiful with lots of restaurants & a good location. A tram runs from the attached shops to the Bellagio & MGM. We saw a concert at Allegiant stadium & walked back after & it was about an hour walk. It wasn’t bad. Pool is nice but could use more umbrellas if you want to lay out.

We went to promenade for breakfast at Egghead and salt and ivy for brunch was delicious. Pool was great too! Amazing restaurants there. Our soap dish in bathroom was dirty and not clean but otherwise room was nice! Overall great experience would stay again.

It is my choice for Hotels in Vegas 3 time now - the Sky Pool and people working here where EXECELET but didn't like the amount of smoking compared to pass years but I understand that's the new norm in all the hotels around the area

awesome property and location. made it easy to get to everywhere we wanted. a little far from caesar’s and the main strip but we preferred a quieter location. blackjack tables were good and spa was nice. gym is top tier. room is updated and has a cool tablet to control everything

Room was less than clean. One of the pillows on the bed were wet and had black stuff on it upon checking in. Then numerous towels had stains. In addition the most gross part was trying to use one of the robes and finding brown/ yellow stains near the butt area. You could tell they wiped things but were all streaky and not finished/ cleaned properly. Staff was friendly and informative, however none of the staffs information lined up with each other.

The resort itself is very nice. The room we had was terrible. Had a strip view king room, and the room was in terrible condition after we checked in and entered. The room was not cleaned at all, vacuuming was not done and there was still items left in the mini bar from the previous guest. After 4 calls to housekeeping and front desk, it was finally taken care of the 2nd day of our visit. Mind you, the room also had dirty sheets, a grate from the ac falling off and extremely dusty vents. The room itself was horrible for the reviews it had prior but the resort itself was amazing

I guess I had high hopes of this hotel. I thought it would be more elegant but our room was very basic. The bed was comfy. The soaker tub would have been more enjoyable if there wasn't the cold water dripping. Even though we were celebrating 2 special occasions we were only given a $30 dining credit which barely covered anything for one person let alone 2 and no room upgrade. So we will not stay here again. We got better service at other hotels we stayed on the strip without spending so much.

Billed as a high end 4 star, but the Bellagio this place is not. Service was terrible, particularly on the casino floor and the pool, where they shut half the pool deck on a beautiful day, cramming everyone into one smaller space. Clearly it is run for the convenience of the staff, not the guests. The room layout is great, but furniture is desperately tired and in need of a full refurb. Tower layout means some loooong walks from the lifts. Either stay at the Wynn or Bellagio if your budget allows, or just save your $$$ and go to the Park. Aria is not worth the premium it charges.

Aria should consider upgrading their rooms. Lots of furniture nicks and torn wallpaper along with dated curtains. I expected the room to be better than average and I was disappointed. They gave us a very nice hotel credit so it kinda made up for the overall cost. I probably won’t stay here again.

Overall we liked the Aria experience. It would have been helpful to have a map in addition to signage of the property to become more familiar especially with the east and west entry / exit without getting turned around. Map could ease new customers when navigating through the casino to self park, to restaurants, shops. All employees were friendly and helpful. Great time would return again to the Aria.

Came on a fight weekend so it took a long time to check in. Lost my ID and instead of being accommodating and helpful, Allen at the front desk was condescending and rude about it. We asked for an early check in, but they were not able to accommodate. Was supposed to get a call or text at 3PM when the room was ready, but we received neither. I had to call and sit on hold with customer service and finally got through. Our room wasn't ready until 3:30PM, 30 mins after check-in time. The guy on the phone said that there was a request on our account for a certain floor (there wasn't), so this delayed our check in further. Tried to get a virtual room key through the MGM app, but that didn't work. And to top it all off, our good friend Allen gave us the furthest possible room from the elevator. There was a ton of HAIR in the bathtub when we got to our room. Yuck. After waiting for a half hour, the concierge was not able to help us get a reservation at any of the restaurants on the property. Would've given one star, but at check out, April was very nice and waved the resort fee and gave us a $75 credit. Love this hotel and have stayed here many times over the years, but the service and experience was not what we have had here in the past. Should probably have Allen at the front desk attend a customer service training course or put him on toilet cleaning duty, his attitude seems more suited for that.

First off , what a lovely hotel this is . Staff was great but one person in particular was Fabulous. Raven at the front desk was so helpful ,friendly and knowledgeable . She told us all about the hotel, restaurants and surrounding area . Yes prices are rediculous but its Vegas Baby you wanna play you gotta pay . Loved this hotel !!!

Once you arrive at Aria, there’s really no reason to leave the resort! Everything is right here! Centrally located on the strip, walkable and accessible to the LV strip, activities, restaurants, upscale shopping and all the casinos!

Everything was great about this stay. Our only complaint would be dining at Javiers. The service was lack luster and we felt like they were trying to rush us out the door well under an hour when dinners are set for 2 hours. Not the value for the cost for sure. God thing food was good.

The hotel has far too many cash grabs. The main complaint is not having near enough umbrellas in the pool area thus forcing people to rent cabanas or lounges with umbrellas. This is crazy expecting people to fry in the sun. What do you do if all your rental umbrellas are taken. Do you just let your patrons cook? Drinks and food are far far far too expensive. This is why Las Vegas is slowing in attendance. Many many many other cheaper vacation options out there. That even include gambling. Keep grinding away. People aren't stupid.

I liked everything except that everything in the fridge was scanned and if you removed it and didn’t return it in 40 seconds you would be charged and enormous amount of money for it and there was no room in the fridge to bring your own personal refreshments and if you wanted one it would be given to you at an extra cost. Also no coffee maker or microwave provided so it would guarantee you have to buy from them downstairs or opt for the overpriced refreshments in the fridge. Other than that the experience was wonderful.

really nice hotel directly on the strip, the only negative points were the missing explanation of the self parking and how it works (we wasted 40$ on vallet because nobody told us the parking ios directly on the property and not 10min away as advertised) and restaurants in the hotel do not have a good ratio in price and amoutn of food (25$ for a small amount of pasta?? 15$ for ONE Crossaint!?!?!?!) also the explanation of what restaurants are included in the voucher was bad!

Wonderful view of the Strip. Room was very clean and fresh. The entire property was immaculate. Read tons of reviews about Aria’s “distinct aroma” and my god, is it intoxicating! Food was spectacular, stretched the food credit given to us over a few meals. Loved staying at the Aria.
