Vdara is a great place to stay especially when you have kids. It gives you a little comfort from home. The only downside is that the self-parking is at least a 15-20 minutes walk since you have to park in the Aria garage. It is only valet for Vdara.

Easy check in and check out used MGM App. It’s very convenient to use the app. The self parking at the Aria hotel, you need to take a tram to go back to the Vdara. Overall the hotel is great, clean and comfortable, modern facility. No casino in there, good for family with kids.

Loved having a Starbucks, bar, small restaurant and a sitting area in the lobby! 😍 Was shocked that the Starbucks closed at 6:00 pm though! 🤨 Also, the walkways to Bellagio and the Cosmopolitan, plus the Tram, made it very convenient to get around to other hotels. We had a studio with a mini kitchen which was spacious and very comfortable! Enjoyed our stay very much! ❤️

Really nice property, there’s no casino but a very easy walk to Aria, cosmo and Bellagio. Staff was very friendly only down side is there’s no EV chargers small pool area compared to others surrounding but it was never full or busy

Wouldn’t come back. Building isn’t properly taken care of, dusty, rotting, water mildew, smelly couches, broken fridge. All in ONE room. You’d think this hotel would be a little more upscale. Truly disappointing. Bell hops became rude with us for tips. Never staying here again. (:

The day we check in we were running late to our event to check stuff we thought everything was gonna be clean and restock . The next day we found underwear, also the fridge there was a cup with some liquor in it . And stuff missing in the fridge . The most upsetting thing was under wear form we don't even know who. We just wish it would of been cleaned well and not things missing in fridge, and underwear . We couldn't put our clothes away . Hope I can get my full deposit ! We left the room clear than what they gave it to us and we didn't touch anything in the fridge stuff was missing I have pictures .

The first room we checked into had mold. Happened to a couple of people in our group. Luckily we noticed right away and changed rooms immediately. Others in our group stayed overnight in their room and were sick the next day. Our 2nd room was better but still run down and dirty. The hotel is in need of major repairs. Our room’s 2nd bathroom did not have a working light and on the 3rd day, our anniversary, the water went out. They gave us food credit for the mold and water issues and they changed our room when we asked them to, so they did try to do the right thing by us. The other people in our party, however, the ones who were sick from the mold, were not given credit. This was infuriating. Everyone should have been given the same courtesy. They probably should have been given more for the black mold exposure. This hotel is a 3 star, not a 4 star hotel and the only reason I am giving this hotel 3 stars is because it is a non-smoking hotel.

My wife and I was there for our 19th anniversary. Receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. As soon as we open the door of our room, it smelled like wet carpet and lingering moist nasty smell. The toilet sit was old and stained. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor which we had to mop the floor after every shower. Shower door was poorly located an inch away from the shower floor. The veiw from the room was great so we tolerated it all. I will not stay in that hotel again.

Location to tram and connection to other hotels was convenient. Hotel room was a bit worn down (missing light switch cover and wear and tear). Staff was nice. However, long wait times to connect with room service (+15 mins). I was also surprised to receive a roll of toilet paper in lieu of the paper towels requested.

I paid a premium for a panorama view suite as I was there for three nights and was going to be very busy with work and wanted a refuge to return to. Honestly, it was ok but as other reviews stated, the view sucks if you get the fifth floor room. Blazing lights, tram running past your window, most of which are dirty to begin with. I mean it's ok but for the same price at Cosmo or Aria you get a real view and a better over all experience. It's not terrible by any means, however I also got a call on the third night at 11:45 pm, waking me up from the hotel manager asking if my room change had happened. Absurd, he apologized but just really sloppy. They also hit my card for $750 with out telling me, despite by room being paid for in advance on Hotels.com, which I get covers incidentals but the charge is still there and 48 hours later still isn't adjusted for the actual bill. In short the experience was just OK, staff was always decent and professional, it's just not worth paying a premium for those suites compared to the cost value at other locations.

I stayed at this hotel about five years ago and had a good experience back then, but this time it felt a bit outdated, especially considering the price. I may have just expected more. I had to call maintenance because the shower handle was broken, which was inconvenient. I also didn’t get the exact room I booked—the rate was the same, which was disappointing. Additionally, self-parking is quite far from the entrance, so if you’re checking in after a long trip, you’re almost pushed into paying $40 a day for valet parking. It feels a bit intentional and not very guest-friendly.

Excellent smoke free hotel in a brilliant centre strip location, a couple of minutes walk through hotel lobby to Cosmopolitan casino or tram links etc. generous room size with separate lounge area and kitchenette (fridge, hotplate, microwave, coffee machine) which was great for making a morning coffee or quick snack. We had a fountain view room with great view of Bellagio. Fountains and the strip etc. would definitely return here.

Always enjoy Vdara - very spacious and comfortable rooms, great view of the strip and Bellagio fountains. The housekeeping is of a consistently high standard and they are very accommodating. It is very quiet and we never hear any noise from surrounding rooms. A great central position and the check in process is relatively quick and pleasant. It is an older property and sometimes you can be unlucky with a room but the room we had this time was great - a few little knocks but very clean and a very deep bath. We will be back.

Hello Vdara Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of our room and the service we received during our recent stay at your hotel on the night of Friday, April 25th. Upon our arrival and check-in, we were not satisfied to find that our room had not been cleaned. This is not what we expected from a property of your reputation. When we contacted guest services to report the issue, it took an unreasonably long time for housekeeping to respond. It was nearly 11:00 PM by the time the room was finally cleaned and ready for use. After a long day of travel, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We hope you understand how this negatively impacted the start of our stay. Thank you for the attention to this matter

Really bad experience. We asked to switch to a double bed room — they said okay and told us to wait, but no one ever followed up. We checked again and were told someone would call us to explain, but no one did. Then they promised to send an email — still nothing. This happened three times. The staff were rude and didn’t seem to care. And after all that, they still came asking for a tip. You can’t reach anyone by phone, and there was no water provided in the room. The attitude here is terrible — I don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel obviously needs some updates. Things are starting to wear and some electronics that should be a cool convenience (like power to shades/blackout shades) not working very well. The mobile check in/out function was a joke and didn't work for either. The lines at the front desk were way too long and staff had very little sense of urgency. Waiting 25-30 minutes to check out was not fun. The guy barking at people to scan their key at the hotel is off-putting, and him running back and forth between elevator bays was just weird. The approach to service and courtesy was not on par with what I experienced the last time I stayed here.

Staff was very rude on arrival, I upgraded my room. They charged me for the upgrade, said we would be able to get early check in. We waited 5hrs with no response, just to be told the room may not even be available that day. If this was known then why make us wait 5hrs. We ended up downgrading the room to a very small room, soaps were all open and never replaced even though we requested fresh soaps. Shower wouldn't drain and nothing was taken care of or any response about any complaint. This was our 25th year wedding anniversary so the upgraded room was very important. I asked about a refund and if anything would be comped when I checked out. The lady at the desk was very rude, didn't offer so much as an apology. She said it was my fault for upgrading my room online, my response they why offer it or send upgrade opportunities online if the hotel dosnt offer or uphold any upgrade. Also the gate keeper staff, very rude and unclassy. Its ok to greet people as they enter, the parking staff was even worse. Stopped to ask where valet was and the attendant anwserd very rudely "what? This is my property, move your f×××××× car, and learn to read sign says valet that way " Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I will highly recommend all future stays of my family and people I know book elsewhere.

Generally our favorite Vegas property, the Vdara is starting to show its age. While still clean, the plumbing in our room was having issues. The shower was very slow to drain while the sink was over pressured, leading to spray around the vanity area. The property also seemed understaffed as house keeping never showed up during our stay.

Vdara is a very comfortable stay in the heart of the Strip. It’s right across from “Aria” which has a casino and many restaurants. Vdara’s rooms are large and include kitchenettes.

It was a very relaxing, clean & comfortable hotel. We just needed a nice hotel to stay after our road trip to Utah, and didn’t need a casino. My only big disappointment was the cost of the food and beverage esp the mini bar. My fiancé picked up a bottle of Fiji water to drink in the room and it ended up costing us $25!!!

Hotel was great. Just watch for all the extra charges for stuff you didnt even use from the mini bar. Charged for water everyday even though only used one water. Cleaning person disnt even show up one day and was still charged for something we didnt use.

The property and room was excellent. The Stay Well Parlor room we stayed was a great room with large windows and huge bathroom including a freestanding soaking tub, great soak after a lot of walking. I would caution you to not move any of the items on the counter or in the mini bar. There are sensors to detect movement, and even if you pick items up to look at them and don’t use them, you will be charged if you don’t review your expenses at check out. This was disappointing, $17 for gummy bears was unexpected. Beautiful property and the Market Cafe had great food and a Starbucks also in the lobby. Easy access to the tram or down to the strip. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here many times and the hotel is holding up well. Some areas of damage in corridors but the room was nice and fountain view also gets you a sphere view which was great. Digital check in was handy and no need to queue. Noticed a lack of front of house staff (valet etc). Apparently cut backs at lots of MGM resorts. In room dining no longer 24 hours and market cafe in foyer has much reduced options. These aspects were disappointing. Vegas overall has changed and no longer offers great value but if you do go Vdara is a good clean option to stay.
