The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. When i booked i wasnt told the hotel was under rennovation so during the day I heard constant noise. Also a soccer tournament was in town and one of the teams was beating a drum and chanting in the parking lot. Thankfully it was during the day. The hotel is right by the expressway which is convenient but also noisy. Due to the friendliness of the staff I would stay again.

Nice property. Don’t reach into the elevators the doors will not open they continue to close unless you have you hand up high. The restaurant food is good, but it is freezing cold so bring a sweatshirt and pants.

There is no way this hotel is up to code. Mold on the walls above both beds. Mold growing in the bathroom. Black oil looking substance on the curtains. The blanket on one bed had a dirty shoe imprint on it. Worst part, the hotel fraudulently charged my credit card twice. Breakfast cost $14.00 and was completely inedible. The door kept opening up every time the adjacent room opened their door- despite ours being locked- had to lay our luggage against it to keep it secure while we slept. Disgusting carpet. Hotel smelled atrociously

The staff were so friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The food and service in the restaraunt was amazing. The cleanliness was not that great. You can tell light surface cleaning is only done in the rooms. The outlets covers were gross and had food on them. Dust all along the edges of the carpet against the walls. I guess this happens when house keeping uses a broom on carpet and not a vacuum.

Floors in the hotel room were extremely dirty. We had a room on the road side of the hotel and it was extremely loud at all hours. Overall the room had a nice amount of space. Served it’s purpose and is close to downtown without being downtown.

The check in process was quick and simple. Parking was a bit tight. Cars were parked haphazardly and space was small. Room was spacious but the room was not as clean. We found a dead roach on the floor, large stain on one of the pillows and hair on the shower wall. There was also an odor in the hallway. Overall the staff was nice.

Beds were comfy and room was a decent size. Shower was barely hot and despite asking was not fixed. no breakfast buffet was provided after being told we would have it, instead we were given a voucher for a basic breakfast that was average at best. Noisy road directly outside could make it hard for people to sleep.

The exterior is a little suspicious however the interior is renovated. Staff was nice and attentive. Rooms were renovated and clean. The bed was amazing. The only con is the A/C made a annoying noise when on. Overall decent and affordable stay.

The lady at the desk wasn't that friendly and customer service was definitely lacking. Only hotel that told me I had to plunge my own toilet because it was backed up and wouldn't go down. The maintenance man literally left the plunger at my door. Then I had to call four days after my check out date to see why my deposit wasn't returned to find out they never released it. Its giving they don't like to do their job and if you don't stay on them you will be jerked around. Would not stay with them again.

Only reason I gave it a 4 and not a five is it is not the Ritz but has everything you need. A simple ride over the Bridge and you are down town. It is a solid Holiday Inn.

I stayed here for 3 nights and the room and bathroom were very clean ,the toilet in the bathroom would just run non stop and had to fix it throughout the night .I paid to have breakfast with my stay and it was horrible,the food was very inedible and the young lady with the grayish hair and glasses was slow ,had a bad attitude and could care less about customer service.I am disappointed I had to waste my money not to eat the next 2 mornings .When I first checked in the 2 laddies at the front desk (one lady with long brown hair ,and lady with hair in ponytail with accent )were so nice and funny .....the the young man and lady with the long black hair that worked at night were rude and had attitudes with everyone.

Breakfast was very limited especially for the price. Dinner was okay. Rooms toilets has a lingering noise after flushing. Tubs water sat in them while showering. Moisture in the room is horrible and yes very noisy by the highway. The staff unwilling to be helpful. Room door locks unsafe.
