However parking is limited and check in experience could be enhanced as we arrived forty minutes after recommended check in time and had to wait an hour and a half after arrival to get a room. Really enjoyed staying here with my family. The room was big enough for us to relax and very close to the bridge so cross over to Nola. Very convenient, well maintained, breakfast was delicious everyday. Only complaint was the pool was unfortunately closed, but that was the only complaint I had! Staff was amazing as well. Will be back and stay here specifically, very affordable!

I had an awesome stay at this hotel! It was super clean, and updated. Parking was free and super easy, which was a huge plus. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. The beds were really comfy, and the linens and towels were fresh and clean. The continental breakfast was also delicious, which was a great way to start the day. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was perfect for us! The location was great—just a short Uber ride to the French Quarter, so getting around was super easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and stress-free hotel in New Orleans. I’ll be back for sure!

This hotel is very clean. Amy is the best she is very accommodating, friendly, and quick to assist any concerns. I’m not sure if she a manager but she definitely should be promoted and recognized for her outstanding customer service. She made checkin very smooth. The breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant. The gym is sufficient but can be a bit too warm even when adjusting the temperature. Overall a great stay! About 15 minutes from French quarter and Uber or Lyft to there average about $15-$20 one way. Very quiet Ihop is the only walking distance restaurant I seen.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large with a kitchenette and a few dishes. The bed was comfortable and everything is fairly new. The only downside is that you need a car to get around since restaurants are a few miles away. Also, the breakfast was good.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and well maintained. It was hot outside during our stay and the air conditioning was on full blast most of the time. The only thing that could have been better is the noise of dragging furniture in the room/space above us. It sounded like chair dragging across the floor all night. Must have been a storage room of some sort.

When i arrived at this Hotel, the key didnt work. The staff tried for about 45 mins while i stood in front of the room with my bags . I was then told thst i had yo go to another hotel causd thete werfnt any rooms left . We were very pleased with our stay at the Homewood Suites. It was a very convenient location for staying on the Westbank. The breakfast was good, with some hot food varieties like omelets, biscuits, and grits, as well as plenty of cold options like bagels, cereal, yogurt, and toast. No housekeeping service at night, but the clerk at the front desk can help you with whatever you need if you go down there. Overall, the property was clean and the room was very quiet.

My reservation was cancelled with no notice. I was told they refunded expedia and I would recieve a refund. This has not happened. I am owed $133.18. I had to take the only available room I could find at another hotel. It cost me $270.00. I will never use this hotel again. Expedia needs to make sure I get my refund. Also, the difference between $270.00 and $133.18. I would have never paid $270 for a room if I wasn't put in this position. Could somebody from expedia please contact me ASAP.

Facility is clean, very well kept and very close to downtown just a quick drive Accroas the bridge. The area was quiet and literally sits across the street from The mall. The breakfast was an added bonus. I would def recommend.

The front desk staff at this hotel are kind, helpful, and personable. The room I had booked was not available, although we came up with a solution. We had a yummy dinner @ Taco daddy’s. Breakfast was good. I left my car in the hotel parking lot during my cruise. I took an Uber to the port for $15 was. My room was clean and spacious I would recommend this hotel, especially if, you are taking a cruise out of NOLA

Disappointed that the pool was closed. That was the decision factor for us to stay here. The Front staff/staff was great! Very kind, informative and helpful. Transportation was limited and very very costly!!! Because pool was closed we had to go places so that was a huge disappointment ,

The property was okay. The receptionists were on their phone and for a hilton property under dressed. The room itself had scuffs and marks and the shower wasn’t completely clean (had a hair). Didn’t expect perfect but it would have been nice to have furniture that wasn’t painted over. Otherwise it was a nice stay. They had a mixer that night that I didn’t go to which I thought was kinda innovative.
