Tv did not work the channels all said no signal. Fridge did not work. Pool dirty with tons of grass in the water like it blew in from the mowing. Water was very merky could not see the bottom. Checked in online before i came showed up at 5pm when i said i eould be there amd no rm keys ready

Older hotel, some fixtures are worn. The pool was not useable, the water was green and looked like the filter pump wasn’t running. The hotel and room was clean and staff was friendly.

The elevator was broken but staff refused to let customers know we were stuck in the elevator after it dropped and a loud bang happened which was terrifying and after we let front desk know they did nothing and people continued to have issues getting trapped in the elevator. Also TV did not work in our room and front desk just did nothing but say oh well. We will never stay in this hotel again.we always stay at a Marriott but they were booked. Lesson learned very poor attitudes of staff even to the safety of clients was shocking.

Do not offer bar soap had to use Dove Body Wash. Dove makes bar soap! TV too small for picture projected. Birds outside created so much noise it was hard to sleep. Feces all over my car. Need a pest service to handle that not a daily power wash. Could use a power wash for my car. Fitness center was good, Room was clean and functional.

The hotel is very convenient to the highway. It's quiet and there's sufficient parking. They served a good breakfast. We've stayed there twice with out small dog. We'd recommend it and the price was right!

Parking is TERRIBLE, there was a massive amount of birds in the trees and my car was a disaster! Most of the staff was nice, some of the front desk staff was grumpy. The room was not that clean, the carpets are dirty and they were wet.

The room was dirty, the furniture on the 2nd floor looked like it was brought from a flood, moldy and swelled out. The door to the room wouldn’t shut without being slammed, the bathroom door was the same, paint missing all over the room and no attempt to cover. It is generally dirty and not a well kept location… very unfortunate for the price

The facility itself is bad. Everything was old and dirty. The room had holes in the carpet, stains on the bedding and bugs crawling around in the bathroom. Only reason we stayed the night is because we were exhausted from a full day of driving.

Greet at the door with a couple of baby roaches. Horrible smell hits you when you open the door. Stains on the floor and the sheets. Blood spit on the sheet. Pet hair on the sheets. Water marks all along the walls.

Property really needs an update..you can still keep property clean even though it’s not new..I don’t know how long it has been since room was cleaned ..everything from dirty countertops to absolutely filthy coffee pot- linen for one person and the oldest towels in the world 😩..first and last stay..

The white comforters on both beds were stained with multiple areas of yellow and what looked like old blood stains. There was also hairs on the bed. granted this was the second room assigned to us as the first one was still dirty with used soap & bath towels on the counter & trash in the waste basket. I asked the front desk employee to go check the room herself to look at the condition of the comforters. They needed to be put in the trash. Very disappointed. I refused a 3rd room

The young lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Their key machine wasnt working sobshe had to walk guests up to their rooms. This was inconvenient when we came back but oh well. The air conditioner was super loud and itbwould get warm in the room even though we set it on 70. The bed was uncomfortable. The updates are nice and the staff was nice so it was decent.

When we arrived they questioned why we requested a handicap room. We both have health problems and my husband is handicap. The bathroom had a standard low toilet and standard tub& shower. I have a hard time stepping into shower. There was no internet at all the whole stay. They didn’t inform us until after the rooms were charged to my card. The worst was all the pillows smelted like body order. We gad to go by our own pillows. We will never stay there ever again. Also no ice machine or vending machine on our floor. We had to go down to 1st floor to get ice.

Cleanliness was not up to expectations. The bathroom was ok but after housekeeping came in the second day, the carpet still had the same dirt on and the window sill sported a thick layer of dust. This hotel is pet-friendly, floor 2 absolutely reeked of ‚wet dog‘. We were on the 4th floor, I just noticed the smell on the 2nd when I used the guest laundry. Staff was very friendly and helpful, also when the guest washer broke down. Breakfast was very good, lots of warm and cold items to choose from. Our room faced the parking lot. Every night, thousands of birds gathered in the trees and made a lot of noise most of the night. This is clearly not the hotel‘s fault, but be aware, ask for a room facing the pool or bring earplugs.

Property was well located, comfortable and had a great breakfast. TV did not work in our room, well, the cable/digital box had issues, likely just needed reset but we were too tired to bother worrying about it. Overall, furniture, hallways, walls, carpets, etc are definitely approaching their end-of-life before a remodel. Beds were clean and comfortable which is really all we cared about but I know appearances can freak people out.

Beds were rock hard, by the couch there was trash and a narcotic prescription bottle that was empty. Small tv for a huge suite. Overall we were just uncomfortable.

Spend 5 days here and my room was never clean. I work overnight and sleep in the mornings. Because of this i requested for the room to be clean in the afternoon. But all the cleaning staff leaves by 3pm. I had also requested for a late checkout twice and got denied.

Taye, at the front desk the night I checked in, was wonderful! However, the next morning there were 3 women at the front desk who were very rude and unprofessional. One of them came to my room at 12:03 (I had been approved for a late check out) and I was gathering my things to leave, and she very rudely asked me if I was checking out. I will not be booking a room at this La Quinta ever again.

I arrived to find my room unclean. Dust was everywhere, and I discovered old white socks and food stains left behind by previous clients. On the first day, I instructed the cleaning service to return and clean my room, but they never did. I reported the issue to the help desk, but unfortunately, I didn't get any help. On the second day, another lady cleaned half of my room because my kids left some clothes on another bed, and she promised to return, but she never did. What I did like was the front desk service, parking, and breakfast.

The cleaning staff came in at 9 o'clock in the morning when I was naked and I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they were there to clean the room. Check out was not till 11 o'clock. I am not very happy with that.

The young woman at the desk was generous, kind and gave impeccable customer service. The housekeeping staff was also fabulous and kind. The only staff that wasn’t there to show any kind of customer service was the Mgr.

I like that this property is centrally located and near any amenity that may be needed. Plenty to eat/drink within a quarter mile. I did not like the late hours kept by the neighboring property that shares the parking lot. Too much activity at night.

I was not at all impressed with this stay. I reserved a room with double queen on Expedia. Before I got there, a woman from the hotel called with such a thick accent that I could barely understand. She was trying to get me to take a single instead. When I arrived, she again tried to get me to switch to a single. The room was dusty, the pillows deflate after 5 seconds, and the bathtub had a shoddy repair job done recently. I will say that the breakfast was great.

This Quinta Inn was clean and had fresh breakfast available. Housekeeping came in next day and replaced sheets, towels and toiletries. Elevator could use maintenance and wish their breakfast on the weekend would start at 6:00am instead of 7:00 so those of us who have to go to work early can eat and go. But this one is better than other Inns a couple miles away.

The room had water soaked in the carpet by the air conditioner and the room smelled musty. It was 2300 when we got there, so we didnt complain. There was no hand soap or shanpoo. When I went down stairs to reauest some, the worker said they were out. In the morning the breakfast was ok except for the cold sausage and cold eggs. The coffee was empty and I looked around for an employee but couldnt find one. The reality was there were multiple workers in the dining area. They were enjoying their breakfest and did not have on clothes that identified them as employees. When I asked for coffee they refilled it happily then went back to eating their breakfast. My family came down later and I had to interrupt the workers meal to request refill on food. The new food they brought out was cold as well. I will never stay here again and I feel that my experience was do to lack of management. I am hesitant to stay at a laquinta inn and suites again, which is upsetting because we rarely have and issue.
