Breakfast was good and the facility was clean. However, small elevator door and small side door leading to parking lot. We had requested a King on second floor, but when we checked in that had us listed as handicapped on first floor. We settled for a queen on second floor.

Location is extremely good and close to everything, staff courteous and go out of their way to help and bring what you may need breakfast on the 3 days was good and Renda kept the food coming and super clean at all times. On Memmorial day Andrelina was a ray of sunshine and kept everything clean and full Front desk was excellent with Samantha running smooth. Pool clean and friendly The place was well runned very well and I was happy and excited to see the halls extremely clean at all times of the day Highly recommend for families as well as individuals if you need to rest it’s also recommended

Lady at the front desk was very friendly after a horrible experience at a hotel across the street. She made sure everything was in order and made sure we knew where the pool was.

Very nice staff, parking, and facilities. As a painter, the caulking job done in the bathroom does not reflect the high level of care given in the remainder of the room. It makes cleaning much more tedious for the housekeeping staff, and the poor quality does not reflect well the attention given in the rest of the facility. I suggest your maintenance staff take more care in repairs and also suggest you change to a silicon-based caulk which levels out beautifully and is much easier to keep clean.

Overall a great stay at a great value. The room was clean. The A/C worked great, thankfully as it was 109° while we were there. The pool was open and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and was typical fare for free breakfast.

The property doesn't seem clean when you walk in. Our room was filthy. The shower curtain had what appeared to be blood smeared all over it. It was a dirty and smelly room, and it was not a good experience.

Didn't get to stay upon going into room bathroom was dirty and there was a German momma roach crawling on tv stand so after an 8 hour drive from home to hotel we had to cancel reservation and find a vacany somewhere else.

Pro’s: breakfast we really good and the area was really clean, beds are decently comfortable. Con’s: the walls in the room were dirty as if old food had been smeared on the wall. There were also roaches on the desk and on the floor. The price is MORE EXPENSIVE if you book in advance. If you wait to book till the day before it’s about $40 less.

We had ants all along the wall and on one of the tables, the sheets looked soiled and the towels had stains and one had tiny seeds from a weeds stuck in the towel. Floors in bathroom looked dirty. Absolutely would not recommend staying here.

Room 205 was Filthy: Couch bed, had socks, chips, hair, crumbs, etc. all over it/ in it. I was told there’s "Nothing we can do" Long strands of hair in the bed. Bed had hair in it & black dots like oil residue. Hot water was actually cold water. Volume on TV didn't work. AC sounded like a running motor in a gocart.. very disturbing. Restroom door jammed could not open it. My 7 yr old had to use the bathroom I literally had to almost break the door down to get it open. Towels dingy. Outlets didn't work beside the bed. Smoking at entrance. Breakfast was really not Breakfast.

Bed Linens & bath wash cloths, hand towels, and wash cloths were stained filthy. Should have been taken out of service. Also, right when I walked into my room a strong smell of curry hit me in the face. Bathrooms/shower not clean as one would expect.

Very nice property. Only down side is that the air conditioner unit is very hard to regulate as it doesn't have temperatures on the the selection knob. Other than that, we very much enjoyed out stay.

The people that work for this facility are sooooooo amazing!!!! Extremely friendly and very helpful!!!! You could see the parking lot light shining on the room floor through the bottom of our room door!!!

The room and lobby were clean, but the mattress really needs to be replaced (room #115). it completely sags in to the middle and i am small to average in weight/height. there are 4 miniature pillows. very odd. In all my travels I have never seen that. Putting 2 together still would not make a standard size pillow.

Overall, our stay was nice. My only complaint was that the room we reserved through Expedia was not the room we got once arrived. My confirmation showed we had the king suite with double sofa bed allowing enough sleeping space for the three of us. Unfortunately, we only had a king bed leaving one person sleeping on the floor. We were told they would bring a cot but it never arrived. They at least put us in a double room for the second night.

They placed us in a room next to the exit door. It was very noisy. The AC was not on when get got into our room, it was quite hot until the AC cooled it down enough.

Check in was pretty fast & easy. Room was decent need a few shower updates but not too bad. There was no shampoo but luckily i had backup. Other than that i had no problems. Enjoyed the stay oh yes and enjoyed the breakfast as well it was delicious!!

Trip was going good until bedtime. Reserved 2 rooms with one king bed and a sofa sleeper per room which was great for 3 adults and 2 kids (adults get king beds and each child gets a sofa sleeper). There wasn’t any bedding for either sleeper so went to front desk and was told she didn’t have access to the linens and gave us 3 very ruff and awful blankets NO sheets or pillows. When we opened the sleepers it was AWFUL. No mattress cover and the mattresses were very stained and had bad odor. Made for a little bit of a rough night. The bedding on the king size beds looked dingy, clean just not white. Staff friendly, and good location.

Found dog poop in my room and hotel was unwilling to refund my money. The second floor smelled horrible because of someone smoking weed. The staff was unwilling to do anything. Would never recommend this property to anyone. EVER!!!

Terrible customer services oriented for the person I the breakfast area call Katy very rude and totally agaiste customers, she turn off the tv even we were still watching the news on the TV with out ask us. Seems she does not care customer we are invincible for her. Bad mannerd

When I arrived around 11pm, and tired, I was greeted by a very friendly host (Lilian?) and felt right at home! Thank you for the very nice stay. I was able to work remotely in the morning. Very quiet. I had dinner at Dennys nearby. Breakfast was great to have at the hotel.

Other than the strange odor when you enter the lobby, there is really nothing wrong with this property. I chose it for convenience to Abilene Christian University and so it served its purpose. I’m assuming they raise the hotel prices when there’s an event at the University because I would never pay $183.00 for a king suite here again.
