Quality Inn Aberdeen

We liked the hotel. I wish the ice machine had been working on first floor where our room was. There is no elevator to get to 2nd floor. Otherwise it was very nice.

Quiet, okay hotel. The pool area smelled like mold terribly and was not clean at all. It could really use a complete update.

Upon arrival our hotel room had not been cleaned. They offered us a room without heat and tv. The pool area was over crowded with no working lights. Sewage was pumping out the side of the hotel into the parking lot. We left the hotel without staying.

The dining area at the time had a big puddle of water dripping down from the ceiling. It was because it was so hot outside temps that it set off the water sprinklers inside we were told.

We had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk. When a person returned to the desk she took care a person who was already checked in. This customer was complaining because her room was not cleaned from the previous guest. Another guest came to the desk while I was checking in saying there weee other guests in the room he was given. This was all before I even got to my room. When we for to our room it was very musty and smoky smelling. The carpet was shredded and very worn. The room itself was very dated. went down to ask for another room. Which was given to us. When we got to our second room there were belonging from another customer. I went to The desk again and finally got a room that was barely adequate. Again, the room was very dated and worn. However this room did not smell as bad as the first room. Some of the towels were stained and grey. The bed spreads had some stains on them as well. After check in we made our way to the pool/hot tub. The pool was small which wasn’t a big deal but the hot tub water was grey looking so we didn’t even bother trying it out. I didn’t want to go and complain. I just wanted to get out as soon as we could.

The drive into the parking lot shows a worn, older property. Landscape needed work and cement lot was turning into gravel. Rough looking people hanging around the parking lot . . . I wasn't bothered, but did not feel especially safe; I parked near the front door to compensate.. Hallways worn, dirty (not filthy). They had a pool that I wouldn't swim in . . . a little murky with some trash laying around. The room itself was old/worn and in need of updates. The shower had a slow drain. The door would not close/stay closed properly. I was tired and not there long, so we made it work. There are several better options in town. Breakfast was also sub-par.

Ok for 1 night, pool small and cold. Room was so so, definatley not the cleanest.

The hotel is outdated and overpriced for Wednesday night in a small town. First hotel I’ve been to that didn’t allow closed top water bottles in the pool area.

-very rundown for a hotel with the name “quality” in it -Carpet was worn out in hallway and in rooms -Everything looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2010 -Overpriced for the soup bowls you sleep in -Staff does not clean room even when specifically asked to on a 2 night stay -they had the audacity to charge $15 a night for dog fee when the room already smelt like wet dog -2 of the 4 doors to the building were broken, making us feel like the hotel wasn’t that safe -The hotel was full of hunters who would smoke by all the entrances making everything smell like smoke -I did not take any photos due to the fact that I don’t want the place to shut down and people lose their jobs… But this hotel needs a major, and I mean major facelift -only nice part about the hotel was the young worker who checked us in at night, she seems to work very hard and do everything on her own… Very noticeable both nights we stayed that there was no one to help her

Not sure how clean my room was. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and there was still stuff in the fridge when we check in.

Rooms weren't that clean

In the middle of the night I found the tip from the previous occupant in my sheets. THUS, the bedding had NOT been changed. I reported to the night clerk and housekeeping and go sorry we will make a note.

The floor of our room was dirty. There was a flossed and some used floss on the floor by the bed and bathroom area. I don’t think they cleaned the floor before we got the room. I wasn’t positive that the sheets were clean either. The hotel is just old and that would be fine if it was cleaned properly. Very disappointed and it affected our stay there in a negative way.

Room was dirty, vacuuming not thorough. Found gum wrappers and change under bed edge. Windows had huge hand prints and drape hanging. This was a replacement room after we found a “something” on the bottom sheet in the first room. We should have left but it was late at night and no rooms elsewhere available. Breakfast-not really. Check in and Breakfast staff very nice but not much of a selection for breakfast and only available until 9am. Overall horribly over priced for value. Had to be in town for funeral but with hunting season prices are always jacked up. We won’t be repeat customers.

Staff was friendly, pulled the bedding back and there were crumbs in the sheets, tv is the size of a computer monitor

This property was very dirty! The rooms were not cleaned well and the towels were all stained.

Half empty bottle of something under the bed. Broken sun glasses and a lot of dust and dirt on floor around and under the beds. Sheets were clean and no bugs that we can tell so that’s a positive I guess

The room smelled like mildew and urine. There were visible stains on the bedspread. There was a crack in the wall of the room where the air conditioner was not sealed to the wall properly and you could see into the parking lot. Flies in the room from this crack.

Hotel is in Dior need of renovation. Everything beat up and needs paint job. Hair in sink and tub. Rust on tub drain. Carpet was dirty.

Happy we were only booked here for one night. Property is much ollder and smaller than appeared online

As expected for a Quality Inn. Nothing special and nothing terrible. Room was comfortable. Walls let much noise through from hall and outside

As we entered the room it had a very musty odor which made us wonder how clean it was. No plans of staying there again.

It was decent for a great price. Bed was not comfortable.

Check in was fast and easy. Property was a little dated. We had a room on the first floor, single queen, and it was so humid the carpet was damp. Had ac down to 66 with no relief. Told front desk about it and she said the was nothing they could do about it, “It’s like that this time of year.” Then said the whole hotel needed new windows. They put a damp-aid in the room to help with the humidity but it was beyond help. It was cooler in the hallways then in our room.

First room didn’t lock… Second room the AC didn’t work, the bathroom fan didn’t work for three days then it started squealing in the middle of the night, the TV reset daily so you had to reprogram it, although reprogramming it was more fun than listening to the people behind the building half the night drinking and smoking thru the night. I’m very pleased to say I’m glad I didn’t bother to complain since apparently the manager is complacent with current conditions and the maintenance man looks like he needs a raise, teeth, or a replacement that can fix things. That said I didn’t bother swimming for fear of Ick in the pool. I work across the nation and honestly I would be happy to recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

Our tv didn't work - went to the front desk because no one would answer the phone when I called - went down there and she came to fix it and couldn't get it fixed and said you'll have to go without tv tonight because we are full and can't move you. We paid $170 for the room and can't even get a tv. In the morning I told the lade that we wanted some of our money back and she said the Manage has to approve that - she wasn't at the desk and said she'd have her call me - never heard a word from the manager. DON'T STAY THERE - RUDE STAFF AND THEY COULD CARE LESS!

I was upset because the AC didn't work so we had to keep window open for cool air. Our tv didn't work. Had usb hanging out but couldn't find where it was suppose to be plugged in. Though this made for an uncomfortable stay the staff was very friendly.

Simple hotel not far from airport. Staff was not very welcoming but did an adequate job. The room offered what we needed. Beds were comfortable but pillows were so soft. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear everyone coming and going above and around. Nice breakfast in the morning .

Very good quality and attendant was very courteous.

Friendly, professional, accommodating. Breakfast room opened early so I was able to eat before leaving at 5:30 a.m. Not just coffee available all the time, but also juice machine and cappuccino machine available. Due to MY error, the booking dates thru third party were wrong and Quality Inn staff worked with me to fix things. Quiet and comfortable. Could NOT ask for better.

Wonderful staff. She noticed I had a bit of a cough and offered me water. Property is a little dated and worn in but never felt gross or dirty. Would stay again!

The GM was so kind and accommodating. The hotel was extremely cigarette smelling and she did her best to find me a better room. She did her best with what she was dealt with. If you have allergies or breathing problems I don't recommend staying here. I also did not feel safe staying there by myself and left early due to this.

Got a room on ground floor which was nice as I don't do stairs well anymore. It was right off a busy roadway, so noisier than I was used to.

The breakfast was much better than I expected compared to the usual Hotel breakfast.

Low budget option. I was expecting more based on the name. Nowhere to take your garbage. You had to request maid service if you wanted it. The hallways smelled. Breakfast was low budget.
