Bed very comfortable, however the hotel is run down. Has kitchenette but have to pay extra for plates, cutlery and pans. Once you get in your room you have to turn on the ice machine in freezer and because no other ice in building. Would not stay there again.

First time staying at a My Place and would happily do so again. I like to go on long road trips and am always looking for affordable hotels with kitchens so I don’t have to eat out every meal. We had one issue during our stay, the refrigerator fuse kept blowing and we had to reset it multiple times. We finally discovered if we shut off the ice maker the problem was resolved short term. We notified the hotel and I have no doubt it will be addressed. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service!

The staff was great, most friendly I've ever experienced at a hotel. The room was clean, the whole property was in good condition. The only negative was the amount of noise from the floor above, it sounded like they were stomping. However, that could have had more to do with the people in that room than the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Was a nice room, clean, good water pressure in shower. We were only there for 8 hours as it was a stay for medical reasons. Only weird thing was they called to see if I was checking in and we got there at 930pm. Aberdeen hotels are over priced.

Horrible why did no one contact me that there was no room available?? I drove 200 miles to have no room. You ruined everything!!!! I had no choice bit to drive back home. Thanks for making this the worst it could be. Why can no one tell me what happened and why ? You say your sorry buy it means nothing when you do nothing about your mess up. Thanks again for making this day pure hell for me.!!!!!!!!!!

We were supposed to have two queen beds and we had one. Slept 5 people in a room with one bed. The staff brought up an air mattress. We came home with bed bugs. Not staying here again.
