Everything was great once the check in got straightened out as they mistakenly gave our room to another guest but we didn’t find out until we went to our room. The poor girl working alone on graduation weekend finally figured out the staff member before her coded our room by accident to the other guest and that the room that was meant for them was empty so we got their room. It worked out in the end which was a big relief as everything else in town was booked because of both the college and high school graduations happening the same weekend.

The employee at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. My room was very clean. My bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. However, the ceiling vent in the bathroom was very very dirty. There was no tv channel guide in my room. I asked at the front desk if the tv had any local channel. She couldn’t find a channel guide but told me she thought maybe channel 3 was local. No channel 3!

Clean room, easy access to get in and out of. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We forgot an item in our room and they called us within five minutes of checking out. This is our second stay with them, and both times have been an excellent experience.

Breakfast had tons of options and the friendliest staff. Hot tub was broken. Check-in staff was not welcoming. The morning staff was much more pleasant. Rooms were ok, black out shades are not anything near black out shades. Bathroom door would not shut fully and the toilet felt like it was going to break off the tile. Beds were comfortable.
