The property is under renovation, so that affected the stay to some degree. Also a couple of doors that should be secured were not locking properly (pool, west side entrance). The breakfast was good, parking plentiful and the location was very convenient for our activities. The staff was friendly and offered extended checkout when we needed it. The workout room looked nice, but we didn’t make it in there.

The rooms and beds were comfortable. The breakfast had many options. The pool was closed, there was an option at neighboring hotel, but had to walk outside to get there. Pool was one of the main reason we choose this hotel.

Clean room, breakfast options were great! Pool was a bit cold and the tile around it is very slippery even walking very slowly. Location by the mall is great and lots of parking spaces. Staff were very nice also.

I've stayed at other Hamptons and always had a great experience. Pros- Buffet breakfast amazing, lots of options. Staffing polite and friendly. The room was superb! Large! Comfortable CLEAN beds. Carpets clean. Bathroom clean and BIG! And I love how you supply the shampoo, conditioner, soap and even lotion bottles! Nice dark curtains. Not one negative thing to say about the room or breakfast. It was in a nice location too with shops and places to eat nearby. Cons- the spa was dirty with people's skin floating at the top of its water. The pool was a nice size, but it was freezing! And I know it's not the hotels' fault, but other guests can be so loud late at night and early morning. But we always bring earplugs! So that helps! If we ever go back to aberdeen, we will choose to stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Loved the convenience of it being attached to the Dakota Event Center. Maverick’s Steakhouse was also attached and very good! Target was right across the street as well as dining options. Rooms are big, beds are comfy!

Great large room and friendly staff. Stayed with our dog the outdoor area for dogs were kept up nicely and bags were provided. Enjoyed the hot tub as well!

I like the location of the hotel. However when we arrived the staff was friendly, got up to the room and it was not cleaned, dirty bathroom,trash and bed not made. Called to front desk and they gave us a different room. Thought maybe a discount or upgrade would be given.Nope. Continued on. Swam in the hotel pool and it was like swimming in a hot tub. Also felt like some kind of sand at the bottom of the pool, you can tell it hasn’t been maintained in awhile along with the actual hot tub. Breakfast wasn’t bad, could’ve been better could’ve been worse. All in all it was a terrible experience will not return.

Very well kept motel. Room was large and really nice. Excellent value for the money spent. While i didn't use it, they have an excellent fitness center, far above average. 👍👍👍

The hotel rooms were very dirty. With in the hour of checking in my 10 month old had black hands and feet from crawling on the carpet it was so dirty. No water pressure at all and toilet handle had to be held down to flush. Pool was dirty and had a very strong smell

This was our second stay this year. The staff is always so pleasant. At check in they were so informative of events in town and places of interest. The breakfast was always good. The lady who always worked the breakfast area was always so kind, made sure the area was always clean and stocked. Unfortunately, this go around we had a terrible bed. Every morning I woke up in so much pain and by the third morning my arm/shoulder was in such bad shape. The bed needs replacing. I also think that better housekeeping care should be taken in the bathrooms and elevators. The shower head in the bathroom was full of mildew. Would consider returning if it wasn't for the terrible bed.

Staff were super friendly and always accommodating. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in room , had to take kiddos down stairs to heat food and eat. Staying greater than 3 nights I would have liked that amenity. Breakfast was great. Very clean breakfast area, with lots of options to choose from. Did enjoy that they had guest laundry. Would stay again.

For the price of the hotel, it was not worth it. It was clean and the staff was pleasant, but there was no fridge, microwave and the coffee table was the size of an end table. The tv was super small and it didn't offer Netflix or movies to buy. You only had the tv guide for cable to watch. Overall, not worth $200 and we were disappointed.

I was disappointed that I didn't book a room with a refrigerator. I asked at the front desk if they had another room available. Instead, they brought a mini fridge to our existing room! It was much appreciated.

Just an overnight for some personal travel. Check in was fast and the man at the front desk was very helpful. The room was nice. The hotel was quiet. The hot breakfast was very y.

The man who checked us in wasn’t friendly at all. When we tried to ask him some basic questions about breakfast or even just the area he seemed annoyed that we were asking. We enjoyed the very large room. The bath tub shower situation was very odd. The lady that ran the breakfast area was super friendly and helpful both mornings! We would probably try a different hotel next time we are in town over this one.

Lady at check in was rude. Every time I walked by she stood there arms cross just glaring at me. I also found out at check in that there is a $50 fee for bringing my dog to this pet friendly hotel. The room is large and looks fine. Couldn’t sleep much as you can hear everyone walking around and someone kept hitting my door throughout the night. Won’t be back.

It was an older hotel but pretty clean. Check in with the Hilton app was really quick and easy as was checking out. I really liked the fact that I was able to own room with the app. Breakfast was good for the most part. You get want you get depending on the day. Waffles were always good. Room was very comfortable and clean.
