Hampton Inn & Suites Aberdeen

Clean, comfortable, walkable to food and grocery.

Everything was really good except the swimming pool. This was the second time we stayed at this specific Hampton Inn and the swimming pool was freezing. The first time, we were told the pool had just been cleaned and refilled. Honestly, it makes us reconsider staying here again. Once is one thing, but this is two out of two times and with a 8 year old child that was looking forward to nothing but swimming on this trip, it was VERY disappointing!

Just overnight. Nice room. Clean but we could hear people above us and out in halls. Otherwise nice hotel.

Called the hotel multiple times messaged the motel multiple times prior to the reservation. Hotel staff stated someone would call me back and nobody called me back. I never received a message back. There was a blizzard and a travel advisory, and we were trying to get a hold of them to ask about our reservation and no follow up at all. We will never be back to this hotel again.
