Breakfast was great. Our bathroom fan didn’t work, our pull out mattress was dirty. One night at the pool some people pulled up to the side lot from an out of business empty parking lot and started grilling right next to the pool where my children and I were. They weren’t speaking English and were smoking and drinking and using the hotel’s outdoor tables. They were right next to the pool and it was uncomfortable as they watched us and weren’t guests. The gym was like 85 degrees at all times, good for a sweat I guess .

The door fob in the first room didn't work. After asking the front desk for help, she couldn't get it to work either. Another staff member also couldn't get the door open. We then had to move to the 2nd floor. The first few times the door fob worked for this room, but then we had problems agin opening the door. Had to have the front desk re-program the fobs again. Also couldn't get the wi-fi to connect. Took our tablet to the front desk, she also could not get the wi-fi to connect. Told us we would have to wait until another employee came on duty to get things to work. Wanted to use the ice machine on the 2nd floor, didn't have any on this floor. Went to the 3rd floor and this machine had an out of order sign on it, Will not be staying with Best Western any more.

Worst hotel experience!!! The 1st room smelled absolutely terrible to the point we were gagging. I asked for a different room due to smell (i paid for a 2 queen bed room) due to smell we had to move so ended up with only other room avail room 110 1 king and sofa bed. Smell in that room wasnt as strong but still very mildew smell. Mold spot on ceiling. Beds uncomfortable. I paid for this place due to there being a pool. It was 3pm and pool wasnt even open. Once in pool there was algae on walls of pool so we got out. I truly feel i was gipped on my money for what we got. My kids didnt get to enjoy the pool after a 6hr drive. We ended up going to a park.

We were towing a car on a trailer with our truck and were concerned about parking. But this location had excellent parking. In and out was so easy. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The only recommendation I would make would be to have some usb ports in the room.

We found this facility to be in very good shape. The staff was friendly. Learned that ground floor is pet friendly. We requested a ground floor room due to physical issues, but did not have any concerns with the pets on the floor. Breakfast was adequate with hot options provided each day (with a menu displayed so you would know what was scheduled each day). Small "grocery" available with drinks and some food items available. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and the well taken care of. They had plenty of parking even though they were completely full. The staff is friendly and helpful. When we were walking to our room we did see a German cockroach on the wall across from our room. That was the only bug we saw, but opted not to bring our luggage inside. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were clean! The room, even though pet friendly did not smell like an animal, it did however smell like the air filter hasnt been changed in a really long time. The rest of the room was okay. The breakfast was very good! I would stay again if I was in the area.

The staff were all friendly, but the room wasn’t clean. The carpet was all stained and sticky in some places, the pull out mattress had several brownish red stains on it, there were globs of hair (that wasn’t ours) on the floor and the tub had discolored spots all over the bottom of it.

The location was convenient for our concert at The Plant. Lots of chain/fast food restaurant choices around the immediate area. We booked this place because it had good reviews specifically saying it was clean. However, the hotel and our room were dirty and grimy. Our bathroom floor was so sticky my flip flops almost came off. There was some kind of dark brown mold looking stains on every lamp shade in our room. Dust was caked on the table phone and AC unit so those items are never wiped down/cleaned. Microwave had food splattered on every surface and wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned. The white bathroom door was brown from hand prints that have never been wiped. For our king bed we were given 4 throw-pillow sized pillows (not even standard sized pillows). The lighting in the bathroom was so bad I was basically showering in the dark. The next morning we went down to the lobby for breakfast and realized the sticky floor in the dining area was covered in syrup and the same mop they use in this area is what they used to mop our bathroom as it was the same sticky residue that was on our bathroom floor. The elevators look like they were wiped haphazardly with a dirty rag with dirty grimy smear marks all over it. Thank goodness we were only staying here one night. We will never return. I took photos of all of these issues.

We arrived very late at night and the check in staff was very nice. When we got to our room and opened the door we were hit with a terrible musty smell and the carpets and sheets were moist. Being exhausted from a 10 hour drive we just stayed and slept. When we woke up we were all coughing and chest hurting, nose burning with each breath. We started looking around and found mold all over the bed skirts, the night stand and in the air conditioner vents. We were very unhappy, especially since one of us has a pretty serious allergy to mold but thankfully she had her inhaler and epi-pen and was ok. No one should ever stay in these kind of conditions. We would appreciate a refund, not a credit because we do not travel often. We would NOT recommend staying here again until the place is thoroughly cleaned, inspected and mold free.

The staff at the time of check in was great! The room itself was god but there were a few things that concerned me first was the were roaches in the room and I have pictures to verify. I did report it to the staff at check out time and she said she would let the others know. Another thing was the king bed sheets were nasty I have pictures of that also.

The breakfast was excellent. Room had some problems. Lighting VERY dim. Stopper in the bathroom sink missing. Bathtub did not have sufficient grab bars and the tub sloped which could make a fall easy.

Stayed here to attend a concert at the Civic Center. Only 10 minutes away, so it was convenient to town. The front desk staff were friendly. Pretty clean. But overall I think it’s rated higher than I would say. Some of the lighting in the bathroom was not working. The air was a side unit and didn’t maintain a comfortable temp. Guests were loud in the hallway and outside during the night. Breakfast had few options.

Big problem here with the road noise. It's next to a secondary road, but my room faced it and it seemed like i could hear ever car that drove by. I've stayed in quieter hotels next to busy freeways. Bed was okay, but seemed a bit uneven. TV remote buttons stuck. Bathroom circulation fan needed to be cleaned. Otherwise the room and building seemed good.

Excellent value for the money with convenient, quiet location. Property is well kept, clean, beds are comfortable, and rooms are a nice size. Breakfast is more than adequate. Biggest con is the TV as no live guide. They simply provide a listing of the stations and the respective number and then a visitor searches what they want to watch that way. If you don't know the station and time of the program you want to watch it's virtually impossible to find something you would like to watch.

It was overall a “good” stay. Location is great; pretty central locations. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast had decent options. However, it could use a few improvements. The pillows were the size of a throw pillow; tv was a little dated (most places I’ve stayed have updated to some sort of smart tv); wifi was constantly going out every couple of hours; the shower head was dirty— build up; the fan in the bathroom did not work; also, the elevator was a little scary I would stay here again especially if these improvements were addressed

Staff was surly, lacked skills to perform duties , unmotivated to accomplish duties . At 0400 hours the front desk was unoccupied for 45 minutes and a note was posted to call a cell phone # . When i called it went to voice mail .

We arrived as a late check in ahead of storms moving into the area and was met with a friendly welcome along with a quick and easy check in process. The hotel was very clean and when we got our room the hallway was so quiet you would have thought we were the only ones there but it was quite full. Our room was so clean and comfortable. We had no complaints and my husband and grandson enjoyed the breakfast the next morning as I enjoyed some extra sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel again.

Front desk staff were very rude. We were there for a baseball tournament and asked if our parents could socialize in the lobby or conference room. The staff refused and were very unfriendly and unprofessional. Our team had ten rooms booked at this hotel. We will not look to stay at a best western ever again, as the staff told us it was a best western policy that we could not assemble quietly in the lobby/breakfast area in the evening or in a conference room without paying for it.

Hotel, is in a good location, off main drag. There is some road noise but mostly quiet during sleep hours. We booked a queen suite and it was very spacious and nice. Stayed one night because of medical test at Southeast Medical. Would stay here again.

I’ve stayed here numerous times. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Large breakfast variety but not anything special. The location is perfect. You can walk to a couple restaurants, grocery store and Walgreens if need be. Quiet and safe with lots of grass for kids or dogs to play.

Hotel is a little older but in good condition. Room was clean and updated. Bed was a little firm for me but hubby liked it! Bathroom was clean & updated. Water temp and pressure were good. Coffee pot and 1 kind of juice at the breakfast lounge were still not working as seen in other reviews ( needs fixing-too long) but we were able to make coffee in our room. Breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, great cinnamon swirl bread, fruit & All the other usual items. They need to fix the water cooler in the weight room and water fountain outside the weight room. Overall good place to stay. Reasonable rate.
