Always the most fun but still “fancy” hotel for a weekend getaway. The slide and lazy river could have been cleaned up a bit but overall the pools and DJ are always great. This was the first time we were disappointed in the food. Chicken fingers poolside were really low quality for the price and breakfast food was really not good for prices. We’ll be back but we’ll pack more food next time.

I really liked how close it was to universal studios and the pool area. Everything seemed extremely overpriced and I think the “resort pass” should be included in the price of the hotel. Also I didn’t like that parking was 35 dollars a day. Why is parking not included. Very beautiful hotel and the pool area was really nice, I just think the price I paid should’ve included the pool and parking.

Check in was great cause they did let us check in early which was great but I was surprised there was no microwave in the room. Beds were sooo uncomfortable for a 500 dollar room. We ordered food then later when I went to heat it up there’s no microwave. The outside bar closed super early for the pool being open till 11. The bar closed before it was dark. So much walking…. My mom had a tough time getting around she’s disabled. There’s only 1 smoking area so far from everything.

Pool management was not the best probably because it was overcrowded. There were not enough chairs or umbrellas likely because inconsiderate guests left their unattended chairs all day while they would leave the pool area and all their food.

I loved the lazy river n pool areas. I love the fact that theres an adult quiet pool although they had a dj that day n music was so loud that the people who wanted quiet at the quiet pool could hear the dj still blasting tunes. The rooms are a bit dated. And the showers still have shower curtains which i think is unsanitary. Also we had 2 rooms booked and the carpets in the rooms were soaking wet to the point that when i tried to lift my foot with my sandals i couldnt lift because i got stuck. We couldnt wear socks in the room because our socks would immediately get wet. We didnt complain or ask for another room because we stayed for only one night and were out most of the day. I used to love it here when the quiet pool was really a quiet pool but rooms and pool area especially quiet spa is deteriorating.

we have arrived at the property around 9.00 pm. upon check in we were assigned the room on the 3d floor that smells as sewage. We asked to be moved. They send us to 19th floor the room were ok. My daughter took off her shoes and her socks were completely wet. I check the carpet and it was soaking wet. We called the front desk they moved us to 1969 the room smelled as cigarets very bad. At this point we were so tired I didn't have an energy to move so everything I requested to put the ozone machine in the morning. We gave the exact time we will be out the front desk insure me they have a note on my reservation and it will be done the first thing in the morning. We were ready to go to bed and because I work in hotel business I have a habit to check if the line was change. It was 10.30 pm and I have to find one of the beds with dirty and rotten fitted. I called the frond desk Evelin the pm RA came to change everything she was actually very nice and changed all the linen. She also noticed that the odor was very strong and asked if we would like to spray it. The next day after the Tournament we came back to the hotel and I approach one of the guest services to make sure they remove the ozone machine , she didn't even know what is the ozone machine is. at this point I knew nothing was done. I have to call the manager he apologizes and send a HK supervisor to check on us. who ever was the supervisor On Friday she walked my room without knowing or even announcing herself.

Stayed three nights. Never saw housekeeping. Trash piled up in room. Refrigerator in room barely cool. Had insulin with me that had to remain refrigerated used coolers and kept using ice. They'll probably send me a bill for the extra ice when they read this. Charged for EVERYTHING. Food was expensive and just barely edible. $30 buffet breakfast was nowhere near worth the price. I can get a better breakfast at Dennys at a fraction of the price. Cost me $105 to park my car for three nights. We were running from the hurricane. Next time I'll take my chances. NEVER AGAIN.

The staff members were very rude every time we went to the restaurants, our room was ver very very dirty, had hair in the sink and bathtub, the water was clogged in the sink and bathtub, the room smelled so bad, someone came upstairs to spray our room and apologized! They never asked if we needed a new room or anything to help us! This hotel price gouged on people who evacuated from Hurricane Milton. This was just a mess! I will her stay here again! No talks to you there with any manors- they roll their eyes and ignore. & we are the kindest people ever!

Overall good but my bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower when I first walked in like they forgot to clean it. The bedsheets - which are usually super soft when I've stayed in the past were tough and scratchy. I had to sleep on the comforter itself and just wrap it around me. Most of the bikes in the gym were broken with no pedals to use. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Pool staff was great and very friendly. However, the front desk clerk at 1230a was pretty rude and in a mood. Manager was called. That guy was very nice. Our room seemed older. Wallpaper peeling and the mini fridge was so loud we needed to unplug it. Sorry Hilton. Won't be checking in again.

Have stayed here several times and absolutely loved our newly renovated room on the 3rd floor this visit! Every single encounter with staff surpassed our expectations! One of the valet staff members remembered us from our visit last year, which also speaks volumes about this Hilton’s staff retention! Can’t imagine going to the convention center and not staying here!!! Only wish was that we would have had more time to enjoy their incredible outdoor pool area!! Was absolutely beautiful from our room’s window!

This was the 2nd time me and my wife stayed at this Hotel. It's convienient for the event my wife had to attend in the convention center. There was a technical issue with my reservation on the Hilton website. As result of this technical issue, upon my arrival at the property, I was made aware that I had 3 reservations. I in fact only needed one and I clearly explained this to the front desk agent. I wanted to use my expedia reservation (it was a better rate and already paid) The agent proceed to disregard my request and billed me for one of the other 2 reservations I had no idea I had made via Hilton website becuase I had never received a confirmation. Upon returning home after the stay, I reviewed my credit card account and found the error. I proceeded to contact the hotel and Expedia. Expedia was extremely helpful. I cannot say the same for the Hotel. After getting transfered around to several different agents, I was treated rudelly and unprofessionally. The agent was super condesending and combative. He acted like he was doing me a favor by refunding me MY MONEY for error on thier behalf. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.

Great hotel all the way until a valet started yelling at me and my wife for accidentally pulling into the valet part of the garage. Extremely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I even apologized and he was still yelling. Could not believe this person is in the customer service business? Complained to the valet manager and he knew exactly who it was and didn’t even seemed concerned.

After a long day of travel, we arrived to find our reservation ignored (hotel overbooked their rooms) and our rooms given away. The hotel sent us to a terrible “nearby” place with cockroaches in the bathroom. It was convention week, so we were stuck. Absolutely unacceptable—worst hotel experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

You are not supposed to bring your own food or drink to the pool area, but the service was terrible. We sat at a table and ordered food and after 2.5 hours I had to tell our waitress just to cancel it. We sat down at 3 and ended up leaving the hotel entirely at 5:30. Service inside was just as long of a wait. The waitress was still taking people’s orders up to the point we left and never mentioned the wait to them.

The hotel is located in an area of International Drive which is not within short walking distance from the many shops and restaurants in the area, however it is within a short drive from them. If you have to use bus or taxi it will be for a short drive.

This hotel is awesome! The lobby is spectacular and the rooms were really clean. My kids loved the heated pool and lazy river. The restaurants on property had really good food. The food was a little pricier but delicious. Todovos has really good salsa!! Over all we had an amazing trip and I would stay here again! The resort fee and parking will add another $75 to your night each night, so be prepared for that as well.

The Orlando Hilton is an ideal place for a long weekend to escape the outside world or to be close to all that Orlando has to offer. We were here for a lecture in the Orange Ballroom and one night stay at the hotel. You could easily stay here for days and never leave. There are nice restaurants, a market, large pool with lazy river, and many other amenities. We ate at the Mexican restaurant (sorry, don't recall the name). Should you choose to order guac they will prepare it table side, which I found unique. The service could have been better but I think our waitress may have been new or just had a hard time multitasking but all in all it was a good experience. Our room was clean and in order as expected. Valet service is available for $50 or self parking is $38. The valet parks your vehicle in private parking garaged directly under the building. Self parking is in a parking garage directly behind the hotel and has a direct entry to the lobby. The lobby entrance is at the top floor of the parking garage so you may prefer to park there as the garage elevator can be hot during our Florida summers. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely return when we can stay longer.

The hotel has a lovely pool area. Our granddaughters loved the lazy river and the water slide. The food at the poolside bar is very good and the breakfast buffet has some great options.

Stayed in the Hilton for a conference at the Orlando convention center. This is the perfect hotel because the whole way over to the convention center is covered by a walkway and because it rains unexpectedly in Florida, this was exactly what I needed. The room was clean and comfortable and I will aim to stay at this location every year for the convention I attend.

Ants infested our room the entire time and it was stressful to get any compensation. The ants were all over our food and I had to fight for full compensation since it was charged to the room so they say how much it was. There was also a 50.00/day charge for resort fees that were not disclosed until checkout. We never even used any amenities because we were there volunteering at a convention. Won't go back. I shouldnt have had to fight for fairness.
