We stayed here to attend a class that was on the property. We were quite happy. The room was clean and updated. Nice bar and restaurant in the lobby, as well as a convenience store that was well-stocked. AC was cold, bed was comfortable. We will be back.

I wanted to stay close to the airport. They provide free airport shuttle service / decent cable / nice quiet pool area with a nice gym. I used uber to get off the property but overall i thought the hotel was great! I would definitely go back.

Hot tub not working. Pool very cold. No yingling beer which is popular. Unable to get baseball on tv only tennis. Charged again to use Wi-Fi. Had to go to desk to straighten out.I think $27.00 to park overnight is excessive.

The room was a bit small. There was only one coffee pack for two of us. There was no cups in the bathroom etc. and the food in the restaurant was over priced and felt like airport food. The fish tacos fish was watery. The chicken sandwich chicken was about a quarter inch thick and did not even cover the sandwich. The fries were barely warm. The sandwich was dry. When we needed something additional, we noticed that the waiter was over texting instead of watching the tables. I literally could’ve got a better meal going to a fast food restaurant. It was very poor. The gym was nice. The staff was helpful. I didn’t really care for the parking situation going through a gate because when I got to the gate, the key didn’t work. It was supposed to give me free parking.

I stayed only one night. The hotel served its purpose, which was to get me to the airport on time. The coffee shop in the lobby was very convenient for grabbing coffee early in the morning. The airport shuttle was a plus

We came to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. We were pleased with everything. Staff was kind, service was great, housekeeping service offered daily, and it has a great gym. It was one of the largest hotel gyms I’ve seen. And it’s quiet. It’s next to the airport but we never heard a thing.

Ideal for a short stay near the airport when you don’t need a car. Parking is $27/day for uncovered DIY parking. Food was quite good and market shop had great but expensive options. Landscaping needs to be cleaned up around the pool area. Gym was vets nice and clean too.

It’s an okay property, they stated hot tub was working got there and it was not. Okay room, nice Staff.

Our room was really dirty, floors hadn't been mopped or swept, bathroom had hair all over the floor. Bottle of body oil under the bed that was left from previous people staying there

Room smelled moldy

Hotel was clean.. great transportation to the airport. Had a strong musty smell in the room. Not happy about the room service. Menu says till 12 midnight but doesnt mention its only for drinks. So had to go downstairs to their food market for food.

We stayed in this hotel two times within a couple of weeks. The sheets on the bed were clean, but the comforter insert had a very foul odor. My wife had some type of allergic reaction and her eyes urgent reaction bothered her throughout the night.

Extremely clean and comfortable. My room was made up everyday and the staff were very courteous, kind and respectful.

Asked if the WiFi was free on check in…was told “yes” however I had a suspicious $17.34 charge on my check out….said it was for WiFi.they apologized and reversed the charge….room service was a debacle taking an hour and a half to rectify….it was after 11pm so I ate cold food and a warm beer….a rather large dark brown stain on the bedcover…shower had hot enough water but bathroom sink only lukewarm

Although the outside may seem a bit dated, the interior of the Marriott made it rather enjoyable. Very clean and extraordinarily helpful people. Would stay again if needed for convenience to the airport.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and it’s always been good but in the occasion my room was next to the elevators (elevator room) so every time the elevator was in use I would hear a loud rolling sound.

I think the air conditioning in the room was broken. We could not get a good night's sleep with it being so warm.

Noise from the next room is loud. This is an old hotel and there isn’t much insulation. The van was quick, helpful driver and fast check in. The only disappointment is the noise

The hotel overall was great. Nice to have that quality so close to the airport. The restaurant was fantastic. So was the staff. The shower water was quickly warm with good pressure. The room was clean and well laid out. The bed was not comfortable, especially the pillows. BYOP ;)

AC was not working well my credit card was taken at check in but when I ordered room service they asked for cash because I did not have a card number on file. Food and drinks were good. Shower designed by a man and not good.

Room is updated but very plain, no artwork. It seems we were put in a different building not the main one and maybe this is why the room was no tup to Marriott standards.

The first room.. the air conditioning would not cool the room, and I had it on the lowest setting, then the thermostat goes completely blank and the unit shut off. So I go to the lobby, it’s 2am mind you, they give me an alternate room, exact same issue, that’s when I realize this is no accident and the Marriott, in a pathetic attempt to save money, must have put a auto shut off on their units with a limit… I was miserable all night, never again!!

Check in was well orchestrated. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The Hotel needs to be tore down and replaced with a more updated and modern hotel. The hotel was showing its age.

Front desk staff agreed to hold a piece of luggage for 3 days - no charge!

You know when you arrive at a hotel and you can immediately tell that all staff has been masterfully trained in hospitality? That is not the case at this property. Check-in was done by a person that was cold and very unfriendly. Prior to making this booking, I called the hotel to ask if I could receive Amazon packages to the hotel’s address. They informed me that I could, but warned me there would be a $5 cost per package. That’s okay; I was forewarned and accepted the cost. However, when I was billed for the packages, the bill was significantly more than $5 per package. Upon checkout I asked the person at reception for a list explaining the costs, but they told me they were unable to provide an itemized explanation; they could only provide a receipt for the total ‘mail’ charges – not a breakdown of them. Finally, on the morning of my departure, about a dozen guests tried to take the shuttle to the airport at the same time as I did. However, the shuttle picks-up people at other properties first and was already full when it reached the Marriott. When another guest complained, the shuttle driver was shockingly rude (and confrontational) to the guest. Overall, I was genuinely stunned by how consistently guests were treated poorly by staff. I am unlikely to stay at this property again. As for the room itself, it was fine. Neither exceptional, nor bad - it was okay. No major issues with the room and I got a decent rest.

Overall, I reccommend this property. The restaurant service and food was top notch. The front desk staff, not so much.

They were so great. We got off a cruise ship early and they let us check in early and have our breakfast the first day. Our plane left to early to have it on the day we left. We appreciated so much that they let us eat and check in early!! So life savers!

It's my 4rth time staying here. Frontdesk staff was friendly, quick and got the info i needed with no issues. However, the restaurant needs a bit of work. Looks to be understaffed and some of them were not so welcoming,which is understandable due to tiredness.

We stayed here for a layover. Quick taxi ride and shuttle back to airport in the morning. They have a nice breakfast in the morning with the friendliest, most accommodating staff. We wanted a sit down breakfast but we only had 15 minutes. The manager made it happen. He was wonderful. And so was the waiter. He rushed to get the food out. We also sat at the bar the night before and had the nicest bar tenders. They don’t treat you like a person just passing through. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable as well and very clean.

The Front Desk person promised but never delivered a wake-up call at 7 a.m.; no thanks to her, we didn’t miss our first day in St.Croix. The walls are poorly soundproofed yet it wasn’t aircraft that that disturbed our sleep but a couple or group that may have been having a party or noisy conversation circa 3 a.m. in a nearby room. The Front Desk staffer when we checked in was courteous, as was the bellhop and the airport shuttle drivers, but I couldn’t imagine staying here again!

The staff was not helpful at all. My 82 year old mother stayed for one night. She checked in around 18:30. Around 21:45 she started calling room service to get something to eat. No one would answer the phone. She kept calling. Someone answered at 22:30 and told her the kitchen restaurant was closed. She did not get her wake-up call the next morning so she missed her flight. My mother was on the elevator on her way to check out when she heard another guest mention to the bellman that no one was answering the phone the previous night. He replied there was a big fight being broadcast and the staff were glued to their TVs. I will never stay at this Marriott again.

We were delayed because of the hurricane and happy to get a last minute reservation and also to get a very late meal (11pm). ONE ISSUE - we were not aware of the change in the shuttle bus going to level two at the airport. Never saw the signs. Bummed about that!

Checking in after midnight was terrible. Zero customer service. Barely spoke to us. Also the hotel shuttle should work after midnight like the other hotels around.

Convenient to airport

The hotel is fine but I was disappointed that the shuttle that "runs every 15 minutes" took more like 35-40.

Waited over 1 hour for the AIRPORT SHUTTLE pickup at airport to hotel.

My husband and I checked in and the staff were awesome. We was able to check in earlier than expected. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was great and so was the server. I will definitely stay again.

Worst dining experience in a Marriott! Fish was served cold, sent back, microwaved then reserved. Definitely not a normal Marriott experience

Great service! Great Room. Amazing Pool. They could have a major improvement at the main restaurant Cane Fire Grill. The food had no flavor and was not good at all. I would not recommend that restaurant.

Quick overnight stay near airport with shuttle so convenient. The restaurant and bar were open very early and very late with excellent service!!

I stayed on a different Airport resort a couple of days after and it was a HUGE difference only by a 30 usd that i could and will pay anytime now. Checkin was perfectly swift, bar and restaurant superb and nice (George was awesome). The bed was very confy, and everything was spotless, clean and organized.

Cobb salad was not fresh, waitress at the bar was belligerent and rude.

Check-in was quite late because we had a very long flight to Miami, and we were looking for something to eat when we arrived at the hotel. The surprise was that we found a restaurant right there in the hotel. We were even more surprised to discover that the food and service were very good. Thank you so much. Very convenient.

We had dinner which was excellent. And room was very nice. Very happy with our stay.
