Midweek stay for couple with 2 teenage children en route travelling from Calais to the South of France. Hotel is easy to get to, covered parking 2 minutes away and centre of Reims about a 20 minute walk. Family room was clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet and downstairs bar area well presented. Staff very helpful. Recommended.

When we arrived we had t checked about parking( our fault I just assumed we could) but their car park was full and the receptionist kindly let us stay in one of the disabled spots as we were leaving by 10 am. I was very grateful for this after a long drive. She mentioned roof boxes are a problem as the car parks are all underground.. otherwise lovely stay on our way back from skiing.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the correct choice. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, and the facility, including our room, was clean and pleasant. I was happy to have secured parking, and the breakfast was superb. I wish the complimentary breakfasts in the US were as varied and extensive. Overall, we would unequivocally recommend this hotel to all.

The toilets were too small and had to fit or even turn inside. The worst part was they were separated from the shower which was a horrible experience. The toilet was smaller than an aeroplane toilet who wants this experience on a holiday. No parking facility

Visited at Novotel Reims for 2-nights with my adult-son on our way to Verdun. Clean, quiet hotel, good service, bar on premises. Walking to cathedral, and to Mumm Champagne tasting. Many dining options in center of town—all walkable. 3 blocks from Reims Gare (downtown—we arriving at Champagne-Ardenne TGV and did taxi). Would be happy to stay again!

Sehr nette Unterkunft (große Zimmer, neu und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt). Badezimmer hatte separate Dusche und Bad. In. Kleiner Küche für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen (inclusive). Interessante Umgebung, z.Zt. Baustelle für neue Appartments gegenüber im Endausbau. Innenstadt entweder über SNCF Bahnhof oder in Richtung Lycee Roosevelt schnell erreichbar. Parkhaus für SNCF Bahnhof gerade nebenan oder abgesperrter, offener Parkplatz des Hotels nebenan. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Würden wir jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Dejligt hotel beliggende lige midt i Reims. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Værelserne er meget rene og veludstyret. Hotellet er beliggende lige ved siden af banegården i Reims, men der er absolut ingen støj derfra når man er på værelset. Med banegårdens beliggenhed, betyder det også at man kun er 45 minutter fra centrum af Paris hvis man hopper på TGV toget, hvilket kan anbefales da trafikken i Paris er voldsom. Vi havde alt i alt et rigtig dejligt ophold.

Excellent stay! We had interconnecting rooms for our family of 5. Best WiFi we ever had in a hotel (kept kids happy), TV allowed screen casting (which kept kids even more happy since they could watch their own movies), rooms had separator screens (again much appreciated by kids to give them a bit of privacy) and service was excellent too! Room keeping very considerate and polite, reception staff efficient and helpful, breakfast busy but well managed. Location very handy with a 10 minute stroll to the pedestrian area and restaurants. Car parking a few metres away from the hotel in a garage. Can’t fault this hotel, really enjoyed our 3 night stay!

The hotel was what you would expect from a Novotel (quite nice rooms), but unfortunately the rooms were incredibly hot- 26oC plus with all the windows open, which made it really hard to sleep, and far too hot for our baby. We had two of the worst nights sleep of our trip here which dampened the experience. The hotel staff tried to help by changing rooms but the room was the same - they didn’t actually follow through and solve the issue. Breakfast was average. Overall a disappointing stay.
