The room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent shower. Easy walking distance to city centre. The train station was next door so of course there was noise but earplugs resolved that. Great value for being downtown with parking available.

Stayed one night to visit sites in Reims. The property is right by the main train station, so there is some noise from there. Nice having parking on-site (must reserve and additional fee), but somewhat inconvenient to get luggage between parking and hotel entrance. WiFi is on an unsecured network. Overall, it met our needs for the night.

Quand je suis arrivé, il n'y avait pas de savon, pas de gel douche, pas de tapis de sol dans la salle de bain et pas de kit vaisselle dans le cuisine. Le lit était très mal fait avec les draps complètement de travers et la couette pas rentrée complètement dans le housse donc avec 50 cm de housse vide. Il y avait des cheveux partout : dans le lit, sur le sol, dans la salle de bain. Le radiateur est très difficile à régler avec un thermostat qui passe de frais à très chaud sans intermédiaire. La télévision est minuscule. Heureusement, le personnel est à l'écoute et la localisation est pratique à côté de la gare et du centre ville.

I no longer have trust in the Expedia rating system.I feel the rating of greater than 8 is incredibly misleading. It is dirty, mold in the bathroom (I have pictures). Area is less than ideal. Internet is terrible. The price is cheap but the rating very misleading.

Wir haben die Unterkunft zu einem sehr fairen Preis gebucht. Für unseren Aufenthalt im Reims war das Hotel klasse. Auf unsere Frage, ob es möglich ist unser zugeordnetes Zimmer von der Bahnhofsseite zur Eingangsseite wechseln zu können, wurde es möglich gemacht. Sehr zuvorkommend. So konnten wir im August mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen. Es ist natürlich an manchen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen, aber für uns hatte es ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. Positiv: Unkomplizierter Check-In, Sehr freundliches Personal, Parkplatz, Sehr bequeme Betten, Gratis Wasserflasche, Zentrumnah Negativ: Keine Klimaanlage (dafür ein Ventilator der aber laut ist), Kein Zimmerservice (Handtücher etc. kann an der Rezeption abgeholt werden)

The hotel is right behind the train tracks, you hear the noise until the trains stop running around 10-11 pm. Internet not good. It only worked one day the next day none. I was out all day, I just needed at night , but I was not able to work due to the lack of connection , no I did not went down late at night to get it fix. Other than these 2 issues, the place was clean , very spacious, with kitchenette, a fan ( No AC) tiny screen for tv.and very big shower, the entire bathroom was really large.

Nous étions de passage pour une nuit c'était parfait, surtout que nous voyagions par le train donc l'emplacement était idéal. L'hôte a eu l'extrême gentillesse de nous accueillir alors que nous étions un peu en avance. Le lendemain, aucun souci pour laisser notre valise dans la bagagerie nous permettant de vaquer à nos occupations sans encombrement.

It was perfectly positioned, within walking distance of the centre (through a beautiful park) and all the attractions. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The receptionist gave us a street map on arrival and pointed out good areas for eating and where to avoid. The room itself was very well appointed, plenty of kitchen equipment and very comfortable bed. Being right in the centre meant there was a lot of traffic noise with the windows open, but all went quiet overnight. Highly recommend!

Situation géographique au top, accès en moins de 10 minutes à pied au centre ville. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, nous étions côté gare et le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé (1er train a 8h45). Bonne insonorisation des chambre. Parking a disposition. Le seul désagrément a été au niveau du personnel sur place (hormis un homme a la réception qui était tres agréable et compétent). - accueil désastreux (hôtel ouvert 24/24 sauf si vous arrivez pendant la pause de l'hôtesse qui vous le fait remarquer) et vient s'occuper de vous au bout de 15 min - petit déjeuner avec aucune table de nettoyée donc sans possibilité de se servir et personnel dans la piece attenante entrain de crier ...

The room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent shower. Easy walking distance to city centre. The train station was next door so of course there was noise but earplugs resolved that. Great value for being downtown with parking available.
