Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe. Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town.

Comfortable appart’hotel in Reims centre, about 500 m from cathédral and centre. The room is not huge but well equipped with a kitchen and fold away table. The shower is a good size. 24 hour reception, very helpful. Note that the hotel does not have parking. We had no trouble to find a space nearby but you do have to pay (5 eur per day - choose ‘day ticket’ and not ‘visitor’ or else it will restrict you to 5 hours only). Note as well that, being an appart’hotel, cleaning is not done daily but you can collect spares such as toilet roll from reception if required.

Prima basic kamer net buiten het centrum, maar alles is op loopafstand. De dame achter de receptie is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij hebben zelf de auto geparkeerd in garage Gambetta. Mooie ruime parkeergarage op vijf minuten lopen.

Assez déçu de cette prestation pour un appart’ City confort, j’ai déjà fréquenté plusieurs fois ce genre de logement, et j’avoue que c’est le premier qui me déçoit autant Pas de Garage pas de Parking, et très limite en vaisselle, je ne recommanderais à personne cet endroit

Nous avons choisi l’appartement qui possède 3 zones : la salle de bain, la chambre et l’espace salon cuisine. Espace suffisamment vaste pour toutes nos affaires (nous n’y sommes restés qu’une seule nuit), mais pourrait manquer d’un peu de place de rangement en cas de long séjour. La salle de bain souffre d’un manque de nettoyage en profondeur. Beaucoup de calcaire sur les joints ainsi que sur le bouton de bascule bain / douche. Serviettes en nombre suffisant. Distributeur de savon liquide combiné shampoing douche. Petit déjeuner simple, mais complet. Personnel agréable.

Der Zugang war verschlossen, die Klingel funktionierte nicht und per Telefon war nur ein automatische Ansage zu erreichen. So mussten wir eine halbe Stunde warten, bis ein anderer Gast mit Schlüsselwörter kam und wir endlich einchecken konnten. Das Personal nahm sich der Sache nicht an und entschuldigte sich auch nicht.

Very nice hotel except for 2 items: 1) the breakfast was very chaotic - too man people for too few desks 2) they promote having the fastest Wi-Fi ever but it did not work at all in the room and very poorly in the lobby.

Very nice hotel except for 2 items: 1) the breakfast was very chaotic - too man people for too few desks 2) they promote having the fastest Wi-Fi ever but it did not work at all in the room and very poorly in the lobby.

Résidence confortable, propre, la seule chose qui m'a gêné, c'est le prix du petit déjeuner , 21€ et franchement ce qu'il y avait comme choix ça ne les méritait pas, 12 ou 13€ , oui, comme dans beaucoup d'hôtel de ce standing mais 21€ non.

Good hotel in the heart of Reims. A 3-star hotel, that okay, but have some issues regarding the Room. The aircondition did'nt work as it should. In the hot days, it could not make any different a the 35° degrees hot weather. In the bathroom - the toilet paper holder did not work... The pressure of the water - from the bath was almost not existing The wall was missing a little bit of art But okay according to the price

The room smelled very bad. Carpet was very dirty. There was no bedding for the sofa bed my oldest child had to sleep with us and the 12 weeks baby. Bathroom had clipped nails inside the sink. Overall, the room itself was not great. Breakfast was good.
