Wenn ich in ein Zimmer komme, möchte ich nicht zwingend eine Bude haben, die bis aufs Ultimo vorgeheizt ist.In 2 von 3 Zimmern waren viele Haare auf mindestens einem Bett gewesen. Die Matratze mancher Betten sind für die Sofaunterbauten zu groß, sodass man das Gefühl bekommen könnte beim drehen, dass man gleich samt der Matratze vom Bett fällt. Der Fahrstuhl ist nur in der Zeit verfügbar, in der die Rezeption geöffnet hat. Am Abend saßen Junkies vor dem Eingang und wollten sich was spritzen. Die Lautstärke zur Straße hin kommt durch das geschlossene Fenster. Der Mitarbeiter am Abend war nett, der am Morgen meinte, dass wir eine falsche Anzahl an Personen angegeben hätten und behauptete, wir hätten nur für die Hälfte der Personen bezahlt. Dabei hatte wir auch Nachweisbar über Expedia für 6 Personen reserviert. Somit wurde die Schuld dann dem Buchungsportal zugeschoben.

I specifically chose this hotel because it had an elevator, and my luggage was *very* heavy. My train was delayed with several hours, so I had to check in late, and the elevator was thus not accessible. I had to carry the luggage to the top floor in the small staircase.

Good points- staff was friendly and it is very close to the main train station. Bad points - no air conditioning. Very old building with rules about when elevator turns off, etc, Musty smell. Breakfast had the smallest, most limited selection I have ever seen. People were screaming on the street at all hours.

Grundlegend ein hübscher Altbau, leider nie sarniert worden. Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand, Möbel zerkratzt, Dusche offen im zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, unbequeme Betten. Das Personal ist weitgehend freundlich und bemüht und kann ja nicht viel für den Zustand des Hauses. Auch wenn es scheinbar zu den eher günstigen Hotels in Hamburg gehört sind 70 Euro pro Person pro Nacht sind jedoch eine Frechheit für das Gefühl in einer Billigen Jugenherberge untergekommen zu sein.

Sehr alte Zimmer. Lift nur bis zum 3. Stock bei 4 Etagen. Und dieser ist ab 22 uhr nicht mehr benutzbar. Frühstück war zwar überschaubar, aber wurde immer frisch aufgefüllt und war ok. Für eine Übernachtung ok.

Das Hotel hat definitiv seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Riss im Waschbecken und dem Toilettensitz. Aber das Bett war gut und das ist die Hauptsache. Schlüsselhinterlegung im Schlüsselsafe hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

The hotel is located on the ‘bad’ side of the railway station. It is noisy all night with people hanging around the street outside. The hotel has 4 floors and is a labyrinth and the lift only goes to the third floor and takes two people. Our room was number 29 on the top floor and we found out that the toilet and shower are not en-suite but two separate rooms in the corridor! This room was the same price as all the other en-suite rooms. This is not what we booked and we did not expect this! As the hotel was full we could not change our room. Definitely would not use this hotel again. Staff are miserable!

Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal und die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Das ist aber auch das einzige Gute an der Unterkunft. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sehr alt und abgewohnt. Teppich voller Flecken, im Bad Toilettendeckel klapprig, sehr hellhörig.. das schlimmste war, dass im Bad noch vom vorherigen Gast benutzte Wattestäbchen auf dem Fußboden lagen, was ja bedeutet, dass die Reinigung nicht oder sehr schlecht nach dem vorherigen Gast dieses Zimmers, erfolgte. Außerdem entspricht der Preis von 155€ für eine Nacht nicht dem, was man für diesen Preis erwarten würde…

部屋は小さいですが、清潔で静かです。バスルームは長年の使用による古さを感じますが、建物自体も古そうなので想定範囲内です。スタッフの方は必要最低限の接客という感じです。朝食付きなのがよかったです。

Das Hotel ist leider schon sehr abgewirtschaftet.Die Fenster sind undicht und haben kaum noch Lärmschutz.Die Einrichtung hat viele Gebrauchsspuren.Die Dusche ist wegen defekten Duschschlauch und Duschkopf fast unbrauchbar. Das Umfeld des Hotels unmöglich. Lärm Tag und Nachts(2x Polizeieinsatz in der Nacht wegen Ruhestörung) Deshalb die wenigen Sterne Schade

Hotel an sich nicht schlecht. Aber könnte sauberer sein, Handtücher haben stark nach Chemikalien gerochen, unter Dusche waren Haare zu finden, die Decken waren auch nicht wirklich sauber.

In dieser Preiskategorie ein wirklich gutes Hotel in der Bahnhofsumgebung. Freundlich, sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Zimmer ist klein, aber wer auf der Durchreise ist, und dicht beim Bahnhof nur ein Hotel für eine Nacht braucht, ist hier richtig.

Et lille og slidt hotel. Søde receptionister og ok morgenmad. Placeringen er super god hvis det er vigtigt at ligger ved hovedbanegården. Værelserne er meget små.

Et lille værelse 10-12 m2 med 2 enkelt senge. Pænt, moderne og nyistandsat. Toilet og vaskekumme for sig og brusebad i "skab". Men det hele fungerede. Dog lidt svært at komme ind på toiletten, da skydedøren gik lidt trægt. En del larm fra gaden - både dat og NAT!

Er lidt uretfærdigt at give stedet en dårlig vurdering. Men det ligger et sketchy sted så man ikke har lyst til at gå udenfor efter 20:00 og værelset var ekstremt lille og nedslidt og lignede noget fra halvfjerdserne. Andre anmeldelser sagde at morgenmaden var skøn. Men den var altså ikke noget særligt. Men meget venligt personale og stedet gør sig jo heller ikke bedre end det er. Vil dog kun overnatte igen hvis jeg ikke kunne finde andet. Men hvis man bare vil have en seng et bad og morgenmad er det et fint sted.

Rummet luktade rök och när vi försökte vädra luktade det braj istället från gatan. Ett väldans liv utanför. Pga allergi fick vi även andingsbesvär pga. Röken som var ingrodd i väggarna.

Good points- staff was friendly and it is very close to the main train station. Bad points - no air conditioning. Very old building with rules about when elevator turns off, etc, Musty smell. Breakfast had the smallest, most limited selection I have ever seen. People were screaming on the street at all hours.

Er lidt uretfærdigt at give stedet en dårlig vurdering. Men det ligger et sketchy sted så man ikke har lyst til at gå udenfor efter 20:00 og værelset var ekstremt lille og nedslidt og lignede noget fra halvfjerdserne. Andre anmeldelser sagde at morgenmaden var skøn. Men den var altså ikke noget særligt. Men meget venligt personale og stedet gør sig jo heller ikke bedre end det er. Vil dog kun overnatte igen hvis jeg ikke kunne finde andet. Men hvis man bare vil have en seng et bad og morgenmad er det et fint sted.
