Pros - Very friendly, clean and well maintained. The size of the room was nice as well as the mini fridge and microwave. Great pressure in the shower and the shampoo/body wash provided was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast, pool and exercise area. Cons - Only 6 handicap parking spots for the entire hotel. These filled up very quickly and most of the time we had to park a fair distance away which was challenging for someone who walks with difficulty. Lighting overall but especially in the bathroom. The shower/sink combo was way too dim. A back lit mirror over the sink was the only lighting outside of an overhead light in the shower. It was very difficult to see when using the vanity. I found myself needing to use the flashlight on my phone. This was really my biggest complaint. Better lighting is a must! Overall a very good experience and we would stay there again.

Cleaned room every other day. Took 3 days to get shower door fixed so it would close and not leak on floor. Lighting poor in bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and food prep people were very friendly and attentive. Day clerk was excellent and caring. Night clerk not so good.

We had a lovely 2-day stay. Everyone was friendly and attentive. All our needs were met and I was able to do a load of laundry, which was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast had great offerings and Heather, the food service attendant was so warm, attentive and wonderful. My only less positive feedback was the condition of the room—the bathtub had visible rust stains throughout, the lighting in that bathroom was way too dim, and there were a good amount of ants in the toilet room sink area. I only mention this with hopes that their rooms can match their amazing customer service and align with Marriott standards. I understand this was their last available room during busy Spring break, however all rooms should maintain equal high standards for the price. Upon mentioning it to the front desk, they gave me a slight discount, which was fair. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I was pleasantly surprised how large the room was and it was very clean. Great location central to everything in the area. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning with a great selection. It was definitely the best option for the price.

The building is surrounded by trees and brush. Very nice. Our 1st room was wet near the A/C unit, and smelled very musty, moldy. We asked and were given another room and it also ended up smelling weird. Very uncomfortable, limited seating. "Not a suite," as advertised.

The hotel looked nice until we got into our room and the couch had gross white stains. We asked to move to another room. The front desk lady couldn’t be bothered but did change our room. The second room still had stains on the couch so we asked for an extra sheet to put on it.

Excellent property! Room was large enough for the 5 adults. There are two bathrooms in the room (one with toilet, the other with shower). Breakfast was great (coffee, juices, yogurts, granola, cereals, hot items (varies daily: eggs, bacon, croissants with eggs etc) - Heather was very friendly. The grounds around the building are lovely and there's a grocery-store very close by. Would definitely stay here again (and the price was fantastic).

The positive was that the room was a nice size and we were comfortable. The negatives were that the rooms showed wear and tear, the pillows were way too soft and very uncomfortable, and the round mirror in the shower room was extremely dim. We asked the front desk eBay was the secret to turning the light up and were told that everyone complains about them but there is no way to turn them up any brighter.

The air conditioning unit leaked causing cold wet carpet. The issue was reported to staff 2 times. Only when housekeeping reported the issue was a blower placed in the room to dry the carpet. Staff then forgot about the blower unit and did not remove it until I requested. The bathtub was an obvious replacement unit tub that was too small to safely place your feet to shower. The toaster at breakfast would not even toast a bagel. Disappointing stay.

A group of us stayed there for a soccer tournament. The rooms were spacious enough for families. The complimentary breakfast food was good. The front staff ladies were so friendly, they helped us print off team rosters, twice. It was 10 min from the soccer field!
