Thought pool was heated. It was not. Our room was not ready when we arrived after 4 pm. Breakfast ran out of food. Did re stock, but took over 1/2 an hour. Think maybe they were understaffed.

Everything was Great, breakfast are amazing! Beds comfortable. We had a suite and it was huge like we wanted! Only complaint need more carts to haul things to and from room. The front desk said only had 4 and people would hide them in their rooms.

One of the only two elevators was broken the entire time. On our floor, people were leaving lots of trash in the hallways outside of their rooms. Water pressure in shower was awful.

Make sure ur room is clean. The toilet was dirty with poop, I have to talk with the front desk they day of my check in. She have a horrible costumer service. I will not pick this hotel again at all.

We stayed in the single queen bedroom. The room was perfectly clean and tidy on arrival. The hotel itself was close to the beach along with all the surrounding areas we wanted to see. 5 star stay.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. They must have a great housekeeping staff. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast area was meticulously clean! Best breakfast area I have experienced at a hotel -- there was no batter spillage at the waffle station, the waffle makers were clean, the toppings were neatly arranged a tidy. We loved that beach access was just a 4 minute drive and there was free parking at the beach access. So, it was very convenient to drive a short distance, park, walk down to the beach, then get right back in the car when we were finished. We loved staying here and will do so again next time in PCB.

Its a shame that such a beautiful hotel is going down due to lack of maintenance. The cleaning is awful. The tub was clogged with hairs and dirty, wall paper in bathroom were stained, there was hairs underneath toilet. Landscaping,specially in the back is ruined by no maintenance. No grass pure dirt and weeds. Other than that the people were friendly, beds comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. Interior design amazing, but again it needs touch ups on all walls and furniture.

The staff treated me as though they were giving me something because I booked via Expedia. I am a Hilton Honors member, I usually make it a point to stay at Hilton brand hotels because the service is usually top notch. This time was not the case. I was initially told by the front desk that “you likely received a huge discount at our property by booking through a third party, therefore you cannot add this visit to your Hilton Honors account”. This turned out to not be true. Afterwards I received very little to no service. I had to walk to the front desk every time something in the room required replenishment. Even after housekeeping supposedly serviced the room. Towels, soap, toilet paper… you name it, I had to go and get it. I’m ver disappointed in this experience.

Panama Beach Parkway still under construction with concrete barriers and barrels all over. So traffic, even in winter, was a bit tricky. But hotel is close to restaurants. and shopping, also Pier Park close by. Staff at hotel was very friendly and rooms needed a bit of updating, but were clean. Breakfast was ok and there was ample choices and food bars kept well replenished. I will stay there again on my mine t visit to Panama City. Just hope construction could get finished.

The staff was amazing! The room was huge and hadcomfortable beds. Three draw backs were there was only one trash can, the beds were a little too high for us but we made it work and finally the carpet was stained in a few spots.

When we walked in to check in . Gave them my last name they tild us that they are over booked that they wanted to reach me but they couldn't. Cuz i asked them y didnt u let me know rite away i would start looking for something else. So we left went to a hotel less then 2 miles down the road. Booked a room and as soon as we left front desk. Hampto in calls ne and tells me that thay are sorry yes they have room. This is the worse experience i ever had with booking a room. I told them we already checked in somewhere else.

We had booked a King bed accessible what we got was a double room and was told sorry we overbooked . then they double billed us for the room which is another matter to fix when I asked the lady about the charges was pretty much told not my problem !

Whenever I stay at a Hampton Inn I'm never disappointed. Excellent service, comfortable rooms that are reasonably priced. Plenty of parking, good breakfasts, accessible to the beach, dining, and attractions. The description on Hotels.com has Pier Park area, but it is actually 2 or 3 miles from Pier Park. There is another Hampton Inn that is closer to Pier Park than this one. We had to drive just about everywhere we went from this hotel. Would have liked if it had been in walking distance for more things.
