After a long road trip this was a great place to land for a break for the night with my dog. They are a pet friendly hotel and they even have a list of local amenities for your pets, including emergency veterinary services. I will definitely plan to stay here again. The staff was super friendly

This Hampton Inn was excellent. It was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool area was also in great shape and well kept. Super close and convenient to the Point Pleasant area. The breakfast was very good and it changed day today which was nice. The only minor issue we had was our keys kept deactivating, even the digital key on the app, but it was just a minor inconvenience. Everything else was fantastic.

I gave a 3 because of the amount of hair in the pool was a bit excessive and we had to personally clean it out because it didn’t look like anyone had. Otherwise very enjoyable stay! We will be using this location again!

This hotel is the cleanest and best maintained Hilton property I have ever stayed in. You could have performed surgery in the bathroom, it was that clean. Hot breakfast was wonderful and fresh with great variety. The breakfast staff is extremely attentive!! There are two of them and the moment anything is even half left, they are immediately refilling it. They are constantly cleaning and straightening the breakfast food self-service line. Front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance are amazingly attentive to customers needs. I live in a hotel room probably 250 days out of the year as my job requires travel, and this is the most comfortable and well maintained Hampton hotel I have ever stayed in. Not sure where the customer complaining about their bed was sleeping, but I slept comfortably well. Very supportive inner coil mattresses. I highly recommend this Hampton Hotel - and they have definitely earned their 9+ rating.

The two entrance/exits to the parking lot from the road were very narrow and bumpy. The walls were paper thin, you could hear the people on either side of you and above you. The mattress was like sleeping on the floor. Overall I think that the place is suitable for those that need a place to crash, but wouldn't recommend for a vacation stay.

Front desk personbel were super. They were friendly and efficient. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. On the minus side, the riim was a little small. Typical breakfast menu. The breakfast room was clean and comfortable.

One star for shady business practices. Plans were dependent on some if-then scenarios but I had checked prices on this and other hotels in the area. Not many to choose from and other places allowed smoking so I preferred this Hampton even though earlier in the week it was around $50 more than others, but I didn’t book in case plans changed. By the time I had to have a place to stay, this Hampton had increased their price to more than double what it was earlier in the week! Talk about price gouging! I guess it’s what the market will bear, but I think it’s a pretty rotten way to do business. Won’t be staying at a Hampton again if I can help it. The place itself was nice, staff was nice, room was nice although walls seemed a bit thin and noise was easily heard. Breakfast was a bit below average for hotel breakfast but edible. Would stay again if I wasn’t bitter about the pricing - almost $300 for one night!

Directions from our online receipt took us 15 minutes away from the hotel! Room was not ready along with 4 or 5 others that I heard checking in at the same time. Check in was 3 and it was already 4. Asked when it would be ready and they had no idea??? Other than that the stay was great. Good breakfast

We chose this Hampton Inn which was part of 5 night trip with stays in other Hampton Inn hotels based on its reputation for quality and service, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. From the moment we checked in, our stay was disrupted by excessive noise. A dog across the hall began whining when its owner was gone and later barked persistently until he returned. Adding to this, a family with children was placed directly above our room. The children ran and jumped for at least 30 minutes around 11 p.m., disturbing the peace we had hoped for after a long day of travel. The commotion resumed early the next morning around 6:00 a.m., well before we were up. Additionally, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance from the front desk staff when we asked for help tuning into the NFL football game that evening. I have to give them credit though for following up to settle down the family above us within 30 minutes, but I don't understand why when they would even put them directly above us when the hotel wasn't full and our profile should have indicated we prefer a higher floor. Despite our efforts to resolve these issues with your team, we were told the manager wasn’t available, and although I requested a follow-up call to discuss our concerns, I never received one.

When we arrived, the water to the hotel was shut off. The staff explained the city was working on a water main break down the road. They were offering water bottles for guests in the meantime. This was no fault of the hotel and they handled it well. Great quiet stay! Very convenient if you want to drive down the road and visit the Mothman Museum. 10/10

Nice stay! Clean and pleasant room and bathroom. Great breakfast - omelette, yogurt, fancy toppings for waffles, etc. They even had to go breakfast bags if you were in a hurry. Pool area looked clean although we were too tired to swim. Nice smelling toiletries in bathroom. Only downsize was the mattress on the bed was extremely firm for our taste. But that’s just my taste. Still highly recommend.
