Every single staff member was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was acceptable but I was disappointed that there was no "hot food item rotation" as advertised. Waffle was good and The breakfast attendant extra fun to talk to! The only sub par aspect: pool/fitness area was most of the reason behind picking this particular hotel but the hot tub was mediocre at best, as in, not hot at all, and the hours for guests to use the facilities don\'t start til noon (forget your morning workout). Overall, for the brand, expectations were met.

The blankets were a little torn up and the front door to the lobby had a bell that we could hear from our room every single time someone opened it. The pool was kind of murkey and the fact that doesn't open until after checkout was frustrating because we couldnt use it before we left when we paid for that service.

Our 3rd visit to this hotel. Clerk trying but check in got complicated. Jeff from hotels.com was terrific in getting us in and working to sort out the problem that was the hang up at the hotel. Room was good, hot tub was working, restaurant next door great.

The hotel does need updating. Next time we will change rooms if we are by the laundry room. People slamming the washer door and dryer door all the time. It would wake us up, it was so loud. The hot tube was kinda gross and was only luke warm. I stay maybe 5 minutes and got out. Other than those couple of things, it was a fine stay. Beds were clean and bug free and we were able to get towels and extra blankets when we asked.

The rooms had bugs - cockroaches and "water" bugs. The bathroom in the double bed rooms was extremely small and difficult to move around in. The continental breakfast was limited and we were thankful the hotel sat close to a Bob Evans. The linens and bedding was clean and we appreciated that aspect.

I was awaken at 3:00am to my body covered in bed bug bites. I immediately checked out and continued my 6 hour drive to North Carolina. Will never stay here again. I may also add I didn’t see the blood on the pillow case until I was looking for the bed bugs. It is not my blood.

Pretty run down where the carpet always feels damp and turns feet and socks black. Bathroom was very small making it difficult to close the door. Breakfast was lacking and they even decided not to have the waffle makers available that morning.

We did not stay!! Booked a room in advance, checked in and when we did our bed checks ( luckily we do those) we found a bed bug in the bed. They did move us to a new room and were very nice about it. But we were not comfortable staying somewhere eith bed bugs. Got refunded and left.

Everyone here was incredible polite and helpful. They had a wine-key that they let us borrow, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only big complaint I had, which is more of a warning for future guests, is IF YOURE A LIGHT SLEEPER EITHER DONT STAY HERE OR STAY IN A ROOM OPPOSITE THE EXPRESSWAY. Everyone in my family slept well, but this place is directly next to the highway and it’s very loud. I did not sleep well at all.

the room was clean and spacious however they gave the end of hall room next to the bridge and it sounded as if every vehicle crossing the bridge came through the room, No sleep with that level of noise and possibly the worst room I have ever stayed in as far as noise is concerned. Breakfast attendant was nice but not much as for variety

From the time we arrived to the time we left every person we came in contact with was pleasant and professional. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was wonderful, an employee made our waffles and even offered to add fresh blueberries. I will definitely stay here again.

Our home burnt down and we stayed here for 8 days on the red cross's dime. They made it worth while, the housekeepers always made sure our room was clean, we had what we needed and that we were well taken care of. The women at the front desk were just as helpful, kind, and phenomenal. Continental breakfast just put the icing on the cake. A wonderful woman waiting to make you waffles or anything else you needed, she was a delight as well. I will recommend this hotel to any and everyone.

Staff was above and beyond courteous and took the extra mile to see to our needs.The only thing that I noticed is the noise level of the traffic, but that is only natural because of the location. Good Lord willing we will be back next year.We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you all so much!

My stay was good because the staff made it great, so nice and friendly, plus the cleaning ladies cleaned my room great everyday and even folded my extra blanket for me. The shiwer made a scream noise that killed my ears and i told the front desk and they sent maintenance up to replace the noisy shower head. The breakfast wasnt bad at all and that lady was super sweet. The bed was very uncomfortable to me, the tv was good and room was clean, but the staff made my stay a happy stay

Convenience to Mt Pleasant as well as so many other things around here to see! Didn’t know there was so much around; Pt Pleasant shops, Bob Evans Farm, hiking areas, events on the Ohio River. Beautiful scenery! Ohio is so pretty here!

Great location.. Bob evans restaurant next door.. Walmart 5 minutes away tops … silver bridge memorial and park with in 5 minutes of hotel… very quiet well maintained had a little problem with ants but that’s just nature after all the rain. No one’s fault

Our stay was very comfortable. Everyone’s very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give a five stars is because the breakfast was pretty skimpy. There is no meat or fruit served and there was margarine instead of butter. I’m used to butter so I wasn’t able to use the margarine because it did not taste very good to me. For what they said, they did keep it well stocked.
