Nice Kuerig coffee machine. TV's in every room. Very comfortable beds with lots of drawer space. Nice covered carport in rear, including space for extra car or two. Coded locks for easy access.

Yeah, great house that myself and daughters and their friend stayed in. Pictures do not do the house justice, and for being a two bedroom one bath, there was plenty of room. Love the bonus room, window seat, and that the TV was a great size. Great location and really appreciate the Keurig supply!

Came to Spokane for Spring break. Hillary and the Overlook Nook provided all the bells and whistles. Location, veiw, and a safe neighborhood/yard to have family time. My girls LOVED the secret room!! The beds were so comfortable. Even our Corgi was spoiled with goodies. We will be back. Thank you.

The overlook nook is so beautifully decorated and user friendly. The front room opens through the kitchen to the dining area very spacious… The front windows have that amazing views of downtown Spokane…. Day and night! The bedrooms beautifully decorated and spacious with tons of storage for your belongings. All beds were clean and very comfortable! The bathroom is situated with ease of access from either bedroom or the kitchen. Love the coffee bar!! There are ample TVs in the house … hubby was very happy…. Cute reading nook in the back of the house and a great kid spot in the upstairs room….. front and back yards well kept… great bbq and patio set in back and we used the rocking chairs on the front porch quite a bit in the mornings and evenings… love the fiesta lights on the front and back patio…parking spot in the back was perfect to keep my car shaded…. the host Hilary was amazing.. very responsive during our stay …. With any questions we had…. Very appreciated 😊❤️ Such a great place situated in my favorite part of Spokane in the Garland district…. We 💯 will be using again …. Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This property had everything we needed- plus. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The property has a view of the city which is great after sunset and it was in close proximity to everything! Lots of walkers in the mornings and evenings across the street, with pets in tow. We didn’t bring our dog this time but this home is very dog friendly, right down to a special blanket, towel, food and water bowls plus treats. The bedrooms are small but the beds are very comfortable and the rest of the floor plan is open. Upstairs is a teens/kids delight! A converted attic that any kid would love to hang out in the cooler months. Parking is in the alley behind the house, which is customary in the neighborhood. We felt very safe here. The host, Hillary was just outstanding! Great communication. Honestly, the home is perfect for us and we will definitely look to see if it’s available next time we are in town.

The hosts were extremely helpful / communicative, and clearly put a lot of thought into the experience they wanted us to have as guests. The home itself was spotless and felt more like a hotel in some way than a rental. Really and truly outstanding — all details were thoughtfully considered. I especially recommend this property for folks traveling with kids and pets as the back yard space was safe and inviting and very well maintained. Thanks!!.

This property was probably the best short term rental I've ever had. It was clean, beautiful decor, excellent location, quiet, great a/c, spacious, comfortable bedding and beds, fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen. Just a perfect home away from home. The owner was so nice and very responsive. I highly recommend if you are visiting Spokane!!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a long weekend. The home is immaculately clean and very cozy. The beds and couches are comfortable and the house nicely decorated. It's located within about 10 minutes or less to everything you might want or need. I needed to contact the host with a question about how to set the heating system and she got back to me immediately. I highly recommend staying here!

We were in Spokane for a night with our 2 dogs. It was a super clean, well taken care of rental with many amenities that make it feel like home (e.g., washer/dryer, coffee machine, backyard). Only thing is if you do have dogs, the location isn't ideal for walking dogs, as there aren't many sidewalks around neighborhood. It is better to play with them in the backyard or drive to a hike (definitely not a dealbreaker, though!). If you are looking for a spot to stay in Spokane, definitely worth your time/money!

Have stayed here multiple times. The home is alway very clean and organized. Very comfortable homey feeling. Theres alway filtered water in frig ready to drink. Beds are nice and comfortable. Hilary is always quick to answer any question we have. Love love love this home.

Seriously one of the best stays! The owners are so responsive and really want you to enjoy their home! The house is beautiful with so many awesome touches. The home is clean and neat and cozy and comfortable. The owners don’t try to make you nervous like some others do. A perfect view of the city from all windows at the front of the house! Do yourself a favor and stay here!We will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the best! The kitchen is well stocked, the bed was very comfortable and the location is great. Host, Hilary, was readily available to answer any questions we had. Our dog loved sitting on the back steps enjoying the sun. We highly recommend this home.

Excellent experience from start to finish. They say beauty is in the details and this place hit every detail. Cute, clean, and well appointed. It had something for everyone in our family. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a long weekend. The home is immaculately clean and very cozy. The beds and couches are comfortable and the house nicely decorated. It's located within about 10 minutes or less to everything you might want or need. I needed to contact the host with a question about how to set the heating system and she got back to me immediately. I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great, the host has everything you would need. My kiddo loved the upstairs. The host communicates about everything and personally I thought it was a little overbearing but some may like the daily communications.

Have stayed here multiple times. The home is alway very clean and organized. Very comfortable homey feeling. Theres alway filtered water in frig ready to drink. Beds are nice and comfortable. Hilary is always quick to answer any question we have. Love love love this home.

Perfect house as family spent some time with my son watching Gonzaga baseball for the weekend. Close to the campus and great neighborhood. House was spotless clean and perfect for 2-4 people. Hilary was outstanding and accommodating on the day of check in. I will be looking for this houses availability every time I visit Gonzaga

This property had everything we needed- plus. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The property has a view of the city which is great after sunset and it was in close proximity to everything! Lots of walkers in the mornings and evenings across the street, with pets in tow. We didn’t bring our dog this time but this home is very dog friendly, right down to a special blanket, towel, food and water bowls plus treats. The bedrooms are small but the beds are very comfortable and the rest of the floor plan is open. Upstairs is a teens/kids delight! A converted attic that any kid would love to hang out in the cooler months. Parking is in the alley behind the house, which is customary in the neighborhood. We felt very safe here. The host, Hillary was just outstanding! Great communication. Honestly, the home is perfect for us and we will definitely look to see if it’s available next time we are in town.

We were in Spokane for a night with our 2 dogs. It was a super clean, well taken care of rental with many amenities that make it feel like home (e.g., washer/dryer, coffee machine, backyard). Only thing is if you do have dogs, the location isn't ideal for walking dogs, as there aren't many sidewalks around neighborhood. It is better to play with them in the backyard or drive to a hike (definitely not a dealbreaker, though!). If you are looking for a spot to stay in Spokane, definitely worth your time/money!

Beautiful, well-appointed, dog friendly home in a great location within walking distance of Garland St restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the nice backyard patio and BBQ and our dog loved having a safe place to run around and play. I’m sure we will be back!

The Overlook Nook is a charming and inviting place to stay. Although our trip wasn’t for pleasure, coming “home” each day was relaxing and a much-needed respite after a trying couple of days. The cottage is beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make for a lovely stay. It was also absolutely immaculate.
