Location good, 10 minutes walk to harbour and shops. Beds really comfortable, remember to take phone charge adapter as well as lead. More thought into room layout needed with regards to mirrors and sockets etc. breakfast decent enough. Parking £20 per day and is gated and secure but not many spaces so you need to prebook.

Not the standard I’d expect from Radisson. Was hoping to use the hotel’s car park but was told on arrival that it was full. Only 20 spaces and pre-booking was required. No info about pre-booking was given at any point before arrival. The bathroom was pretty gross. I had to clean it myself on check-in. The floor in particular looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. Once we’d found a car park, checked in and cleaned the bathroom, the rest of the stay was ok. Comfortable beds, fairly average standard though. Will choose a different hotel next time.

Pretty average to be honest. Major issue is that 2 out of 3 lifts out of action for >48 hrs so meant long delays to be up and down from rooms. This is really not acceptable for a hotel that charges> £150/ night. Won’t be stating again based on this mainly as this is clearly a cost saving decision rather than one that supports guests.

Had a great stay with friends visiting from Ireland, room was spacious and comfortable. Only issue was the parking, had emailed hotel for directions to underground parking but didn’t receive reply. I ended up going down streets that were bus/ taxi routes only. So expecting a fine.

The hotel was lovely, the room was big and comfy. It was a little noisy late at night but it was in a busy area. Our only issue was that the hotel charged us twice for our stay. We had paid via expedia , when we checked in we were charged again - i thought that i was paying for parking but when i checked i realised that i had been billed for the whole stay. When i explained to the receptionist it was sorted out, but it shouldn't have happened and I was told that I was not the first person that this has happened to. NB- the car park is tiny and very tight, I do not recommend this to anyone, unless you are very brave.

Very limited parking and if you don't get in the option is an NCP carpark down the road which is very expensive. 2 lifts that seem to ignore direction arrows. Ended up on the 13th floor several times trying to get to ground. On the plus side, comfy bed, soft pillows and good location

I expected a little more from this brand. The room was 'fine' and had the basics, i.e., a bed, but the lack of USB sockets (as a single example) made me feel like it was well past a refresh. Only two lifts for a building of that size made the wait longer than it should have been at peak times. The car park was the reason I chose it. I only found out when I went to check in that you can reserve if you book directly. When booking via the hotel dot com site this option isn't presented - at least I didn't spot anything when making the res. As it turns out, they had space - so I got lucky. The car park isn't amazing - very cramped - I would avoid it if you've had a big car. The stay was fine, but when I look to stay in Bristol next time, I'll find another option.

The room was lovely, the bathroom excellent and everything clean and in good condition. The check in staff were efficient . We were not warned that the front of the hotel was a bus lane when we booked the car park or instructed to go to the rear of the hotel to find it. Consequently we now have a fine for driving in a bus lane. The hotel needs to warn visitors about this. We will not visit Bristol again. We are looking forward to breakfast and our stay in the radisson in Cardiff tonight.

Overpriced for the quality provided. The room had a glass shower panel that had come loose due to being poorly secured by a strip of sealant. Very minor issue—A door in the hallway had a poorly adjusted door closer so that the door flung open too quickly when pushed upon. Biggest problem is parking. Do not visit this hotel if you are traveling by car. The parking lot the use is (they say) a seven minute walk away. But because the city center is closed to motorized traffic and that city center lies between you and the hotel, it’s about a fifteen minute drive. If you have to drop off bags you will spend at least a half hour extra driving to pick up and drop off your bags. Plus the 14 minutes of walking.

1) only 1person on reception at Saturday lunchtime 2) bar staff couldn’t use the POS system to pay for our drinks and as she was very new and only just out of training whatever IT issues were the route of the problem she couldn’t resolve it. 3) Room condition was poor with a bare tv on the wall with no cabinetry around it. One of the bedside lamps was clearly damaged but not replaced. The bathroom door had previously been repeatedly soaked and the veneer was broken and peeling off. Finally there was a footprint on the bathroom floor, which wasn’t one of ours, so cleaning was probably inadequate.

The communal areas were very well presented and had a lovely atmosphere. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean but quite run down with stains on carpets and walls and the room was not soundproofed from outside noise as advertised.

This hotel was not the same standard as other radison blu hotels I have stayed at previously. For some reason 2 unopened condoms were left on the window ledge next too a dirty tissue! Also my duvet cover had a hole in the middle of it! Slept okay and bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Good location for harbourside and theatre across the road. The receptionists were helpful as our room was not ready as we arrived before 3pm but they took our luggage to safely store. Just feel let down by the cleanliness of the room 307 I would say the cleaner needs to pay a little more attention.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a room on the 12th floor, it was spacious with a good view. Amazing staff, friendly, efficient and so helpful. We have no complaints. We didn't use the public areas so we can't really comment on those... Just that the reception staff were great.

Tired looking hotel. Old carpets, sticky floor. Complained about there being a tray of old room service lying in a corridor and it remained there for 4 nights. Keycards failed 4-5 times during my week long stay.

This hotel really lets the Radisson Brand down. Check in was difficult and the room was not only shabby, but filthy. There was a Large dirty crack across the width of the bathroom sink which indicates it had been there for some time. Brown stains all over the curtains which were hanging off and didn’t block out the light. Mould in the mini fridge. Huge chunks of plaster missing by the skirting board. The seal on the shower was gone so the floor flooded when the shower was used. Most desk surfaces were deeply scratched and had gouges or holes in them and the carpet had a horrid brown or burn stain on it. Appalling for a premium harbour view room. We won’t stay with Radisson again!!

Great location, the best location for us as it’s near to Wapping Wharf for restaurants etc. room was large, we had a corner room with dual aspect windows looking out onto Harbourside. The furniture in the room was a bit old and tired but apart from that all fine.

It had a lovely view of the harbour. Sadly we were a little disappointed that it did not have USB ports. The TV did not work. The room except the bathroom was a little dated compared to downstairs as well. There was no information in the room to give WIFI and what is around the hotel etc which was a shame. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Last minute booking at 0530 when I realised I hadn’t booked any accomm in Bristol! Great value at £116 room only and just £11 more than the premier inn which ordinarily in London we would use. Fabulous location near the harbour and bars plus a couple of minutes walk to the airport bus stop (15 euros per head return used within a 4 week period I believe). Great soundproofed rooms, spacious and comfortable. The view from the 15 th floor was amazing and we were kindly given this when the blonde lady on reception realised it was a special visit for our wedding anniversary. We definitely will use the hotel again and this was because of our stay. We didn’t have breakfast as we had a lido swim and dine booking but will try it next time.

Central location, easy and quick check in. Room was not nice! Carpets stained, bathroom door damaged and rotting, furniture in the room reminded me of university student accommodation. For the price, I expected a better quality. However, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were crisp and clean.

For the cost of the stay, would have expected more. Basic room with large tv. Two of us staying but only 2 milks, 2 sugars, 2 coffees and a couple of different teas.. Electrical sockets only by desk so awkward to do hair styling.

Check in was slow. Concierge did not code the room key properly, meaning i had to come back down to get it recoded... only to get a lecture about keeping the room key away from my phone (which at no point was it near them). I travel all over the world with work, mistakes happen but own them and don't pass your BS onto your customers

I did have trouble getting through to the hotel by telephone before our arrival which took hours but eventually someone answered and was able to answer my query. The rooms were a very good size. We were a family and had 2 rooms next to each other with an inter-linking door which was perfect. Staff were friendly and very good service.

Wonderful reception team who welcomed my daughter and myself, wishing her a happy birthday. We were upgraded to a superior city view room which was really lovely. Soft, comfortable beds, super clean, great view. We loved it! Breakfast was great, a lovely room, food was really nice and lots of choice. Just one niggle - we went to the theatre (the most convenient hotel as it’s just across the road) and when we came back there were some drunk people coming in to the hotel off the street to use the toilets. It occurred to me then that it would be good to have to use the key card to open doors through to the rooms / lifts, as currently anyone can go up. I was travelling as a single mum with my child so probably more concerned with safety than most!

Check in was really poor, check in desk staff took ages trying to work out how to check in a guest booking via Expedia. They talked through the whole process of their confusion which is really unprofessional. Not to mention I was on crutches and they kept me standing the whole time. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. General cleanliness was good and the hotel quiet.

They cancelled my room without even bothering to give me a call. Arrived at 12:30am and turned me away. Shocking service . They couldn’t even check it they had any spare rooms.

The hotel was ok and in a good location but the service was terrible. They were understaffed and uncontactable on the drive up. We had to queue for check-in for an uncomfortable period of time. The room was dated and not what I'd expect of a Radisson Blu. Breakfast was disappointing at most.

That chap behind the reception was exemplary in customer service 10/10 he was working sat 21st. He was friendly and when I mentioned it was a birthday celebration he upgraded our room to a lovely corner room it was beautiful. Will definitely be returning.

Last minute booking at 0530 when I realised I hadn’t booked any accomm in Bristol! Great value at £116 room only and just £11 more than the premier inn which ordinarily in London we would use. Fabulous location near the harbour and bars plus a couple of minutes walk to the airport bus stop (15 euros per head return used within a 4 week period I believe). Great soundproofed rooms, spacious and comfortable. The view from the 15 th floor was amazing and we were kindly given this when the blonde lady on reception realised it was a special visit for our wedding anniversary. We definitely will use the hotel again and this was because of our stay. We didn’t have breakfast as we had a lido swim and dine booking but will try it next time.

Stayed here for bed & breakfast June. So enjoyed it we booked 3 nights this week. What a disappointment ☹️ The place looked like it had been robbed. Robbed of the fridge that was so useful in our room; the smiley welcome and the breakfast? How a hotel can go from one of the best breakfasts to one of the very worst baffles me. Still a fairly expensive option. We visited the breakfast 3 times at different times. The disappointment was quite even. No staff at hand. Blocks of marg, not butter. Plates, cold. Scrambled eggs, cold and congealed. Fried eggs -nowhere to be seen. Bacon welded together, cold and looked like it had been cooked the day before. Mushrooms and tomatoes, stone cold. Sausages; were very pale and cold. Hash browns ok. Fruit and continental options, looked sad and ham and cjeese curled. total choice of fruits = 2. Cornflakes stale, no bowls available. Coffee machine had three options crossed out and the bottle of milk had a day old crust on it. Im not going to go on, just to say this was not the same estblishment as i visited in June. Very sad.

Great check in as we were given an upgrade and a drinks voucher. The one and only issue was that the scrambled ages at breakfast had a very fishy taste so we left them. I meant to mention it to staff but they were busy with customers and we had to leave early to beat traffic.

Dreadful with no service at lunch. Arrived at noon too early to check in with no lunchtime service. Not even a cup of tea. Had to ask to use the toilet as it was locked. Worse than a motel and charged £155 for the night.

I arrived earlier than 15.00 and was give my room straight away as it saved wheeling my case around Bristol. The rooms are a little tired but quite comfortable. The cleaning was minimal, my dirty mug was not replaced or washed. Tea bags and milk were not replenished however they were available from reception. The water in the shower was luke warm at best. Little information about the hotel or the area was available in the room, whether this is still as a result of Covid restriction I am not sure.
