I selected this hotel because of available exercise area and breakfast. The exercise room is closed. And breakfast is preorder for a precise time. What if I oversleep? It will be cold. What if I am hungrier than I realized since I had no dinner because I am off the plane. With weather delays, I got here after 11pm. But I can’t exercise so maybe they want me not to eat. However, the desk clerk was as gracious as she could be.

We booked a King bed room- upon arriving we were suprised to get a room with two queen beds instead of one king. We talked to the front desk who told us they were all sold out of the kings. She didnt offer any assistance or apology. She also didnt mention that when we checked in, just gave us a key and sent us on our way. That was upsetting. We didnt receive the room that we reserved, and there was no attempt to even explain it or apologize for the inconvenience. The restaurant, bar, and indoor pool were all under renovation- something we were unaware about upon booking and was not informed of upon check in. We didnt even get directions to the elevator or our room when we checked in. Fortunately we found our way. The elevators were very dirty and looked like a bird pooped in it. Also the television guide didnt match the channels numbers so navigating that was a disaster. At least we could screen mirror from my phone and use our netflix for entertainment. In summary- We didnt get the right room We werent greeted/treated in a friendly manner We didnt have access to the amnenities that attracted us to this hotel (restaurant/bar/pool) And had to tiptoe in the elevator to avoid what looked like bird poop. Overall a very negative experience and we wont be visiting this hotel again

Not worth the price because it's under construction. Basically no amenities in the lobby area, because it doesn't exist. The restaurant that's touted is closed. There's no area to sit and work or have breakfast. etc... And the room we had was next to a utility room or something that was pretty noisy as early as 5 a.m. There's a Hampton Inn next door at the same price.

This property shows pictures of a swimming pool but it doesn't have one. I even called ahead to verify itand the person on the phone said yes we have an indoor pool. We came as a group of 9 it would have been nice. I feel like I spent too much money for the accommodations.

There is a construction company on the east side. They start early, 5am on a Monday morning! Best to get a room on the west side. Also, restaurant and bar closed on Sundays.

Parking can fill up fast, especially since we are told to park up front due to car break-ins if you park around back. Can be a tad loud around 4 AM if you get a room in the back since its right next to a heavy equipment facility. But overall it was a nice stay, tons of things to do around the city.

The Air conditioner made a lot of noise all night & made it hard to sleep. Everything else with the room was fine. When I walked to my car the next morning my car had been robbed with a camera on my car. Had to wait over an hour for an officer to fill out a report. Nothing has been found & they haven’t gotten anything from the cameras. Also another car was robbed the same night. Don’t stay here if you wanna be safe or not have to worry about your car while you sleep. My car was also in a clear view of the front desk.

The hotel had a welcoming staff at the reception and easy check-in. The room looked clean however i found hair on multiple towels and the countertop. It was a very loud hotel with poo isolation between the rooms and all the construction equipment at the back of the hotel.

I couldn’t sleep the first night because it’s hot outside and the AC wouldn’t stay on by design. But the second night I turned the fan setting on which lasted all night and I was able to sleep. Other than that, I’d go back. It wasn’t bad.

The gym facilities and service was good. But aside from the loud party goers at 3am which is difficult for the hotel to control, there seems to be a lack of soundproofing as we could clearly hear the couple next door talk, their TV, and their adult activities at 1 in the morning.

Very nice hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. Bathrooms were spacious and well lit. Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided.There was a Keurig and pods in the room. Beds were comfortable with pillows marked as soft or firm. Full breakfast. Restaurant and bar at night. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel. I did not see a pool

It was a really bad experience because I reserve and pay in advance for two rooms, and when I got there to location, it was no reservation made after half an hour of waiting they were able to find one room for me. employees had to run to the manager for every question that was asked. This place seemed to still be in construction mode. The money for each night was over sight and not worth the stay. until the construction is over under 100 a night would make this place worth it.

Holiday Inn has greatly improved many of its properties and this is one. There was dining room construction but they provided order forms for breakfast and delivered the selected meals your rooms. As always the beds were amazing. Propert can be difficult tonfind, though. Its easy to see from the expressway but hidden when you turn into the area. You will need to navigate around all of the other properties at the location to find the hotel. I gave this a 5 because it was the meast expensive in the area and exceeded expectations.

It was a great experience. The room was clean, and modern looking. It is next door to Cracker Barrel where we went for dinner. The hotel provided an excellent hot breakfast included even though they are renovating restaurant. They took our order the night before and gave us our to-go breakfast in the morning!!
