Location is unbeatable - literally 30 secs from the JR gate, a few minutes from too many shopping and dining spots. Love the walk in shower, very spacious. Even a massage chair is included. Room is small so pack light if you can. Washing machines could use some regular cleaning, fabric pieces and hair are visible on the door seals. Really slow elevators, only 2 reach the ground exit.

Staff was great. Room was clean and came with an added bonus, massage chair! Super great to have after long walks. Really helpful as well getting our luggage forwarded to our next hotel.

Super convenient. You're right on top of the Akihabara central exit. The bus loop for the airport bus is on the other side of the station, so also super convenient. Wifi is so-so. Laundry on site is okay, typical washer dryer sharp combo units that don't dry very well. There are 2 other laundromats in the area...but they're both at least a 12-15min walk...in opposite directions. Room is quite small...but hey, you're not booking this hotel to lounge in your room....right?

Having to use cards on the elevators is a hugeeee pain for delivery drivers and getting family members up and down with luggage... if that wasn't part of the hotels system i would stay here many more times.

Staff was very helpful. Liked the washer/drayer... that you could check the status of your load on the TV in your room. Very close proximity to Akihabara Station, about 50 steps from the front door. Very close to dozens of stores and shops, 24 hour Lawson and Family Mart.

Loved my stay here. It’s close to everything and very close to local transit. The staff are super polite and helpful. Great sized bathrooms and LOVED the massage chair! Smart TV allows for streaming & laundry feature shows when machines are available. Felt extremely safe here cuz you need a keycard to access the floors.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and I would definitely stay again. Some things of note however: - In the room I stayed in, the bathroom has a glass wall that allows full view of the rest of the room, which may be uncomfortable for some travelling in groups. I travelled alone so it did not affect me other than it seeming a bit quirky. Just keep your curtains closed and it won't be an issue. - There didn't seem to be any working ice machines during my stay. - The elevators are very mildly inconvenient due to the nature of the property. Of the 3 elevators, 1 elevator only serves the ground floor and hotel lobby, the 2nd serves every floor, and the third goes from the hotel lobby to all of the other suites. If you are in and out of the hotel a lot, it can feel a bit tedious waiting for the right elevator, but it's better than climbing stairs.

staff was excellent and amenities. the room was very small but it’s expected from japanese hotels. the carpets were stained and shower was rusty which made me feel uncomfortable in the shower so i think the shower tiles and carpet are due for an upgrade. Didn’t spent that much time in the hotel room so it was alright. The location and staff were the best part.

El personal fue muy amable y la ubicación es excelente. Nos gustó la pequeña silla masajeadora, ayudaba a descansar después de las largas caminatas. Lo que nos decepcionó fue la poca limpieza. Al llegar había un cúmulo de polvo arriba del televisor y debajo de la cama parecía que no habían limpiado en un buen tiempo. La habitación es muy pequeña para 2 personas; pero lo que más nos sorprendió, fue que desapareciera un talco que llevábamos, jamás nos había sucedido algo así, pensamos que tal vez saldría en alguna de las maletas, pero no.

Great spot if you want to stay close to the station and electric town. Room did smell a bit like cigarette smoke when we arrived despite booking a smoke free room. Room was very small but bedding and bathroom was clean.

Staff was friendly and great during check-in process. The issue was with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel room. There was black mold building up in various areas in the bathroom, stains on the linen, and grime on the massage chair. The elevators were extremely slow and inefficient, as the front lobby was located on the 6th floor. If you got lucky and jumped into the right elevator, you may be able to go directly to the 1st floor, otherwise, you'll catch yourself switching elevators at the 6th floor. Overall, location was great, however, the room quality and cleanliness was a huge disappointment.

駅近で便利でした。一つ気になったのがベッド近辺の清掃が不十分かなと…それ以外の箇所は綺麗で良かったです。

Okej rum, men morgonrockarna hade fläckar. Vi hittade också långa svarta hår lite här och där. Annars okej. Hyfsat bra läge och tyst. Ibland kunde man höra enstaka utrop från tågperrongerna men aldrig själva tågen.

Dirty, strong smoking odors, leftover hairs on the floor, mold and mildew around the shower curtain and chairs in the shower tub. Need major renovation. Good location but still many more hotels available around this hotel. I would not recommend to stay here

The floor in the shower room, there were several hair and the floor was red molded. During staying, the floor condition was same even they “cleaned” the room every day. No sign of vacuum the carpet. They supposed to clean the room between 10 am and 2 pm but when we came back the room almost 3 pm, they still didn’t finish it.

Room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Mattress was nice, water pressure was excellent, and the soundproofing of the room was phenomenal—considering that this location is right next to the station. The massage chair was definitely one of the highlights of coming back after a long day! Would definitely return to this hotel if I were to stay in the area again!

It's very small but nearly every inch is used efficiently. View was nice from the top floor. Internet was blazing fast, especially if you used the Ethernet cable they provided. Didn't throttle me at all as I uploaded a few hundred gigs of data from a recent project.

シャワールームがガラス張りで、客室側のロールカーテンを閉める形でしか、遮断することができない。そのロールカーテンも何故かしらドット状に穴が空いたデザインの生地なので、中がスケてプライバシーの配慮がない。 またシャワーが頭上に備え付けのものと、通常のものの2種類であったが、切替のハンドルがすごく不便であった。 左に回すと通常のものから、右に回すと頭上からそれぞれ水が出る仕様だが、シャワーを止めるのがその中間のため、ほんの少しでも右に回しすぎると頭上から冷たい水が降りかかってくる。配管が違うのか通常のシャワーでお湯を浴びてても、頭上から出てくるのは水なので、罰ゲームのようであった。 バストイレの扉に鍵がないこともプライバシーに欠けると思った。

We liked that it was super close to the shopping areas, close to the train station, and very quiet. The room is small but you get what you paid for. We were able to mange 2 large and 2 carry on luggage's. Overall, happy with the booking since we loved the location.

This hotel was in an excellent location right next to Akihabara Station. Rooms had all necessities BUT were minute! Nowhere to stow luggage. Nowhere to hang clothes. There was a completely empty wall which could have had lots of hanging hooks on it but no!

In-room Massage chair is a surprise.

Good location as it is so close to Akibahara station. Room is small as expected but clean. The half glass toilet wall with external roller blind design concept may not suitable for those guests who are not couple. There is a mini massage chair in the room.

The massage chair was smaller than I had expected, also due to the size of the room the massage chair could not recline without first moving it. Other than that, the room was clean and adequate.

房間非常小，兩個29吋前開行李箱都有點困難，但整潔不錯，床也很好睡，地理位置優越，樓下就地鐵站，還有無印及GU，星巴克及羅森，周邊也很多好逛好吃的！

Front desk staff was kind and helpful. This hotel is right next to Akihabara station and connected to the Tsukuba Express line by elevator. It's convenient, they speak English for foreigners, and the check in and check out process are painless. They also helped me fill out my Yamato slip for my next destination. Highly recommended!

Absolutely no complaints about the quality of the stay and the service whatsoever. The room was immaculate and you can place instruction stickers on the door in the morning to inform the cleaning staff if you wish for no cleaning or a more limited eco-friendly clean. The check-in service is excellent and the hotel’s staff members are always courteous, helpful and professional. My warm thanks to them for their work. My room offered a shower with a wide view of the nearby western-facing neighbourhood. So if anyone seeks a room on a higher floor and specifically fancies a sweeping view of Akihabara while having a shower (with a rain shower head), this is recommended! If not, there is a curtain, don’t worry. In terms of location, the hotel is hard to beat. It is right near the Akihabara station for quick and easy access to the JR lines. It is centrally located so everything Akihabara has to offer in terms of shops, restaurants, amenities and arcades is within easy walking distance - including the massive Yodobashi Akiba megastore. The massage chair in the room was also thoroughly enjoyable to use. It’s one of these things I never knew I wanted or needed to use until an opportunity presented itself. It’s no substitute for any real massage, but it’s a lovely way to help unwind in the room after a lot of hectic traveling.

Despite the great location the service when check-in wasn’t good as it turns out. Also f you change or cancel or reservation before 48 hrs you have to pay a daily rate as fee and there’s no good speaking English front desk personnel. The rooms are ok but the bathrooms were dirty with dirty glass shower doors and windows plus hair from previous guests and dirty tiles that needed a good scrub. The breakfast is a pre set meal so no buffet here, for me nothing special I prefer to eat somewhere else.

Fantastic location whether you love anime or otaku culture or not. It is literally above and next to the train station (Yamanote Line access), there is a taxi stand on the other side. There are multiple convenience stores, two Starbucks below, Yodabashi Camera, Uniqlo, and some fantastic restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance of the entrance. This place has a washer and dryer on site. And of course if you are an otaku, lots of arcades, merch. I would give the property rating 5 stars, but I don't like that one elevator only serves floor 6 and above, and the check in is on floor 6. All elevators will stop at 6 regardless, so it takes time to get used to. But rooms and comfortable, heating and AC, shower pressure is great, water is piping hot! Highly recommended.

remm Akihabara is a great hotel to stay at, and in very convenient place for traveling around the metropolitan Tokyo area. Since the hotel is next to JR Akihabara station, you can get almost anywhere in the city from there.

Love that the Remm Akihabara is literally 100 steps from Akihabara Train Station. The 24 hour Family Mart is about 40 Steps from front door. The Staff at Remm Akihabara are very courteous. The rooms are nice, the shower is great (lots of hot water). View is great from rooms on the front, and the back. The laundry service is nice, Washer/Dryer combo. and you can monitor the status of your washing on the TV set.

This property was right by the subway in Akihabara—super convenient. You can’t beat the location—you have access to anywhere in Tokyo right outside the property door. The room and bathroom were nicely sized for two people. We stayed in a twin room. The room was clean and quiet. I watched the trains coming and going from the window in the room and heard absolutely nothing. We had access to breakfast in a restaurant within the attached mall.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 10 giorni e non avremmo potuto essere più soddisfatti, considerando anche la posizione estremamente vantaggiosa che dá immediato accesso a tutti i principali mezzi di trasporto e a tutti i negozi e il divertimento che un quartiere come Akihabara può offrire. La camera dispone inoltre di tutti i confort (inclusa una fantastica poltrona massaggiante, utilissima dopo i tanti chilometri guadagnati nel corso della giornata). L’unica cosa che secondo me può essere migliorata è la colazione: viene infatti svolta in un cafè esterno all’hotel (ma accessibile comunque dall’interno dell’albergo), e non dispone di un buffet, ma viene chiesto all’entrata di scegliere tra le varie proposte. Di queste proposte, però, solo una è dolce (pancake), mentre tutte le altre sono salate. Essendo noi abituati a una colazione dolce, abbiamo dovuto mangiare per 10 giorni pancake, perciò ogni tanto abbiamo preferito andare allo starbucks immediatamente sotto l’hotel per cambiare un po’. A parte questo sono sicura che sceglierò nuovamente questo hotel per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Tokyo.

Real nice room, If I could change something coffee and pastries should be a free service, especially since they have a 7/11 next store and it's cheaper and have better pastries, so if I were them I would just make it free for customers.
