The. Hotel is nice , clean and the staff is friendly and are always polite and helpful. I didn’t like the disturbing sounds of disco unti late hours . The beds are comfortable and also the pillows . The bathroom is small but has everything needed for a week end stay. I missed a coffee machine ! The restaurant is very good and has lots of varieties to choose . The service was great . Overall a good experience.

Hotel was in a grrat area for shopping. Overall hotel was clean except for the jacuzzi. Not worth paying more for a jacuzzi room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cant really use the pool to relax as is part of the Bar area.

SERIOUS BED BUGS PROBLEM. I checked in the hotel on Friday and from the first night I noticed weird spots on my legs, I contacted the receptionist and showed the my legs they assured me it is not from them I then asked to change the room and it only got worst, I also heard other customers complaining about the same issue. THE HOTEL HAS A SERIOUS ISSUE WITH BED BUGS, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY YOU WOULD AVOID BOOKING HERE. THE BITES ARE SORE AND PAINFUL THE INSECTS BIT ME EVERYWHERE AND IT FEELS AND LOOKS HORRIBLE GRAVE PROBLEMA DE CHINCHES. Me registré en el hotel el viernes y desde la primera noche noté manchas extrañas en las piernas. Contacté con la recepcionista y le mostré las piernas; me aseguraron que no era culpa del hotel. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la situación empeoró. También escuché a otros clientes quejándose del mismo problema. EL HOTEL TIENE UN GRAVE PROBLEMA DE CHINCHES. I had originally book an executive suite. Upon entering I noticed several roaches roaming on the te ice bucket. Not a great 1st impression. I advise the front desk I was switched to another room which not update on the other side. While Rome was visibly not updated it looked cleaner than newly remodeled executive rooms. Front asked if I was ok with my room and said yes because I did not want to be inconvenienced further.

The property is very loud. The hallways in the 7th floor smelled like dirty water or old building smell. There was a puddle on the bathroom floor every time it rained. One of the bartenders wasn’t hospitable or perhaps he just didn’t like helping me. The cleaning staff was very friendly though. First time in the DR and the hotel experience really didn’t help things at all!

Conveniently located near a supermarket across the street, near lots of restaurants a short uber away. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The walls are paper thin, the doors have a large gap at the top so you can hear everything in the hallway. We received a noice complaint while we were just talking in our room late at night after we arrived, which we were really surprised by. I can't imagine anyone being comfortable doing other things as you can really hear every single thing that happens in the rooms as you walk by. This is quite comical as the hotel is called Work and Pleasure, literally neighboring a night club. The double beds were tiny, two people can not sleep comfortably in these double beds.

I booked a suite with a kitchenette and they placed me in a room without a kitchenette. When it was brought to the staff's attention, they said i didn't put in the notes that I wanted a kitchenette, even though that was in the description for the room that I booked. They did try to accommodate me but they finally found a room that I actually paid for but it was outdated, smelled and gave me a headache, stains on the wall and the carpet...it just looked unkept. They did move me to another updated room but it was not the one I paid for. Also, I had with me a service dog and provided them with the certification of him passing his training but they stated it was not acceptable. They stated that it has to be a certificate that can be scanned for them to search a registry. I did contact the ADA and there isn't such a registry. I only stayed there for one night because it was not the room I paid for and booked another hotel that provided better services and in a better area, the Sheraton. Expedia provided me with a discount because of the inconvenience.

Excelente atención brindada por todo el personal desde el momento que llegamos hasta nuestra salida del hotel. Nos facilitaron el check-in temprano etc. y fueron muy amables siempre. Nos gustó mucho la habitación deluxe, mucho espacio, muy cómoda y limpia. El desayuno fue de nuestro gusto. Volvería a quedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje a RD. Muy buena ubicación también. The rooftop is amazing, the breakfast food is pretty good, but there was a leak in my bathroom. It did get fixed pretty quickly though. My other complaint is for the room service. I asked for a simple burger. No cheese, well done (I’m lactose intolerant) the burger had tons of mozzarella cheese and it was bright pink in the middle. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast area is really pretty also. Overall, a good stay!!
