Well situated, helpful staff. The decor is a bit gloomy though.

Hotrllet ligger perfekt i forhold til det latinske kvarter, og vi fik et skønt stort værelse med 2 franske altaner👍 men faciliteterne var mangelfulde. Uinteressant morgenmads buffet - uden service. Dårlige plastik stole i morgenmads restauranten. Man måtte ikke hygge sig med vin eller andet alkohol i fællesområder da hotellet ikke har licens.

Check in yaparken normalde her otel öncesinde almasına rağmen normalde 2 pm olan girişimiz 3 pm olarak gerçekleşti. Asansör çalışmıyordu başka asansörler çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı da verilen kruvasanlar sıcak değildi. Minibara su sadece girdiğimiz de koymuşlardı günlük olarak yenilemediler. Otelin sadece konumu iyi.

El personal muy bien, hablan inglés. Pero que tenga que subir hasta el 5o piso y luego subir hasta el 6o por escaleras, mal. Luego, la habitación enana, y la mesa pequeñísima, mala distribución. El baño pequeñísimo, que no te puedes secar bien, y para hacer necesidades necesitas ponerte de lado. La zona bastante bien, metro cerca.

O hotel é bom, com ótima localização e bom café da manhã. Apenas o atendimento no balcão pode ser mais rápido e o elevador é muito antigo e demorado.

Fint hotel. Dog for få pladser ved morgenmaden, så der var kø. Vi fik et handicapværelse, hvilket vi ikke havde booket. Det syntes vi var mærkeligt og knap så romantisk.

Hotel was local to everything. Clean and sanitary. Was told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait around for an hour to check-in. States drinks can be purchased at the hotel, this was not the case.

There’s a really strong potpourri smell in the room. My husband has asthma and couldn’t breathe because of how strong it was. I asked the front desk for help and he said he would bring a fan but never came. The elevator stopped working no warning. We ended up leaving early.

The Hotel is in a great location - very close to the Cluny Museum and within walking distance of all the major sites. Although the room, and especially the bathroom, were tiny, everything was comfortable. If I had any complaint, it was that the elevator was unreliable. We took the stairs a lot.

Lobby was terrible! Old, antiquated, & Christmas Devore left behind from last year.. coffee machine in lobby but you couldn’t use it Not inviting at all No dressers in the rooms Bathroom needs a face lift Hotel is very clean

De ligging is top, goede verbindingen in de buurt, leuke wijk, veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes in buurt. Sfeerloze lobby en ontbijtruimte. Onze kamer stonk en was erg gehorig. Rioollucht in badkamer echt vies, geen afzuiging/ ventilatoe. Ook schimmel in de badkamer. Ons bed was een grote kuil. Waterkoker op de kamer, maar geen bekertjes, geen thee of koffie.

Ok för att vara city men skicket hade lite att önska, svartmögel i badrummet och badrumsdörren gick inte att stänga, otroligt dålig kvalitet på sängen. Trevlig personal och bra frukost.

The rooms were very clean, the only issues was in room 122 is the flooring by the bathroom is buckled. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Estava em dúvida pois procurei muitos hoteis. O bairro é muito bom e bem próximo do metro da Catedral de Notre Dame. Tem muitas opções de alimentação ao redor. A única coisa a desejar foi a limpeza do quarto que não trocou o lençol e não limpou o chão. Mas, ficaria novamente no hotel.

Well situated in terms of location - close to Notre Dame and the Seine - but hotel room was small and dank and dirty. Shower was broken, bathroom was gross. Never again. Pictures on website are absolutely photo shopped.

設備が壊れ、浴室に汚い水がかなりの量降ってきた。トイレやシャワールームもかなり汚れたが、スタッフは直すどころか清掃すらせず、写真だけ撮って帰った。翌日直せたか聞くと、なぜ別のスタッフに申し出なかったのかと言われた。

Place needs a lot of work. Shower door was broken, tile was old and moldie, the room and bathroom were very small, door was super loud.

The room had bed bugs and we complained and got denied a room change and anything to accommodate. We were travelling with a baby - ruined the trip. Don’t book.

Hotel was very clean; breakfast plentiful, but breakfast room rather small in busy times, sometimes requiring a wait. Single room size reasonable, bathroom tiny but functional. Room numbering rather strange. Staff could have been more welcoming! However overall a pleasant well situated hotel for a short stay.

The people were great. We had a room with twins. Pretty sure this hotel says they have AC but that consists of just a fan in the room. Problem was we were on the top Floor and heat rises and 85F days outside make that somewhat unbearable. Wouldn’t do that in the summer again.

Comfortable but very small toilet area

No aircon, but a fan was provided and we could sleep with the window wide open, so just about bearable in the heat. Our room was small, in the roof with a cute little terrace. The location is amazing - you can easily walk to Notre Dam and Louvre. Good restaurants and bars locally.

Wowwee… Person at the desk absolutely hates Americans or English-speaking guests. Elevators only work sometimes. WARNING: NO AIR CONDITIONING.

The room was fine. It met our expectations. The problems that arose were poor housekeeping services; the television did not have a cable connection (the cable was hanging from the wall); Internet service was intermittent for the entirety of our 11-day stay, with no service for the last three days; and the power at the hotel went out twice. Not the block, just our hotel.

Nicht schlecht für zwei Übernachtungen. Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, sehr dünne Wände.

Lack of storage space in the room, paper thin walls which didn't make for a good night's sleep. Basic hot drinks facilities in the room. However an amazing location which is the main thing!!!!

Convenient, nicely set up room, most everything worked well, pleasant staff in a quiet, interesting part of Paris. Internet slow, need to be strengthened.

The property was clean, quiet and a great location! The staff was lovely and I felt very safe and taken care of during my week-long stay. Would recommend anyone to stay at Home Latin!

The two elderly staff in the evening are not friendly. We have a large group stay there for 5 nights. We asked for a tea mug so many time, but the two elderly staff refused to let us borrow. They gave us the paper cups instead of the ceramic cup with bad attitude.

I really loved the location of this property. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable to be in and was in a great location. My main concern would be the service. I had to ask every day for room service to leave coffee, milk, stir sticks, etc. I was told that they did not have glass cups in the hotel and was given small paper cups that I couldn’t even hold to drink out of with hot coffee in it. On our final day we had to carry our luggage down three floors as the temperamental elevator was not working and after all that when we needed a taxi to take us to the train station the gentleman at the desk made one call for a taxi and when it was busy, he told us we would have to walk three blocks to get ourselves a cab. I asked him to try again as we had two oversized pieces of luggage and he said no it’s only down the street. I was very disappointed and upset. I would love to go back to this hotel in the future but not with the way it is being run at the moment.

Wir mussten unsere Reise wegen eines Unfalls stornieren. Fristgerecht wohlgemerkt! 2,5 Monate später warten wir immer noch auf Rückerstattung. Das Hotel verweigert jegliche Kommunikation!

HÔTEL ET SON RESPONSABLE ABSOLUMENT LAMENTABLE : 1/.Réservation faite et réglée via le site Expédia 48h00 avant mon séjour. (Confirmation de la réservation et du règlement reçus par mail) 2/ A l’arrivée aucune trace de ma réservation ni de mon règlement - 20 mn a l’accueil pour dénouer le problème. 3/ arrivé à l’étage gaine technique en travaux - matériel (type pompe au milieu du couloir) encombre le passage mais ne semble pas en fonctionnement. Moquette extrêmement sale et vétuste. 4/ Retour a l’hôtel vers 21h30 après diner pro. A partir de 22h15-22h30. Le matériel dans le couloir se met régulièrement en route et de façon aléatoire. 5/ 22h30. Appel au réceptionniste à qui j’explique le problème et me répond s’en occuper. 6/ 23h15 . idem 7/ 00h00 agacé. Nouvel appel au réceptionniste qui me répond qu’il cherche d’ou ça vient. Très agacé je lui redonne la source du problème (déjà donné à 22h30) 8/ A 1h00 du matin, le problème persistant, je me lève, me rhabille et descend à la réception. Le réceptionniste me dit que le bruit vient bien de la pompe qui est installé pour travaux sur la gaine technique et qu’il faudra voir avec le responsable qui sera là demain matin. 9h00 J’AI DONC EU DROIT À UNE NUIT BLANCHE À PLUS DE 250 € !!!!! 10/ Vif entretien avec le responsable qui hausse le ton pour me faire taire en arguant que le réceptionniste m’a proposé dès mon premier appel une autre chambre. CE QUI EST FAUT. … Je lui dit que je relaterai tout cela sur les avis … Il m’envo

Dated property. Needs a face lift. Poor housekeeping- only had 2 tissues in the tissue box and was never replaced over my long weekend stay. Mini Fridge smelled sour. No additional toilet paper given to replace empty tissues over the 3 days. Shower head did not stay in place and kept falling on me. Tried calling reception at night to ask for some tissues and towels and no answer over trying to call for 30 mins.

Charming hotel in an excellent location. Staff were kind, professional, and helpful. If you'd like affordable character in the heart of Paris, this is an excellent choice.

The hotel was perfect for a home base for visiting the city of Paris. It was in an excellent location in the Latin quarter, very close to other neighborhoods. There were many dining options, as well as small grocery stores. There were multiple public transportation options near the hotel, such as bus stops, and metro stations. The hotel is walking distance from Notre Dame.

The hotel is in a great location for a tourist visit to Paris. The room we got, for three people, was nice and big.

The location was close to most attractions and public transportation.

Wonderful location, just steps from Boulevard Saint-Germain and a boulangerie serving sublime baguettes and fresh croissants. Easy transportation by Metro directly to Roland Garros Stadium, the Louvre; walk to the lovely Luxembourg Gardens orSeine River and observe the monumental task of rebuilding Notre Dame Cathedral. Staff are pleasant and helpful, merci beau coup.

The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to Notre Dame, shops, restaurants, Luxembourg Park, and the river Seine. It offered an excellent breakfast, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative issue was the lack of space in the bedroom.

This hotel was nowhere near as nice as the pictures show or its ratings suggest. The elevator only goes up 5 flights so if you are unfortunate enough to be on the 6th floor, you have to drag your suitcase up a flight of spiral stairs. If you are unfortunate enough to be on the ground floor, there will be constant activity outside of your window, including people sitting on your windowsill, from the bar across the street. In addition, please be aware that the breakfast is not free & not very good. They should warn you up front that there is a charge for it, and for 10 euros per day there should be much more selection.

Everything was great clean and close walking distance to most places. Only bad thing was no AC and only a fan for the room and it did get hot. The breakfast was OK nothing wow very simple

The room is small, but the staff is helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. It's a great value for the price.

Charmant Frans hotel op een zeer gunstige locatie met veel bekende landmarks op loopafstand. Ook de bus en verschillende metro/RER haltes op loopafstand. Ontbijt was veelzijdig en goed.

Staff was nice and helpful. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was okay, though the scrambled eggs were barely cooked at all. Property could use some help - elevator was not always useable, tiny ants in bathroom every day.
