Eco Suites Uxlabil Guatemala

Our room has big, clean had a fridge, stove, plates, silverware, The beds were comfortable. Had great staff and our breakfast was delicious and it was included with our stay. The terrace they had was so cute perfect for pictures. I definitely recommend this hotel and they also helped us coordinate our airport pick up with Cesar Nova who I can also recommend, very nice and professional.

We love the peaceful sorruondings; however, we are an elderly couple and had to walk three flights of stairs to the basement. Eventhought, the room had a nice view, the strong moldy odor was overwhelming. Since there is no air conditioning there were mosquitoes.

The place look very worn out kind of a mess. The breakfast was great and the lady was the best part of the stay, extremely pleasant and caring. the hotel in very comfortable, our room had a strange odor, and I found the hotel to be very dusty, it has a library full of books but kind of messy and dusty, the place is nice but needs some TL.

I found the hotel to be very worn out, the room had a very strong odor, I don't know if due to humidity but it wasn't pleasant. Also over decorated, everything seemed old and dusty, there is library full of books, not appealing full of dust, the only good thing was the breakfast and the lady who serves it, very sweet, polite and attentive all the time. The area is very nice and safe but you need a car, if you are a great walker you are fine is at least 25 minute walk to the Oakland Mall.

This was a quick night in a new city. Arriving late via taxi at almost midnight the gracious host came to carry our bags and help us to our rooms. Located on a gated zone the taxi driver understood all the gaurds questions and it was an easy entrance even though we were arriving so very late. I had sent an email to advise them of this but i thought we would be there by 9 not midnight so was a bit worried but everything was fine and gracious. The hotel has many many fine points.. art views quietness a wonderful breakfast is included birds books to trade. The hotel is colorfully decorated with much to please the visual senses. We were put up in a suite.. living room kitchen dining area 2 bedrooms a balcony.. we didnt have much time to use it but it sure would make a great base for a longer stay. The staff is wonderful calling a taxi and coming to our door to carry the luggage down. We have traveled much and that is a service every other hotel has missed and it was much appreciated. In our short stay the only draw back is the odor from the shower drain.. if that could be addressed it would be 100percent perfect. A quiet quiet night great internet. Woke to birds singing. Water pressure is great with plenty of hot. Towels sheets and bedding were ample and so clean. Thank you for this little glimpse.

Area is very safe and quiet. The suites themselves are very spacious and comfortable. As a bonus there are sone bied species you can observe. Staff is friendly.

This hotel is located in a private neighborhood with 24/7 security. The hotel is quiet and cozy. The bedrooms are cool and traditional Guatemalan decoration.

The double room turned out to be a huge suite, about 800 sq ft! It had its own ample living room with sofa and a dining table for 4, as well as a full kitchen, and a lovely balcony along the length of it. The only drawback to this place is that it is in a residential area and not really walkable to shops or sites -- I had to have friends pick me up or take taxis. On the other hand, it was super safe, being on a dead-end street in a gated area. The front desk person was very helpful when my pre-arranged shuttle bus forgot to pick me up. My little dog and I enjoyed our brief stay in the city.

We had an entire apartment with free breakfast in a gated community. About 10 minutes from airport. Food was freat, bed was super comfy and we enjoyed watching various birds fly around outside at breakfast. Everything exceeded my expectations.

This is an excellent location if you get it at a great price and prioritize, safety and quiet space. It is a little tricky to navigate to, and you aren’t exactly able to step outside and find a walkable restaurant to eat at so that can be an inconvenience. But I will say that the front desk staff were catering to any and all needs From washing my laundry to arrange a taxi to the airport the next day in incredibly prompt check-in and so much more.Alejandra was superb.

Amazing staff, especially the lady that helps with the breakfast (is the same as the cleaning person) and the cook. Very helpful, sweet and educated. You could tell they really wanted you to be happy and have a good time there.

Hotel confortável, pessoal receptivo, café da manhã delicioso, lugar silencioso e seguro. O problema é que fica numa área residencial afastado da zona de comércio, sem restaurantes ou bares próximos. Exige-se esforço para se chegar numa avenida principal, aonde se chega a um Mall.

Beautiful property located in la Zona 10, gated community making it feel safer. The room was very beautiful. Definitely recommend it, it is a little bit more pricier than other areas but it’s definitely worth it to feel safe in the city.
