We loved our stay at your hotel very much!!! We enjoyed every day of our sojourn and will be happy to come back!!! Essam & Ahmed at Ivory, Helmy at the beach burger bar, Kero at reception, Hany & Ahmed at the Lounge bar, Abdu Zaki & Ahmed at Aquapark, bellboy, Ehab Abdelmanim, Angelina (animation) - all of these wonderful people added up to our overall enjoyment!!! We appreciate your service!!!

All was ok, they used slippery tiles around kids pool aquapark area and most kids will slip, fall and cry while walking, this need to get fixed asap.
