Great hotel - well located, well maintained and staff is very friendly and helpful. Only negative is that gym is quite small (one elliptical, one bike). They should expand into adjacent room and make that the weight room and add several cardio machines to original gym.

Overall great hotel. Really did not like the maze from the garage to get to the front desk. Would have been nice to know about this at booking; however I did enjoy the free parking. Room was nice, good size, clean. Restaurant on site was good. No room service in the morning for breakfast; slight inconvenience. Proximity to local restaurants, movie theater and shops was nice.

The area is very nice and the property itself is lovely. It is conveniently located to shopping, food, and entertainment. Clean, professional yet welcoming. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was decently comfortable for a hotel bed. Overall a nice stay.

Major customer service miss: the entire area was under a boil water alert, but no one told us this when we checked in. That would have been nice information for our family to have before brushing our teeth and giving our dog tap water. Fortunately, none of us got sick. But the only reason we found out was because I overheard someone else talking about it at the bar. Contaminated water is something you really ought to tell people about when they arrive. Otherwise, it was fine. The staff was friendly. The food's pretty good. The place was clean and quiet. Not exactly a 4 star experience – I'd give it a solid 3. The water was obviously the city's fault, not the hotel's, but that really should have been communicated.

The room we booked was NOT available so we had to pay for more expensive room. Room small. Bathroom really small. Inside Car Parking good but no direction signs from parking to Hotel through lifts and tunnel.. Dining Staff Excellent. But would NOT stay there again.

Room 201 the pipes in the wall were banging very loudly anytime anyone put the water on. Made sleeping impossible. Made two reports to the front desk.

Great hotel in a great area. Everything you need was nearby. We stayed at this hotel twice traveling to and from our vacation destination. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The mountain views were amazing. The restaurant had incredible food. I also loved that the hotel and the area in general is very pet friendly. The front desk staff were super helpful and very nice. I want to give a shout-out to Dana at the front desk. She was so welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated her assistance.

The staff seemed underdressed at the check in, wearing a T shirt and jeans. I’m used to the people who check you in dressing more professionally. The bed leaned toward the center, so that was not comfortable. There didn’t seem to be an easy way to get luggage inside. I did not see any staff helping people in or any carts to stack luggage on. We had to make several trips from the car to get it all in. I would have asked someone for help to find luggage carts, but I couldn’t find staff. They seemed to be very understaffed.

ONE piece of feedback: This is not a full service hotel as there is no bell staff at all. There are only two (2) luggage carts. People wait quite a while if they need one when checking in. The one I finally got was heavy and difficult to maneuver over carpeted floors! Otherwise, this place was perfect.

Excellent visit. Only stayed one night but will definitely stay here again. Breakfast at the restaraunt was very good. Talked with manager Dana about the efforts that Hilton as a corporation and the local management at this location made in supporting their staff , visitors and the people of the surrounding area in the wake of Hurricane Helene. I was so happy to the caring spirit that was exercised in taking care of their workers to make sure they were safe and needs met. How they supported the Duke Energy workers that came in the the aftermath of the storm to restore power in Asheville and the surrounding area. An most importantly, how they supported of the people of the local communities who need a safe place to shelter and recover from the storm. The staff at the hotel is not trained to handle disaster recovery situations but they did their best to show compassion and support to the people of the area. Kudos to Dana and all of the staff at this Hilton for demonstrating the love and care that everyone needed during this horrible time. Thank you for being there for the community. I will make this location my first choice for any futire visits to this area!

Everything was great except the coffee. I don't understand why the hotel has instant coffee in "tea bags" in the room and in the lobby instead of having a Keurig or similar quality coffee. The coffee was seriously bad and unacceptable.
