The pub is a bit run down but our room was lovely. Big, clean and overlooked the seafront. Shower was poor, very weak flow. Free parking, which swayed the booking for us. Nice staff. Hotel right on the seafront. No good for guests with mobility issues, due to stairs to rooms. We would definitely stay again.

A few issues but nice room and staff were good. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the TV didn’t work. The disappointing thing was no free parking as other people took the spaces that were supposed to be for residents so had to pay £12 parking :(

Firstly couldnt park not enough information about height restrictions for vehicle.at to park over amile. Staff didnt have a clue were we could park. No one at front desk to sign in. Stairs no lifts. Bedroom dated. Strong smell of polish but clearly not used properly as dust on chairs etc. Bathroom terrible water didn't run right. Dirty toilet. Rust on bath handles. Not a good experience at all.

access to top floor was not suitable for oap, too many stairs with no help from staff with luggage. Dining area/ bar closes very early and with erratic times. Room was very good, clean and well aired. Shower was a bit weak but hot. Food was acceptable

Like most places in Weston car parking is a problem. Car parking is provided in this hotel but under demand and once we booked out we had to move the car!

Too expensive for standard service. Top prices for drinks. Building needs complete renovation. Advertised image was taken 20 years ago. Exterior falling apart. Embarrassing to enter. Only 4 people ( incl 2x children) on Friday night. Signs for free pool- not true. Paid twice as much as thought when booked. Never again.

The hotel itself is based in great location. Next to a playground with splash. Opposite beach and promenade. Walking distance to the Pier and shopping high street. Also offering free car parking in designated bays just next to the hotel is a great bonus. Food was good and reasonably priced. Check in was quick. Customer service was great. Our family room was top floor. No lift. The room was very hot. No air conditioning except opening a window. The floor seems to have holes in it. The only comfortable bed was the double bed. The other two single extra beds seemed better days. Very noisy. During the night you could hear all the drunks and loud conversations which was replaced in the morning with serenades of seagulls. The shower had no pressure so difficult to enjoy. The room definitely needs updating. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much. Would come again.

We only stayed for one night to see a show in Weston. The outside of the building looks tired and in need of some repairs. We didn't have a sea view we had a view of a flat roof and a bit of car park which was a shame but i suppose someone has to have it. The room itself was comfortable and tidy. Didnt eat or drink in the hotel. By the time the show had finished around ten, the bar was shut. The only member of staff we saw was um guessing the manager and he was friendly despite it seems being needed in a 100 places at once. In summary it was ok for us for us for a night it suited our needs and brilliantly located for the Playhouse

The hotel was excellent, the room was big with a very comfortable bed, very clean and bright with a lovely sea view. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we had a meal in the restaurant which was outstanding. Very happy to recommend and would use again.

On arrival we had to wait till exactly 1400 to check in as the would not allow us to check in when we arrived at 1345 and even then there was no-one, we had to wait. The room was big and spacious and we had a side view of the seafront but only supplied 2 teas and 2 coffee sachets even though there was 3 of us in the room and 2 cups and 2 glasses. There was no hairdryer in the room or any soaps or toiletries supplied. There was an empty bottle of Dove shower gel by the bath. The toilet seat was cracked and the bathroom floor was dirty and full of dust behind the sink and black stains on the bath. Also the hot tap was lose and moved when you turned it on. On a positive, the beds were comfortable, however the people staying above us were extremely noisy as everytime they walked around, we could hear the floor creaking. Especially annoying at 1am in the morning! We could also hear music (I assume from the bar below) till 1030pm! There is little sound proofing therefore very noisy.

2 springs like needles were sticking out of the side of the mattress my side of the bed. When I got out of the bed on my second and final day I nearly impaled my leg. O peeling back the mattress cover to see what was happening we were dismayed to see the state of the badly stained mattress. Other than that we had a nice 2 days at the hotel. Nice warm comfortable room. Spoke to someone at hotel about dangerous springs he assured me it would be sorted.

Hotel offers free parking at the carpark next door if ypu park in the marked spaces. Easy to checkin online before you arrive, although they did take the payment the day begore which was a bit naughty as it was supposed to be on the day. Comfortable clean room eitb partisl seaview and a bath. However, the bath took ages to fill, and the bed was a linked double and one of the mattresses was higher than tbe other so it was a bit uncomfortable in.the middle.

This was a truly awful experience. On the hottest weekend of the year, the room we were staying in had no water pressure so we were unable to have a bath or shower. There certainly was no air conditioning which is expected for an old building but the windows were unable to open due to safety features so no air could get into the room and the fan provided in the wardrobe didn’t work. I’ve never been so hot and uncomfortable in all my life. My child who suffers with a health condition was so hot I was concerned for her health. I spent the whole evening spray her with a cooling spray that I’d luckily brought from home and a mini fan I’d brought from home. I would not advise anyone to stay here especially in the summer. When we arrived we were told the cook had walked out so no food, so I guess it just went down hill from arrival.

The staff were friendly, welcoming & very helpful. Ideal location for the beach, the pier, the town & sight seeing. We had a room, as requested, facing out onto the bay. Lovely view. The room was clean & fresh. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of space in the room & storage was ample. Unfortunately, the floor boards creaked with every step... both ours & the guests in the room upstairs. Very noisey at all hours of day & night. Also the drainage system for the toilets across the hotel sounded like someone drilling holes in walls with every flush. Again, very noisey at all hours of the day & night.

Great location. Good parking. Fabulous staff. The whole building is very tired and worn. Room had great view was clean with a lovely large, comfortable bed. Tea, coffee and complimentary water were provided. Did the job, but would be top notch if things were updated and modernised a little. Would stay again.

Hotel confirmed a double room for 4 nights, however when I retired on the first night I found I had been given two single beds pushed together to look like a double. Very difficult to sleep as I kept rolling onto the joint. Spoke to a member of staff the next day bit hotel was full. Stayed one more sleepless night the decided to leave.

Ideal position with views across the sea front, & close for walking into town. Excellent staff, gave my Dad a free coffee this morning! & bread & butter with his meal last night! Would deffo stay again!

One night stay, free parking on site. Very nice, friendly staff. Bar and restaurant had a variety of choices. Breakfast served at a reasonable time. Great location for access to the sea front. Great sized family room, with clean, comfy beds and towels provided. Bathroom could do with decorating, water marks on the ceiling from previous leak, hot water tap on sink was also loose and leaking. I was also unable to lock one of the windows due to a faulty window handle. All issues were reported to staff on check out.

When we arrived, the hotel reception was closed had to go check in at the bar. Only 1 person serving so had to wait 10 minutes. Very helpful barman who got us checked in quickly. Room was on top floor, king size bed, very comfy and good pillows. Bedside drawers were dirty with crumbs in and toilet seat had a slight mark on. Room size was ok but the shower was a dribble so had to run a bath, and water very slow which they warned us about when checking in. Floors are very creaky, so glad on the top floor. Overall though, had a decent nights sleep and would stay again as a good price.

A good experience; breakfast was particularly good. The only issue was that although I had chosen the "pay at hotel" booking option, three attempts were made by the hotel to charge the card I had used to make the reservation. This was not in accordance with normal procedure, and the card-issuer quite rightly declined these non-authorised payments. I settled the payment in person, as normal, at the hotel.

The pub is a bit run down but our room was lovely. Big, clean and overlooked the seafront. Shower was poor, very weak flow. Free parking, which swayed the booking for us. Nice staff. Hotel right on the seafront. No good for guests with mobility issues, due to stairs to rooms. We would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, welcoming & very helpful. Ideal location for the beach, the pier, the town & sight seeing. We had a room, as requested, facing out onto the bay. Lovely view. The room was clean & fresh. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of space in the room & storage was ample. Unfortunately, the floor boards creaked with every step... both ours & the guests in the room upstairs. Very noisey at all hours of day & night. Also the drainage system for the toilets across the hotel sounded like someone drilling holes in walls with every flush. Again, very noisey at all hours of the day & night.

The hotel itself is based in great location. Next to a playground with splash. Opposite beach and promenade. Walking distance to the Pier and shopping high street. Also offering free car parking in designated bays just next to the hotel is a great bonus. Food was good and reasonably priced. Check in was quick. Customer service was great. Our family room was top floor. No lift. The room was very hot. No air conditioning except opening a window. The floor seems to have holes in it. The only comfortable bed was the double bed. The other two single extra beds seemed better days. Very noisy. During the night you could hear all the drunks and loud conversations which was replaced in the morning with serenades of seagulls. The shower had no pressure so difficult to enjoy. The room definitely needs updating. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much. Would come again.

We only stayed for one night to see a show in Weston. The outside of the building looks tired and in need of some repairs. We didn't have a sea view we had a view of a flat roof and a bit of car park which was a shame but i suppose someone has to have it. The room itself was comfortable and tidy. Didnt eat or drink in the hotel. By the time the show had finished around ten, the bar was shut. The only member of staff we saw was um guessing the manager and he was friendly despite it seems being needed in a 100 places at once. In summary it was ok for us for us for a night it suited our needs and brilliantly located for the Playhouse

The hotel was excellent, the room was big with a very comfortable bed, very clean and bright with a lovely sea view. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we had a meal in the restaurant which was outstanding. Very happy to recommend and would use again.

This was a truly awful experience. On the hottest weekend of the year, the room we were staying in had no water pressure so we were unable to have a bath or shower. There certainly was no air conditioning which is expected for an old building but the windows were unable to open due to safety features so no air could get into the room and the fan provided in the wardrobe didn’t work. I’ve never been so hot and uncomfortable in all my life. My child who suffers with a health condition was so hot I was concerned for her health. I spent the whole evening spray her with a cooling spray that I’d luckily brought from home and a mini fan I’d brought from home. I would not advise anyone to stay here especially in the summer. When we arrived we were told the cook had walked out so no food, so I guess it just went down hill from arrival.
