Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed. Only thing is outside door did not lock at night which made me uncomfortable.

Mostly quiet, elevator out of order, breakfast was mediocre.

I have stayed at to many hotels to begin to count and this one I put on my top 5! From the moment my daughter and I walked into the hotel it was amazing! The front lobby area was so clean and smelled fresh and Andy the front desk person was very courteous and helpful. Our room was great! When we walked in it also smelled fresh. Almost like an Ivory soap bar freshly unwrapped. The room was very bright not like other hotel room's that will have those darken spaces even with the window blinds open. This is way out there but the fridge actually kept our drinks cold! Not the ehhh cool, but COLD! Turn the water bottles ice cold! I knew there was to be a pool but I didn't get that chlorine overdose smell when we first got to the hotel. When we checked in we were actually next to it! We went and found the pool so warm and inviting that there would be no need for a hot tub. I'm sure it had to be a salt water pool because well not chlorine smell and my eyes didn't burn or dry my skin. Bed's were perfect! And the final test, Breakfast. Passed. Hot fresh and plenty to offer. I would do a solid 9/10 only and only because we had a room on the second floor and the elevator was having some work don. Otherwise I will stay there every time I have business to attend to in the Wichita area and need to stay overnight or a few nights. Thank you for a great stay and I hope to come back soon.

The staff was nice. Breakfast is what you would expect. The pool is NOT heated so that was disappointing as a heated pool was one of the reasons we chose this property. The elevator did not work soooo if you cant do stairs make sure to ask for a ground floor room.

The heated pool was very cold. So we didn't spend time in the pool like we had hoped.

Absolute horrible stay. Started with broken window in room, then the bed had a horrible banging noise when you got in or out of it. The pools heater did not work. Stayed there three nights, every night there was construction workers partying in the parking lot smoking pot and drinking. None of the outside lights worked. Last night of stay, there were young kids running up and down the hallway, and there was a heavy cigarette smoke smell coming from the room the kids were staying in. My daughter had to call the front desk at 1am to complain. When we were checking out, after waiting for the manager to come in, we were told that bed noise was the brand new metal bed frames and the pools heater was broken. Had nothing to say about anything else. He offered us 20% off, but ended up only being for one night. This place was horrible and Best Western really should be ashamed to be associated with this place.

Property was easy access to the highway. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I noticed is the parking spaces seemed on the smaller side.

Room was updated with all new and modern furniture and fixtures. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is one charging station with an overnight charge. We were lucky enough to get it. We stayed in a VIP room. I’m not sure what that means. Room has fridge and microwave. Pretty basic.

Also the elevator was broken at the time so had to walk up stairs with bags not ideal for elderly or disabled so I would suggest asking the staff ahead of time if you need special accommodations. Overall was a good stay and easy access to major highway and eating options close by.

Property is great. Yes they have 1 EV spot not terrible. Very Very clean and well maintained.Hallways almost too bright.Rppm excellent mini fridge. Roll in shower if needed. Top notch if your in Wichita

Wonderful staff & VERY clean!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The beds were very comfortable. I liked that the room didn’t have carpet. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, quiet, and pet friendly! Breakfast buffet was convenient.

The staff were very nice. Room had a few problems - 1 fixture covers were falling off in the bathroom; 2 there were insects in the room. I do not know what type of bugs they were, but did not appreciate their presence.

We were on our way back from San Antonio and needed a place to crash for the evening. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were just needing a place to sleep, but this hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

The elevator was being worked on. The gap under the door was probably half an inch so it allowed for a lot of noise. The rooms weren’t carpeted so the noise just echos. The sheets on my bed had a dirty spot. The staff were friendly. It was reasonably priced.

Very nice. The beds - made of metal- made a metal buckling sound when you got in & got out. Was fine when you slept. Was kind of unsettling when you first got in- wondered if it was OK at first. We weigh about 190 x 2.

The hotel was decent. The service was great. But the windows were drafty and we heard the wind through them all night. Also, the beds had a metal sheeting surrounding the base that made a weird sound every time you move in the bed. Also, my deadbolt didn't work on our door. My kids enjoyed the pool, but the water was cold and a draft from outside was let in through open windows.

This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. 100% remodeled, up to date, clean, smells good, comfy beds. Easy access from I 35 in Park City, walking distance to food. Friendly professional staff.

TV remote not working, bed frame made a load bang like two trash can lids hitting together when moving in the bed.

The first room we received upon check-in had major door issues. The door would not even latch and could just be pushed open from outside. The second room worked out the first night until we unfortunately became surrounded by a group celebrating a birthday, which became a nightmare. Thin walls led to us hearing everything, and confetti all throughout the hall way. It was very annoying, and unfortunate. Overall, we just had a bad experience, but not all was due to the hotel itself. Just bad circumstances.

Convenient location when traveling through Kansas. Fantastic room rate compared to surrounding hotels paired with freshly remodeled, great breakfast, & very clean. Staff was persistent on ensuring they we’re delivering a top notch experience for their guests which was noticed and appreciated that they ALL cared so much about it:

The hotel and room was very clean. Parking lot is a bit small but well lit. Bed was comfortable, they provide basic toiletries and breakfast was a nice perk. We arrived late night but Gentleman at checkin was very kind and welcoming. Checkout was a breeze. I would recommend.

Absolutely LOVE this hotel. They are kind compassionate, accommodating , clean , comfortable etc. their manager Andy is awesome. This place is a hidden Gem and I am glad we found it. Andy went above and beyond to help us and gave us a room on the first floor to help us as their elevator wasn’t in service and my mom is disabled. The beds are like clouds and they have a bunch of pillows on each bed. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they have thermostats on the walls you cns switch from heat to cold anytime with no issues. The showers get nice and hot and have wonderful water pressure. They have good size fridges a refrigerator and microwave and also have breakfast in the morning from 6am-9am that has the best eggs, sausages, pancakes, biscuits, juices, cereals, muffins, bagels, yogurt, banana, apples, oatmeal’s with toppings and so much more. You will be happy you chose this place. Like I said it’s a hidden gem off the highway on the outskirts of Wichita but you are still in Wichita basically. It’s my favorite go to place now. I would give this place 100 STARS if possible.

Breakfast was terrible. Front desk person was opening and slamming doors at 2am in the morning for unknown reasons

I had booked 7 rooms for our track team and coaches. When they arrived only 4 rooms were available. We were told the others were canceled. Eventhough we had the documentation that we had 7 rooms booked, we were not granted the 7 rooms. Will never stay there again.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a few days and everything was smooth sailing the first 2 days. We asked front desk if they could clean our room while we were out. My fiancé and I were out for more than 3 hours and we came back to the hotel and nothing had been done. We had to go up to the front desk multiple times to ask for clean towels and for someone to clean the room. I tried to call the front desk to ask if they can bring us extra cups and a bag for the ice bucket and the phone was not plugged in nor was there a place to plug it in. We were in the far back of the hotel so we had to walk to go grab more cups and bags. There were people above us who were making an excessive amount of noise while my fiancé and I were sleeping. Banging on the floor, screaming, and running around. We had to walk up to the front desk to let them know the people above us were making tons of noise at 11:30 at night. Not the best stay and for the price I would not recommend staying here.

Checked in extremely late and was tired from all the delays getting there. Walked in and he didn’t even confirm who I was and just said I owed money for the late checkout. I was extremely frustrated at this point and after arguing he didn’t even confirm who I was went to our room. 1 of the beds sounded like you would fall through every time you moved. The TV worked 1 night out of our 4 nights. Breakfast was awful, yogurt from machine tasted spoiled. Our late checkout was supposed to be at 2pm and we had the cleaning service knocking on our door at 11:10. 10min after the normal checkout time. Needless to say I paid for the late checkout for no reason because we left I didn’t want to deal with them continuing to knock asking when we were leaving.

The staff was awesome, property felt safe but there was a lot of noise by our room window, We were on the first floor, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, i would definitely book here again!!!

Completely remodeled & its a wonderful place. The location is way to convenient with an adult beverage just steps away.

Everything was great. Bed was a little too firm. People next door were loud and elevator was out. All in all though great place and well priced for ease of access to dining, highways, and Wichita

Andy at the front desk who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. He provided many details of the amenities available, what time breakfast is served, ice machine, etc. It appears that the hotel was recently remodeled. Our room was very clean and had been recently remodeled as well. The air conditioning worked as it should. The beds were comfortable the shower, even though it has a low flow, still worked well enough to get a decent shower Breakfast in the morning was served from 6 AM to 9 AM. The offerings were very good from fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, and pancakes. I tried the eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage, and they were all decent, and did not taste like some generic breakfast that you find at other hotels my dog Sully, especially liked the sausage! Overall, from the quality experience of my check in process with Andy, to the accommodations in our room and the included breakfast, I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again when traveling through the area.
