Overall it’s a great place to stay with family and if you just want to stay at the resort. It’s perfect for you if you want to stay at the resort they have a schedule of activities or events going on around the resort. Enjoyed the pools the music playing overall it’s was really nice and staff was super friendly. I booked my stay with Hotels and I was still treated the same as everyone which I liked. I saw a review saying they were treated unfairly due to booking with a 3rd party but my family and I were treated fairly. Our room was renovated and nice. My only complaint is I wished our mini fridge actually kept our drinks cold. The mini fridge just had a light but did not actually keep drinks cool they were all at temp. Over all food was good too. And we loved all the drinks!

We stayed in the privileged suites. Rooms were very clean, buffet food was great, staff were all very friendly. Was a safe and inviting community. We will be back! Would recommend water shoes. There were lots of upsidedown jellyfish and other creatures if you were to go in the ocean.

Pile driver right next to privileged area and restaurant. Could never book an onsite restaurant through their app, you had to just turn uoto each one and hope they had space (which they never did) so it was buffet most of the time. We both got Salmonella.

I always have the BEST time at this resort. This was my 5th visit and as long as the staff keeps being wonderful, I will be back again. Special shoutout to Valerio Garcia!

Clean room and beautiful resort. Our second trip. Improvement opps-more openings for dinners and never got an update from concierge on our welcome packet. Wasn’t available when we went to front on Tuesday. Was that because we didn’t want the tour? Don’t know as no follow-up from concierge
