Property/room were not the cleanest, but not gross. The bed was great! Loved the convenience of having full-size fridge, microwave, sink, etc. in the room. But please, in a room meant to accommodate more than 1 person, add more chairs or stools around the table.

The hotel was okay and had some highlights like laundry and workout room, as well as, the lobby. Had to ring for staff each time I went up. Parking and getting in and out needs work. Noisy outside the door and kids running or people talk were easily heard as well as the movement of those above.

We stayed only one night and checked in late and left early the next morning. Check in and check out was easy and quick. However when we got to our room was when it got bad. We found roaches in our room and there was dog hair on our pillowcases. I’m all for being pet friendly but you need to make sure that all bedding including pillowcases are changed after each stay.

The hallways and our room smelled of smoke and a couple of time we even smelt marijuana smoke. My wife and I were very bothered by it. I’ve stayed here before but it seems to have gotten worse. We probably won’t stay here again.

I did not stay at this motel. We checked in and decided to check the room for bed bugs prior to bringing our belongings into the room. We discovered evidence of a bed bug infestation on the top of the dust ruffle. Upon further investigation under the dust ruffle, we found a bed bug. We immediately went to the front desk to demand a refund. The front desk person was great, and issued the refund from the motel. She stated I would have to get my money from Expedia

Well, I should’ve listened to my gut and asked to move rooms when my daughter found a foreign woman’s underwear in the night stand, but we were so tired and had already settled in that we simply asked Frenchie the front desk lady to just come get it, which she did. The suite kitchen sink was still dirty from the previous occupants and in the middle of the night we found a Roman cockroach which made me feel more uneasy. Well the last straw was when we started taking our morning showers, my husband and son took there’s first then I proceeded, the shower walls were covered in woman’s hair, green hair at that and long dark hair which my hair is blonde. I knew then that this room was not cleaned and I will be sure to never stay here again and to always check hotel rooms thoroughly before settling in. I did tell the manager before I left and all he said was “well that’s weird we are the cleanest in our district” which I would’ve taken a picture of that underwear but I didn’t think about it at the time. The staff were friendly for check in and out. The bed was comfortable but the fridge in the room was so loud it kept waking me up. The hotel is in need of renovation but it serves it purpose except for that fridge.

Our stay was great! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable too. They also have a nice area for your dogs to walk around and do their business. Will definitely stay there again.

My suite was a decent size and very clean. I was disappointed there was no usb to use in the room. I had to go out and buy one for charging my phone. I am spoiled to hotels having a usb connection. Also the Wi-Fi is only free if you use low end Wi-Fi to check email only. If you want to to use the web for any browsing or video you will need to pay for it.

This is a very nice hotel and a great price. Very clean and organized. It has the appearance and feel that whoever manages/owns it is very picky. Nice rooms, laundry area and fitness room. Breakfast was not advertised but they do have coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some grab to-go carbs. Now for the cons..(always their are a few cons :-) Check-in takes some time. There is a requirement that they have on file all ID's of every person in the room, so almost everyone (at least when I was there) had to run out to their car and get their partners ID. There are also a lot of rules and a lot of forms. (So it goes!) The water pressure is good, but the shower head is crap and sprays pretty thin and wide...so you loose the water force and also get the floor wet. The bed was really soft and kind of weird. Not really that comfy. Aircon unit is really noisy. On and off and on and off. Overall, though, a good hotel for the price, which was less then quite a few in the area.

Check in guy was really indifferent, total lack of personality. Room was clean for the most part, top of desktop was pretty dusty. I guess ignorance on my part in not knowing no housekeeping of room unless you are there longer than 7 days. I did like the full sized fridge. Nice, big TV. Had a storm in the wee hours of the morning and we lost power. Nothing was ever explained or told to us regarding the outage. On a side note, we were on the 4th floor. Could have been super bad if i hadn't been able to do the stairs. I would have thought a note or something on the elevator should have been placed. When we exited, nothing was said. Called checking on status and finally service restored about 2:30 (8 hours later). I know this was out of the hotel's control, but just feel it could have been handled differently. Hotel was having maintenance on outside of building. Again, nothing said to us about men painting and caulking windows. I was laying on bed, thankfully fully clothed and all of a sudden there was a man outside our window. Again, i think something could have been said about keeping the curtains drawn. I probably would consider staying here again, but would know a little more of what to expect.

When I showed up to check in, I was asked if any other adults were staying in the room and my mom was staying with me. Well they asked for her ID too in to which she had just misplaced it before us driving 5 hours out the OK, but they wanted to take a pic of her ID because of tornado season. Unfortunately she didn’t have it and she had a picture on her phone to show but they made no accommodation to take it. No where on the website for the hotel or for the third party website did it say that all adults staying need to have their IDs. They said they needed in case of a tornado to know who is in the building but crazy part how about all the children staying in the hotel because I was never asked if any kids were staying with me. I think it’s ridiculous we drive so far out and to be told once we arrive that all adults needed an ID and not even to make some kind of budge when we have a picture on the phone and all they did was take a pic of mine on a IPad. They needed the physical ID but for what when you didn’t even make a copy or take the time to look at it.

Booked for a 2 queen suite, one arrival they only had 1 beds available even tho we paid ahead of time for the stay. Staff was unwilling to accommodate and left 4 people with 1 bed while traveling through the state.

The bedcovers were too thin and the pillows had no support. We were told there was no extra pillows even though there were several empty rooms. The check-in clerk was very rude and refused to cancel our room and refund money even though we had only been there for 30 minutes.

I went to Bartlesville to pick up my mom from her sister's. I knew she was covid positive. When I arrived I didn't know she would need to stay another night in the loacl hospital. I needed a room close to the hospital and fast! This place was perfect! Only 3 minutes from the hospital, clean, friendly, and I was able to walk to a restaurant across the parking lot for dinner. The bed was comfy. Parking was convenient. You could ask for pots and pans if you want to make your own dinner in your room! All of this and under $63! It would of been nice if the had coffee available 24/7 but I guess we can't always get what we want! Lol

We stayed 1 night for OKWU graduation. It was clean, comfortable, nothing fancy. The continental breakfast was just granola bars, packaged small muffins, and instant oatmeal packets and coffee. There is an IHOP next door and an authentic Mexican restaurant right in front of the hotel. The food at the mexican restaurant was so good!

We liked the value and convenience of this property as it is near the main road. All in all, the room was excellent as the bathroom was spacious and the bed was softer. However, at 3 in the morning the microwave sounded an F3 alert and wouldn't stop until it was unplugged. Still we liked the place as this was probably an isolated incident.

This property is beginning to age. Updates are going to be needed soon. The breakfast is a joke. The bed was clean and comfortable. I would consider a newer more modern property next time. All of the employees were very good. I've stayed here before and had no complaints.
