Budget Inn

I was suppose to get a no smoking room and didn't. The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty, cigarette burns all in the top sheet. The bedspread was old as dirt, bleach stains, holes, smelled of sweat. I asked for a new sheets and only got a new top sheet and they said they had no more bedspreads. The peep hole had some kind of screw through it and what ever they covered it with made it look like a turd was stuck to the door. There was no toilet paper and when I went and asked for some they acted like I was trying to steal it. I had a main breaker box with no cover on it in my room. The carpet was filthy and stained all up. There is no wifi like it said on expedia. The pictures they use are of a room they redone, but the rest of the rooms are not like that. The fron deak is not open 24/7 line it stated on Expedia. The desk closes down at 8:30/9:30. I never seen an ice machine. I had a connecting room and either the owners or family lived in the other room and they were not quite, the man smoked and the smoke would come in my room. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Front desk clerk was super friendly. Website simply stated non-smoking so I assumed it was a smoke free facility. It was not. Clerk upgraded me to a non-smoking room for $10. Room was nice enough for the amount paid. Fridge and microwave in the room. No ice machine. Seemed to be a lot of foot traffic around the motel parking lot.

This hotel was very unsafe! Gang members and others coming through the parking lot! Can’t see your vehicle from rooms in most places. All phones were down in the rooms. Plus when I went to the office no one would come help me.

Poor quality the bed was nasty with a lot Stains On the mattresses very bad i will never go back to the location.

Dead bugs all over the bathroom floor and sink. Blood stains on the sheets in both beds. Had it booked for 2 nights but only stayed one and was told I was getting charged regardless.

The room wasn’t like the picture. First room the sheets wasn’t clean then the deadbolt didn’t unlock. So we had to climb out of windows. They finally moved us to a different room

Bed bugs not clean poop on the towels and wash cloths hair in the tub poop stains on blankets

The room was in ill repair. There were bugs in the bed. I actually turned in the key after being in the room about 15 minutes and went to stay at a different hotel. It was awful.

This was the most terrible place I ever had that misfortune to stay in. It was filthy, to say the least. There was dogfood on the floor, the tub was disgusting, one of the bedspreads had a big hole in it, and worst of all there was drug perephenalia behind the nightstand. I had already paid and they refused a refund. I am certainly disappointed that you would even represent a business of that kind. My trust in your company is gone. I will not book with you again. Wall to Wall carpeting, shampoo, good wifi.

What...a....dump. Internet did not work. Towel (1) was gray and worn. Door barely closed. Toilet paper holder was broken. Everything painted over. Wow...

Staff looked like they were very tired took 15 minutes for clerk to check me out mold on bottom of shower curtain door hard to close very limit tv channels wifi not reliable

The property is older but is clean. THe only issue I have was lack of plug-in in the room to charge phone.

Problem with crickets in the room. Front door was warped had to bang it shut. We wanted a no smoking room & got a smoking room.

I booked this room for my son an daughter in law and they said they had a good stay this time and the daughter check them in was very friendly and sweet to them thank you making there stay very good

One night stay. Just needed a place to sleep and shower. Close to downtown amnenities

This hotel was very unsafe! Gang members and others coming through the parking lot! Can’t see your vehicle from rooms in most places. All phones were down in the rooms. Plus when I went to the office no one would come help me.
