There was a shortage of all towels to include: wash clothes, bath matts, hand towels and regular bath towels. The couch and ironing board had multiple stains and the microwave would light up but not heat anything up. The bedroom AC was non operational either. The refrigerator worked well and was very clean and the living area AC worked well.

Had no Hot water the 2nd night of our stay. Told the staff at noon and came back at night and still no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. We only had 1 set of towels for 2 people. Typically you get at least 2 sets of towels in every hotel I have every been in everywhere. The bed appeared to be remade and not actually cleaned as there was hair and debris in the sheets. The price was reasonable so we didn't raise hell but no hot water, come on man do better.

Front desk staff & cleaning crew were quite rude about me selecting a late check out via their own text to customer support system. Literally Walked straight in my room, whilst calling profusely after late check out had already been set up. Not ok. Not professional.

The hotel is not actually a Baymont Suites. It has been renamed and is difficult to find because of that.

Place was terrible. Very dirty. Cigarette stains on the bedding. Stains on the couch. No cook ware even when you rent a suite with a kitchen. I’m still waiting on a refund…. The area of town felt very unsafe.
