Clean facility, friendly staff. limited breakfast options for GLUTEN AND LACTOSE FREE items. Pool was clean, but cool for older folks. Hampton next door 30$ cheaper per night. Will try there next. But it was clean, comfy beds, shower water pressure good but not so with the sink. I would stay again, traveling with Mom.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for a weekend for a wedding. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus! Parking was easy and there’s plenty of fast food and restaurants nearby. There’s a little pool on site too! We also appreciated the extra efforts like when we got into our room, there was a bow shaped towel displayed on the bed. That was cute! :)

I had an incredibly disappointing and unsettling stay at this hotel especially arriving at 2 am. Upon arriving, we first noticed the overwhelming humidity in the room, which only got worse as we found mold in multiple areas. It was an unhealthy and uncomfortable environment right from the start. It appears clean. But that wasn’t the worst part. After spotting ticks and bedbugs in the first room, I requested a room change. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of our ordeal. In total, I had to switch rooms three times, and each room came with its own set of issues. Some had dirty, unwashed sheets, others had an unbearable musty odor, and all were equally filthy. The final straw was when my family and I were forced to sleep in our car because the rooms were unbearable. The sheets felt like something was biting us all night, and no matter how many times we tried changing rooms, the issue persisted. I’ve never had such an awful experience at any hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here unless serious improvements are made. I ended up at the TownePlace Suites Orlando Downtown - Marriott. It was worth the drive! If you are a person who prefers quality.

There’s a first time for everything - not only was the bathroom not clean, the toilet hadn’t been flushed from the previous guest. Disgusting & very much out of character for this hotel.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and nice. The room was nice and spacious. My only complaint is that the shower head was not so clean. You could see green mold. The rest if the bathroom was clean. Perhaps, they forgot to add some bleach to that shower head.

When we got there our key wouldn't work we went down 3 different times to tell them it would'nt work and they just kept reprogramming the keys. The 4th time of going down to tell them it doesn't work they finally said they will have someone come look at the door. We had to wait in the hall for 20 mins for someone to finally come. We got in the room and it smelled horrible. We couldnt get in the pool because we didnt have keys so we went and got airfreshener and came back to the room and found roaches crawling up the bathroom wall. Very disappointed in this holiday Inn

Our stay was quite well. I was impressed with the cleanliness from the front desk to the floor hallways and even our room smelled fresh and clean. The only negative I had was the sink water pressure. The comfort of the bed was perfect.

After each stay, I rate this hotel 5 stars. It’s very clean, rooms are nice, bed & pillows are comfortable, & staff is amazing. But the hotel has now changed the room’s climate control to a digital system with very little user control. The room was too hot because the system was set to heat the room (it’s Florida, even in winter), with maximum & minimum temperatures already programmed in. It was too late to call maintenance & we were checking out the next morning so nothing could be done.

It was very good, except for one of the beds in room 308, the one closest to the bathroom made a weird noise. Staff was amazing, especially Micah, if I remember his name correctly. He was on duty on 7/20 when we arrived around 8 pm. He was amazing! Very nice!

We stay here frequently because the rooms & staff are wonderful. But every so often - as happened this time - we get a room with A/C that sounds like a freight train. Last night, it was very hard to talk & then to sleep over the noise. We’re only here 1 night so there’s no point asking for maintenance. But we always tell the desk clerk when we check out & still the A/C in some rooms is uncomfortably loud.

We always stay at Holiday Inn Expresses because they are mostly all the same and you know what you're getting. We reserved a room on 8/6/24 on our way to Wekiwa State Park so we could get there early, we live 2 hours away. When we arrived the lady working said it was reserved for 8/13/24 but it wasn't a problem she could fix everything. We paid the attendant for our stay and was told it was taken care of. We waited a few days and called because we never got our refund. We were told to contact Expedia. Expedia refused to pay us back because the hotel has already been paid. The hotel refused to refund because it was through Expedia. We ask the hotel since they were already paid could we change the date to another day so we wouldn't be out of the money we spent. They refused to help us in any way. I understand we messed up with the original reservation but we were told everything would be alright. The attendant was very pleasant and it all was probably just they way everything worked out. Expedia received payment for the reservation. The hotel received payment for our reservation. I don't understand why this multi billion dollar corporation, or the management of this hotel couldn't do anything about it. We talked to Expedia and the Hotel several times and days prior to the reservation date. You probably won't miss my money but I'll never stay at another Holiday Inn again if I can help it.

I reserved a 3 night stay. I lost tv on day 2 of ny start I complained 2x and they first told me it would be up in 4 hours and the 2nd time they advised it was being worked on at that moment and they would call me with an update. I did not receive that callback. Then at 9pm That evening the power went out when a transformer blew. There was no generator and the hotel was pitch black. My elderly mom had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with a cane when the fire alarms went off but no announcement or assistance was provided by staff. Poor service and then they still want to charge me for that 2nd day! Obviously I checked out that evening and did not stay for the 3rd day

From check in, to check out, the entire experience was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and nice. Very quiet, CLEAN and affordable IMO. The included breakfast is basic, but for anyone that can get by with scrambled eggs, French toast, pancakes and juice or coffee will be perfectly fine. Overall a great experience for anyone looking for a quick stay at an affordable price (IMO)

Michael at the front desk was awesome! He deserves a raise and weekends off. The breakfast was ok. I would have loved some cheese and/or salsa to put on the scrambled eggs. The person who was cleaning the "dining area" was mopping while we were getting coffee after breakfast had ended. She almost mopped my daughter's shoes. Otherwise, clean and wonderful place to stay.

Terrible customer service . The front desk lady at the to checked inn and out have a terrible attitude , we need help with the towels at the pool and not help us at all . We travel every month to Orlando and will never stay at this hotel . Hotel is very nice and clean . Good breakfast

The only suggestion I have is a bell or something at front desk for check in. No one was there and another guest and I debated what to do. Finally he put his head in through a partially opened door for “Staff Only” and requested loudly for some help. The response was immediate and the check-in proceeded quickly and efficiently with an apology.

We stayed here to be close to Rock Springs. We live on the coast of Florida and didn't want to chance not getting in line on time. Last Year we stayed next door at the Hampton Inn and had an awful experience. They tried to charge us for a pet we never had there. ($75) After I called several times to dispose with them. The Breakfast at the Holiday inn was small but just what we needed to start our day. Rooms were clean. Location was close to restaurants. We would stay here again to visit Rock Springs.

It was a nice hotel, close to main roads and suited our purpose. Disappointed with the really noisy AC unit in the room and that did have to drive to get somewhere for food - not realistically in walking distance to anything. Breakfast was ok, hot food options lacking (3 things) but plenty of other things to chose from.

I was staying in Apopka for a wedding. I chose this hotel over the hotel that was booked for the wedding because it was about $70 less per night, and still quite close to the wedding down the street. I was very happy with my choice. Unlike the chosen wedding hotel, this Holiday Inn offered free breakfast, which was a very helpful perk. Very glad I chose this one and saved money, and enjoyed the stay.

Was only in the room for a couple of hours at night, so while it was beautifully appointed and clean, we really simply didn’t use the amenities. Breakfast was included, which was nice. It was really okay at best for that though. Boiled eggs were super rubbery and hard, scrambled eggs were pretty flavorless. It was nice to come down and not have to worry about figuring out food at 6:30 am though!

It was perfect through and through. Loved the free breakfast. It wasn’t that same old continental breakfast. It was real hot, prepared food. The pancakes were the star! The room was excellent. And the girls at the front desk should get a raise. They were amazing.

The only thing I was displeased about was the breakfast offering. The bacon was very undercooked and several items ran out but these were eventually restocked. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast offerings were minimum. Room was clean. In fact, you could walk around the property and see staff cleaning and maintaining the property. The property was clean and I felt safe parking my vehicle there.
