In two days my room was changed 3 times, the first time because I didn't like it. A dark room with a big wall opposite the window. The second time the air conditioner was broken. The third time I sat there and I was very upset because the shower space was very small and a normal-sized person couldn't take a shower normally. The bed cover was dirty and there were blood stains on it. In the end, I don't advise anyone to live there, unfortunately.

Sheraton Bratislava is my favorite hotel! I’ve stayed at various hotels in Bratislava, but nothing compares. The Sheraton is incredibly comfortable, with a fully equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and an excellent bar and restaurant. Plus, it’s conveniently close to shopping and dining. For my American friends: Sheraton hotels in Europe are on a whole different level compared to what you might expect in the U.S. — modern, stylish, and packed with the latest features. Wir waren das erste Mal im Sheraton Bratislava und und wir waren beim Check in schon sehr positiv überrascht von der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Wir bekammen ein Upgrade, ein Zimmer im dritten Stock im Eck, welches wirklich sehr schön war. Leider mussten wir sofort feststellen, dass die Klimaanlage also die Heizung nicht funktioniert hat und das haben wir gemeldet. Wir bekamen sofort eine ein weiteres Upgrade eines Suite im ersten Stock. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben wirklich sehr professionell und freundlich und Kundenorientiert gehandelt. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich. Bei der Ankunft im Zimmer waren wir sehr überrascht. Wie riesig diese Suite war ein riesiger Gang, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer und ein großes Schlafzimmer. Brilliant service and comfortable stay. However, I chose this hotel because it had a pool, thinking we could use this in the evenings. On check in we were told we had to pay 15 euros per person to use it. Had I known, I would've stayed elsewhere as was weighing up a few options. I did feel mislead on this as had not factored 30 euros extra per day into the price.

Das Sheraton ist sehr zentral in Bratislava gelegen. Die Altstadt ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel war in einem tadellosen Zustand und das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Über die App konnten wir bspw. Handtücher oder Zimmerservice anfordern. Immer wieder gerne.

I really enjoyed staying here and loved soaking in the tub after a long cold day sightseeing. It’s in a great location and the staff were so helpful. I asked them to print my train ticket and they put it in a neat little page protector. Sometimes it’s the little things that make your day!

Freundliches Personal, Suiten sehr geräumig, leider - vielleicht dem Jahreswechsel geschuldet? - Restaurant (sollten ja zwei sein?) nicht im Betrieb. Frühstücksbuffet auch ok, wobei ich hier schon umfangreichere (speziell hinsichtlich diversen Süßspeisen) mehr erwartet hätte. Nichtdestotrotz sehr empfehlenswert.
